The best place in Warrington if you want to get almost anything for your pet. The selection of animals and fish 🐟 is not the biggest, but still love going there.

Adopted the most adorable rabbit last Thursday. Had an hours long chat with a lovely member of staff who was very clearly attached and had a lot of background info to pass on including her personality. She was spot on. The only thing she got wrong (not her fault) was leaving the bunny alone once we got home. We would have but Midnight wasn't having it, she wanted to know everything and everyone. Very happy with both the service and the new member of our family. Thank you.

Even though we had an initial bad experience with the fish (all dead the next day), the store customer service; namely Glenn made up for it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided us to our replacement new fish (harlequins). He surely deserves a pay rise!

Great place to go, you can take your pets in, staff seem to know what there on about, and reasnobly priced. If you place order online, and collect, any issues they can't sort the problems out for you in store, just give you the phone to sort yourself with their call centre team...... seems crazy, no more click & collect for me, lost out to Amazon whose orders are quick, cheap, delivered to the door hassle free, no quibble with any issues....

Vet visit. All the vets my dogs have seen there have been really good. Alex is superb, she really listens to your concerns and is generous with her knowledge. I always feel confident my dogs are getting the best possible treatment.

A good, varied stock of anything dog related. Due to COVID there's been a limit on the number of people in the shop at any one time but the queues outside haven't been too bad, each time we have visited it's been less than 5 minutes.

Lovely little pet workshop. Children loved cuddling the rabbits and the guinea pigs. Young girl who delivered the work shop was very good giving the children the opportunity to choose which rabbit they would like to hold.

Huge range of products, helped when an item that I bought broke. I don't trust the staff knowledge on animals after an incident a few years ago when we ended up.with hundreds of baby gerbils....
