G.We have three terrapins and a tetra fish and when it comes to buying the products to clean the tanks unfortunately Penparc doesn't have tap safe which is quite vital for having suitable water for animals, they have a good selection of products but they need to start stocking tap safe otherwise I'd rather pay a bit extra and get all products from one shop
P. C.I spoke to the two assistants in store regarding a yeast infection that my shih tzu was suffering with and they advised why this may be happening and suggested a change in diet. The assistant showed me all the different options along with the cost of each one and was very knowledgeable about the products.

g.Pleasure as always. Wide variety of high quality pet products, natural treats all in place. Staff is nice and helpful, will definitely advise you if you feel lost.
