This is a very friendly, welcoming shop. The staff don't rush you and are very knowledgeable if you need advice or answers, it's the best vape shop in the area in my opinion and they're always a pleasure to deal with. Also there's always some deal or other on so for me it's cheaper than actually ordering online plus you're supporting a local business

Puffin hut is the winner of vaping shops, the staff are very knowledgeable on all of the products and will set you on the right path for the ultimate vaping experience.

I love my local Puffin Hut, it has always provided me with everything I have needed. The guys who work there are always friendly and helpful which means that I am more than willing to come back for more. I was naturally worried when the store had to shut down due to the Covid lock down however it was easy to order from the website and my delivery arrived the day after.

Things have been really tough for everyone recently with the lock down and as we know the royal mail have been struggling with timely deliveries due to civid 19. The Puffin hut team are going above and beyond to hand deliver as many local customers orders as they can so things aren't delayed. Always bright, cheery and polite. The guys in the shop here are just brilliant. They take the time to make sure you get the products you need and are never pushy - you never feel like you're being hurried into a decision, even when it's busy in there. As the shops are closed for lockdown, I placed an online order for my vape juice... later that same day was a knock on my door. One of the lads I’m guessing from RWB store had driven over to deliver. Not only that but when I opened my delivery there was a pack of love heart sweets inside!! Now that is great service!! You guys at the puffin hut NEVER fail to disappoint. Thank you xxx

**Jan 2021 edit** With another lockdown in place, these folks have again started home delivery. I ordered about 2:30 today to have my liquid in hand later that afternoon. Great idea, great service, you couldn't ask for anything more for a vape shop.** One of the best vape shops I've been to. They have bunch of juice 'tasters' and a menu book, things rarely seen at other places but much appreciated

We normally order all liquid online which is tricky when it comes to choosing flavours. We visited the shop today and spoke to the assistant manager Stacey. She was so so helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to choosing liquids and the best set up to use to ensure you had the best experience. She did not make you feel pressured into spending money. She was very friendly and allowed us to try things to our hearts content. You did not get the feeling of being rushed into making a decision and she gave us her full attention. Customer service at its greatest. We will be stopping ordering online and come to visit Stacey a lot more!!!

Firstly 5* is not enough for the Bassett shop. Should be 10*. Puffin Hut came recommended to us via a friend as a good vape shop that had all you need to get started. Well that was an understatement. I was first served by Olly & Ant the branch manager and deputy respectively. They both went above & beyond their role & their customer service was second to none. As I had never used a vape, I was completely blind in what any of it was or how it worked. The guys both spent over an hour with me going through step by step exactly what I required & how it all operated. Needless to say I am really enjoying my new vaping experience & have never looked back on the old habit of smoking cigarettes. Each time I step foot into the shop I am always made to feel welcome & am on first name basis with the guys. Again can’t recommend this shop enough, you won’t be left disappointed with their knowledge & their vast array of products they have to offer. It’s a joy to send business their way & here is to many More visits to the puffin Hut. Thank you Olly & Ant. I also can’t forget Kieran another integral part of their team who I have had the pleasure of him helping me. However he doesn’t enjoy the truth or pear flavour, which makes me Cautious :). I love this place, the staff are always friendly, informative, helpful and professional. I placed an order for delivery this morning at 9am seeing as we are in lockdown again and it was delivered by 2pm!!! They didn’t even charge for delivery - if only there was an option for 10 stars 👍🏻

I'd like to say that after visiting the Puffin Hut in Chippenham over a concern with my E-Cig, I spoke to a very young new assistant who was very polite. When the manager names Jodie came over to assist me she was extremely helpful and polite and immediately sorted my problem out for me. Both of these members of staff asked if they could do anything else and reassured me that if i ever have a problem again we will promptly sort the problem out for you. Recently had an experience with the new staff member 'Kieran', even though he's new he's already started to gain a strong knowledge base of the stock they have to offer, he was extremely helpful only needing for me to tell him what I was looking for before he picked out exactly what I needed and told me the different things they had to offer for me to choose from. I left the store content with my buy as always. Amazing staff, always friendly and very polite, never feel like your taking up to much of their time, definetly recommend the RWB store to anyone that asked me where to go.

Great shop! Friendly staff that aren't just there to sell you stuff. Always helpful with any questions and don't mind you trying different liquids! I'm fussy with my juice and the guy with the nose ring (didn't have a name badge) didn't seem to mind that I was trying their entire stock of high vg! Haha. Will be my new regular vape shop.
