Fab service in store and such friendly staff. We needed advice on what was best for us to make an informed decision. We were delighted with the product knowledge from the two girls and the selection of mattresses to try in store. Delivery went smoothly and we were able to track our order before being booked in for a date. We love our new bed 10/10 Thank you Land of Beds!

The bed was delivered on the arranged date. It is very comfortable. The photo is after my first night. I have a mattress topper over the mattress to protect the mattress. I used to have a memory foam mattress and slat bed. This is much better.

We purchased a Dormeo Octaspring Body Zone mattress topper from Land of Beds. We were able to try out the topper in the store. Charlotte was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The topper arrived within a couple of days. We are very pleased with it.

I'm honestly shocked by some of the reviews. My mattress arrived a mere 36 hours after I ordered it. It was flawless from my perspective and the mattress was extremely good VFM.

Really lovely shipping experience that was relaxed unlike the hard sell I hate in other bed shops. They had a good range of beds and the staff were very knowledgeable and allowed us to find our perfect mattress without being pushed towards any particular brand. I will return there again the next time we need a mattress.

Went today to purchase a bed which was pretty sorted with my husband and a store member, when we got to the store, the bed was not even in the store , was totally disgusted in the way this was handled pre ordered , but eventually Charlotte the supervisor sorted a bed out for us after a little messing around , and she was very apologetic and very helpful 👍.

I have never shopped at Land of Beds before, but was recommended them by a friend who said that they were very impressed by the service and the quality and range of products they had on offer. I have to say that I was not disappointing. Hannah, one of the sales assistants, was really helpful in helping me pick out a mattress that was right for my needs. The mattress and bed frame I purchased arrived ahead of the expected delivery time and the delivery guys where friendly and took their shoes off so not to tread mud on my carpet as it was raining outside. They also took the packaging and boxes away, which saved me having to try to cram them into the recycle bin. A 5 star service.

Excellent service. Assisted online to select the ottoman bed base and two different size mattresses. The lady (Hannah I think) rang me straight back and took my order and suggested an excellent quality mattress protector. She said it would be delivered toward the end of the week and lo and behold there it was, be warned though the mattresses just turned up luckily I was at home. The ottoman came from a different source and texts were sent to suggest and confirm delivery. Really impressed with the service and quality, definitely highly recommended.

Excellent experience throughout. I’ve kitted three bedrooms out over the past year and only just got around to leaving a review. Everyone is very pleasant and the delivery team courteous and mindful of my newly decorated rooms. I have ordered three beds and a few bits of bedding and the quality is what I would expect of Hypnos band didn’t disappoint. No issues from me and it’s been a real pleasure.

I recently bought my new bed from here and I am delighted with it. I went into the shop in Helsby and was able to try out both my mattress and the bed frame I wanted too. As one was kept in stock and the other was a next day item, I was able to have my delivery within the week. Very impressed with level of service from sales team and delivery team alike. It is lovely to have a local family business I can support.

Very nice staff and once we ordered our mattress at the start of November they were very good at calling to check that there would be sufficient access to have it delivered. Went a bit radio silent after that but when I called 3 days ago to ask when it would be with us they were very helpful and it was delivered today by two very friendly guys. Thanks Land of Beds x

I don't often leave reviews but I bought a new Tempur mattress last month and had it delivered last week. The mattress is perfect but the service I received is what made me write the review. Very happy with the way I was kept up to date and I felt as though I was being treated like a valued customer. The delivery people took the mattress upstairs for me and waited until I was happy before leaving. I called afterwards for some advice and was reassured. A very pleasing experience.

