Reviews of Southwater Library
Staff helpful and nice to children and adults. Good service. Machines work unlike other libraries I've visited. Costa nice. Seat nice. Beanbag boma. Little slide boma. Books boma. Like wig displai. Once card got stuck in machine somehow. Got back eventually. Thanks southward 👏
Absolutely fantastic, the staff are brilliant, one of the best libraries I’ve ever used.
Good library. Always have what I need
I love it very much. I have my own space, i always feel free and relax here.
Quiet today
Great place! So fun for kids. Best disable conveniences
Nice library, good for kids
Nice quiet space to read friendly staff
Such a Fantastic, modern library
Very nice place, lovely staff and obviously good selection of books.
Its a cool chill area for studying, hanging out, or kids. Sometimes people should keep their kids from screaming at the least but nontheless its a good library. My only issue is the early closing times as majority of schools finish at 2/3pm and thats only leaving a little less time, other than that its great :)
Brilliant public space. Saw a couple of reviews complaining of a lack of academic books despite it saying University of Wolverhampton outside. That's because it is NOT the University of Wolverhampton's library, it is a local library for Telford. The University have the space on the top floor. They don't own the library. Excellent staff and why shouldn't children make a noise and enjoy the books/space? It's a public library for all to enjoy. There are designated areas for working/laptops /studying. It's open plan so noise will travel. If people working/studying find that distracting, wear headphones or work somewhere else. They hold a lot of events too which is great for the community. It's a lovely, bright, large space. Use it or lose it.
Have managed to make short visits to this library to add photos from my digital camera to my GMaps and Facebook . Staff are generally supportive and willing to get beginners started on the PC equipment. A networked printer is also available and a scanner. Advisable to phone ahead to book a computer in this library as it can be busy at some times.
Very nice and quiet place a good choice of books
Amazing library and a great place, with fantastic staff
Very welcoming and helpful staff
The library is so beautiful very nice building and u can get what u want books use the computer and surf the net
We knock our public services ! Only way to keep things like these open is to support it. Foot fall, complain to the council etc. Not as good as the hive. However thats because council invests etc. However still a fab library.
