Great selection of food, dog friendly and very friendly staff! Would love to see some other brands too like Wilsons and cotswold raw as they're firm favourites with mine and we currently go here for the majority but go elsewhere for these other brands to ensure we get the foods my one dog loves! Overall a really nice shop I travel to to get most of my dogs food and treats, was recommended this place by a customer of mine and very happy with it, worth the drive! 😊

Lovely little shop, sells a lot of good raw dog food as well as treats, chews and accessories for health My puppy loves the food. Obviously more pricey than some dry biscuits, but it keeps him super healthy so I have no complaints

Great variety of raw food and natural treats. After doing a lot of research I decided to switch dog to raw. Went into the shop and asked for help and guidance on how to start feeding raw safely and what to feed my dog and I got it. Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and do so to anyone I know that feeds their dogs raw. Grateful to have such a good raw shop in Shropshire.

Roxy’s Raw Food shop was recommended to us by our trainer! The variety of food and treats is unrivalled and customer service second to none! Bælfyr loves visiting too as he gets treated like a prince. No question is too silly and they go out of their way to help you understand the best diet for your pooch. 100% Recommend for anyone on a raw food journey.

This is a new shop that's just recently opened selling raw dog food and treats, the owners are extremely helpful and pleasant and the shop is well layed out . There is a pet gallery for your dog's pictures and that is filling up nicely also dog's are welcome with scales available to wiegh . Personally I feed my two staffies Durham 80.10.10 which comes in a wide selection of meats and fish for a good balanced diet with a choice of other suppliers available. Good to see that they are now a busy shop so try them out you won't be disappointed 10 out of 10 👍👍

For anyone wanting to Raw feed their dog then this shop is a must. Friendly knowledgeable staff, who are always happy to advise and provide tips. Service is exceptional and is very very reasonably priced. Lots of choice of proteins and other edible goodies. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Always fantastic friendly service, advice and brilliant products. We have been using Roxy’s since they opened and never disappointed. A new chapter for our raw fed border collie (who is extremely nervous) she loves her weekly visits and has been having regular ‘weigh- ins’ too. An amazing range of natural treats and raw foods, as well as supplements and worm testing kits. Highly recommended ⭐️ you are always valued highly as a customer and nothing is too much trouble.

Since my my very first visit, I've always recieved such a warm welcome. Very knowledgeable owners, and I managed to cut my monthly food bill in half! Plenty of choice of brands, from high end to budget friendly options. Before roxy's opened I was spending an absolute fortune, not to always receive the 5* customer service you'd expect. I am now a customer for life and would recommend this shop to anyone, to cater for all your dogs needs! They now even stock raw completes for cats which is fantastic. 🐾

Cannot fault the lovely guys at Roxy's Raw Food. They were so helpful with helping me start my Labrador on a raw diet and answered all my (many!) questions. Unfortunately our dog didn't take to the raw food but they gladly took the unused food off my hands as to not put any to waste. The price was extremely reasonable and they have a large selection of natural treats too which I'll definitely be back for!

Can't recommend this place enough. Friendly knowledgeable staff who actually care about what they are selling to you. They are more than willing to have lengthy discussions about what is best for your dog and are not pushy with the raw feeding thing at all. We were raw feeding before they opened and it is so much easier now that we can pop in twice a week to restock our freezer.

Roxys Raw Food is such a gift for dog owners in Telford. They are so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Back when they first opened, it coincided with the arrival of my dachshund puppy Oreo. Ros and Keith helped me transition him from the breeders low quality kibble, to raw with no issues. Helped to arm me with information so I can respond to queries and questions from other dog owners and vets as well as introduced me to many other amazing dog services in the area that I still use today. So many raw enthusiasts can be “preachy” to those who aren’t raw feeders or just starting on their journey. However, at Roxys they are so accepting, and focus on education, community building and dog health most importantly! Oreo absolutely loves the food sold, they have a great selection of natural treats, single protein completes and bits for DIY feeders. The only negative I have is that I haven’t found time to go and stock up on healthy treats for my pup recently! 😂
