S. M. S.All I can say about this company is THEY ARE FANTASTIC. I have used them over the last few years for one particular bespoke frame and mount design. Even though I only order once a year I always get treated like I was a customer that ordered every week and spent thousands of pounds with them. They make me feel like my order is just as important as everyone else.
I also had a habit of ordering last minute and they always delivered, and I am currently waiting on my custom order again as I type.
I run a photography business myself and the way that Picture Lizard treat me is how I treat my customers and that is why I go back each year for my frame and mount.
I would not go anywhere else.
And for the people that have given 1 star for a company that is nothing to do with them......just check before you type hey. Frame Lizard......Picture Lizard...…!!!!!!!!
B. G.I've ordered from Picture Lizard on several times now. They deliver quickly, their products are of exceptional quality, and the prices are reasonable.
On one occasion one of the frames I ordered had the incorrect aperture. I contacted customer support and they responded promptly and rectified the situation quickly with no expense to me.
Their website makes it very easy to reorder items, a feature that I will undoubtedly continue to use!

After submitting our order we received an e-mail to confirm our measurements for the mount as Picture Lizard had noted that it would mean the print itself would be quite narrow which it is! After we confirmed the measurement the order was received very promptly and well packaged. Our lovely picture has now been transformed to its former glory. I would not hesitate to use again.
J. C.Tried Picture Lizard because of difficulties and quality issues with one of the major national Photo print companies (based in London), I had used the London based company for 5+ years but nowadays nobody seems to care about quality.
I called into Picture Lizard and discussed my requirements with Jonathan and am pleased that I did, their service is quick, extremely keenly priced and the quality is better than I have received for many months from their larger competitors. I have now placed 3 orders and the quality is consistently better than I have found elsewhere.
I recommend Picture Lizard to anyone requiring a quality, digital photo printing service.

E. C.I wish I could give Picture Lizard a better review as they were the only decent online services I could find for passport photo's online. However:
1) The orders process is not at all intuitive it adds things to the cart that you do not need without input which you must delete.
2) The delivery costs are hidden from you, they include a delivery estimate but will not upfront tell you what you are going to pay for a delivery.
3) This links directly to 2) but is so ridiculous that it deserves a whole point of its own... You are charged before you can even find out what the total including delivery was for the entire order. There is no basket review before you pay they simply just give you a ex. VAT price for delivery and then ask for your money.
Honestly this is not ok, you should be able to do a lot better Picture Lizard, it is not a high expectation from a customer to be able to see what they are going to pay. Fortunately the price was reasonable after I had paid but for a larger order I would not have completed my purchase without being given an overall price before payment and neither would most other customers. We want to know what we are going to pay, in full, before giving you card details.
R. J.Extremely happy with the whole service. Went into Picture Lizard, really with no idea what I wanted. They were more than happy to help me pick out a frame that I liked, with a great selection to choose from. Once I picked, it was made up to size for me very quickly, for what I thought to be a great price. I would highly recommend.
