Very professional and welcoming staff. A very friendly and relaxing environment. Staff have a great knowledge of all products, the customer service was excellent - being approached straight away, staff introduced themselves in a friendly and professional manner and provided All the help and advice I required. I will be coming back to purchase and would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy carpets and other products they sell. Altogether a great service and experience.

Went in there to buy some LVT floor was served by Heledd , the floor was priced wrong but Heledd was ever so polite and apologetic she explained she was quite new to the job and offered to speak to the manager and call me the next day . ( To be honest didn't think she would most places never do ) then again I was wrong she did and they honour the price that was displayed, I am very happy with her professional service and will definitely buy from there again. Couldn't be happier because this was the floor I had my heart set on and we saved for a while to be able to afford it.

Have used this store before for our hard flooring so went back for whole house to be re-carpeted. Apparently a new manager has taken over. Saleman was absolutely lovely not pushy, v knowledgeable and really helpful. Good prices and choices. Guy who came to measure up was professional and polite. We asked in store for a carpet sample and called in again chasing it (needed to buy paint) but it never arrived so we ordered one on the website which came 2 days later. Carpet took a few weeks to arrive and get a date for fitting. Price given for door rods through the store was over 3x the amount we paid for better rods from amazon!? We also saved £400 fee to remove old carpets by doing it ourselves (but its a rotten job!!). Fitters were excellent, v friendly, polite, helpful, efficient and tidy. Half hr before end of fitting they discovered the measurements for our middle landing were wrong. They told me it would be over a week to get a new piece and in the meantime they would leave me with the underlay. As the difference was 6" over the top step i suggested they lay it and patch it so that we weren't left in a mess, but they said the store manager wouldn't allow this. I phoned the store & spoke to him, he said because they dont make much money on the carpet (get the violins out!) they intended to sell the piece of carpet measured incorrectly for our landing as two remnants to claw back some profit against the new piece they needed to order, apparently 'most' people are ok with this (makes me wonder how often they mess up the sizes?) ...anyway to cut a long story short i did not agree to this and told them they would bodge the fit so i was left tidy and come back in a week to rip it up and relay it properly at thier own cost! My husband also got this in writing by visiting the store. 8 days later we got a call saying they had no slots to fit it for over a week. After some pushing we got them to come betwwen jobs 7 days later. The store manager didn't call us back as requested about this. The fitters were just as professional, but i suspect had been told to lay it and run, as it wasnt hoovered and later that day my neighbour knocked on our door to say little bits of carpet offcuts were all up our road :/ ...the carpets look and feel lovely but the way the store manager dealt with the measurement error was terrible. He should of apologised to me (instead of the fitters having to tell me) offered the temporary solution and booked in a slot for fitting once he knew the carpet delivery due date (so it was asap), a good manager would also of offered compensation for their error and advised what steps he has taken to avoid this happening to another customer. Human error is just one of those things, but a stores customer service shows how they value thier customers.
