L. D.Amazing. I didn't get the persons name who helped us. She gave us great advice and told us about the app saving us £40. It was our first shop for our puppy and she really helped guide us on the best products. I can't wait to take my dog with me next time when she is fully vaccinated so she can choose a toy. Thank you. r. H.Took our malshi in today for a puppy groom and spa,this is Jack's third visit, we don't even think of going elsewhere even tho we live in Newquay, it's well worth the travel the staff at pets at home are so helpful and friendly and they really know what they're doing.

A. P. H.Nice clean store, very friendly and helpful staff. There's a Groom Room and a vet within the store. They retail a mall animals like hamsters and Guinea pigs. Overall, a very positive experience. They provide stuff to clean up your dog's mess, free but it doesn't stop ignorant owners from allowing their dogs to foul on the pavement, outside, and leaving it there. I kitted my puppy out with a halter, collar and laser engraved tag. 😊
M. D.Had to go to vets for pets . As my 12 year old dog took a turn for the worst. The vet we saw was so gentle and compassionate towards our dog and us at the worst possible time. Treating him like he was her own pet. Cannot recommend her highly enough . However I dont even remember her name .
C. R.Popped in for some dog toys and fish stuff. Loads of choice for dog toys and great selection of fish stuff too. Friendly staff and nice and clean. There was only one furry critter to be seen! (I mostly went in to awww at the guinea pigs but they'd all gone boo hoo). 😊

B. B.I find the staff here to be extremely helpful, when I was advised by my vet to change my dogs food an assistant called Megan was very helpful she took her time in explaining the different type of foods which would help my dog, I'd like to thank her for her help.
There was another assistant on the checkout named Lisa who was also very helpful, I told her I forget to check my vouchers she immediately checked for me and I was due a free bag of food plus money deducted if I spent over a certain amount, which was a great help to me, so thank you Lisa.
In overall very helpful professional and friendly staff.