Quite a small place but on a couple of floors, lady we spoke to was very helpful and not pushy at all which is something we had experienced at other bed shops on the same day. The lady we spoke with did go out of her way to help us make a decision on a bed, as well as a mattress, but unfortunately we weren't able to go through with the purchase (recently purchased a bed from them online which had a delivery date of 9-10 weeks but arrived after 4). They were also one of few places to stock the hügge mattress which is the one we specifically went to see

My daughter and I visited over the weekend to look for a new mattress for uni. We were helped by a very knowledgeable young man who listened to my daughter and gave us a choice of three suitable. The choices were perfect and the whole experience was a pleasure. I worry about going into furniture stores as they can be very salesy but land of beds was not like that at all and instead were very patient and caring. The store looked very well managed and clean with lovely lighting and decoration. Once I need a new bed I will be calling back in.

From the start, my experience with Land of Beds has been superb. Customer service has been friendly, professional and helpful. Delivery man was excellent too. Its only when you lie on your new mattress for the first time do you realise just how old your old one really was. Even height-wise. My new one was the same height as my old, but it seemed so much higher!! And my first night's sleep on my new UNO was the best I have had for ages. (There was a bit of a smell when the mattress was first out of the bag but because delivery was early morning, and I was able to give the room plenty of ventilation, it easily cleared by early evening. No problem there.) I purchased the Breasley UNO Pocket 2000 European Double at a very good price, and everything the staff at Land of Beds told me about the mattress turned out to be very true particularly concerning firmness. I live a long way away so could not get to lie on it before ordering; always a bit of a risk but, because of my initial dealings with the kind sales person, I had no hesitation in placing the order. Thank you Land of Beds. Highly recommended.

I bought a Silentnight mattress from Land of Beds after speaking to one of their Sleep Experts, Hannah, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the different product ranges and what would suit me and husband best. I took out the interest-free credit option and the monthly payments are very affordable - I couldn't find a better price from anywhere else either in a shop or online. I'm sleeping so much better now; all my back pain has gone, and I feel so comfy. My only regret is I didn't come across Land of Beds sooner!

Great online retailer and very genuine customer service - Like most of you reading this review I was in the market for a new mattress and jumped on the keyboard. I did some general research and found the model and brand I wanted. LOB had it at the most competitive price and fastest delivery. I have to say whilst mattresses aren't cheap its sensible to assume these guys must move a large volume of them daily, yet they still called me to give updates. I don't mean automated texts or a robot with sentence strung together with bits and pieces from other unrelated sentences btw. I was quite impressed by this because each call was organised and checked that we had authorised payment, ordered what we wanted, the address etc. I had issues getting my mattress delivered through no fault of theirs. I live in central London and I am literally surrounded by the congestion zone bus lanes and re routes. The team there pretty much took over chasing the rather annoying delivery company down and in my view really went out of their way to make sure my delivery was prioritised and that i got both the mattress and pillows. Bare in mind I got my mattress 2 weeks later than I needed it but I honestly still really recommend them. For customer service when you have issues and price I just cannot fault them. Good luck in your search if you're reading this and Happy buying!

My experience with Land of Beds has been excellent. It's a pity that the Relyon bases are not. Have had zip and link bases before but this one is linked differently. Before you just unscrewed the bases and they moved apart so I could clean under the beds easily.also you could just move them apart when guests were coming. Now, as I am elderly, I have to pay someone to come in to do this as you have to lift the bases up. Obviously to make this easier you have to remove the mattresses. I couldn't be more disappointed as this was why I bought the base for its ease of movement.

Really good quality beds and the staff are fantastic really helpful don't try and Stitch you up knowledgeable about the products parking is hard work because it's on a busy road and side street. Prices are good but not keen however they will negotiate treat it like buying a car... ask for mats, servicing and everything right at the end. Top quality product especially like hypnos and Millbrook.

This is the first time I used Land of Beds and I was very impressed with the service and the quality of products. I needed two beds and bedding for my kids rooms and the delivery had to coincide with when we were moving house. I received great advice about the ottoman beds and mattresses from Maria who took the order. Throughout a lady called Nic kept in touch to see how my house move was going so she could plan the delivery. On the day of delivery I was contacted before hand from Darren, when they arrived they were very friendly, respectful and helpful, especially when getting the frames and mattresses upstairs. All in all a great experience from start to finish, I genuinely look forward to using Land of Beds again.
