Popped in ordered a fabulous single mattress that I have in both Double and King sizes from same supplier. Med to firm. Super comfy, visitors say so too. Very helpful, swift and efficient service. Was able to take it away there and then. Super quick transaction. No sales pressures. Thank you.

very pleased with this place, good price and quick service, would use them again. had a mini hiccup with the fitters but the shop were on it like lightening when i rung them. all in all very good business, if i used one of the large chain stores i would still be waiting another month or more to get a carpet down.

Reasonable prices for carpets in here, but don't expect the staff to have the knowledge to explain what's actually best for the money, they seem to just recommend there own brand carpet and didn't seem to know the difference between carpet materials except from "ones plastic and ones wool"

I have used The Carpet Bank on 3 seperate occasions now, and each time they have been very competitively priced, great quality, and given excellent customer service. The were spot on with their advice, and arrived exactly when they said they would to do the fitting. The fitting was quick, efficient and they cleaned up after they had finished. I can't fault the service at all. I will definitely be using them again when I need some more flooring.

Great choice, great value, helpful staff. Reliable service, if they say "We'll be there Tuesday at 10" they are there Tuesday at 10! Cost is equal to 'Big Chain Sales' without claiming 'Sale!'.
