Visited the store in search of a new mattress. Claire couldn't have been more helpful. She explained all the different types of mattress, which would be best for what we needed and had a great sense of humour.

Just bought a new mattress, spoke to very knowledgeable young lady, whose advice we took. It was delivered today and put into the room by 2 very cheerful helpful lads, cheers. Just hope after all the praises we get a good night sleep.

Called into store just to have a quick look around before cinema as we needed to purchase a bed. Shaun the store manager came over to speak with me and advised to use their sleep match computer bed after which Shaun proceeded to show me around suitable beds. I chose a silent night mattress with ottoman base in king size. Shaun added extras onto the deal ie mattress topper pillows and duvet with free delivery and collection of our old bed. I was absolutely delighted with this offer and all in all a superb buying experience from a very courteous and polite manager.
