L. G.Customer service is always great, sadly I placed a click and collect (paid for) for a £57 bag of dog food and they gave me a £46 bag of an alternative brand without refunding the difference - I've spoken to the store and they have advised they will exchange for the product I paid for. Nice range of items, customer service is friendly and they were brilliant when I advised of the issue, it wasn't a problem and they immediately put my original required product behind the till for when I finished work to collect. Would recommend and will shop with them again.
D. J.Brilliant helpful, knowledgeable staff , were happy to help even though the shop was very busy , will definitely be using this shop again . The crested gecko we brought from them is fantastic and was in extremely good health, well looked after
