I'm a regular here and I think it's the best, most friendliest pet shop in Warrington. They stock a wide range of pet food, health care, accessories, furniture, toys, etc. Always a warm welcome from the staff plus expert advice when you need it. Only place local that stock the cat food my cats very much love!

Pets Corner Warrington is my favourite pet store ever! They are always so beautifully presented the staff are absolute first class! The knowledge these guys have about pets is unbelievable! They are a credit to the company! When you visit you are treated like royalty!! Amazing!!!!

Today we bought a gorgeous Syrian hamster from Pets Corner Warrington. Everything about the service was amazing. Firstly Debbie guided us in the early stages about when to get our hamster 🐹 , she was very helpful and keen to make sure that we got the right pet for us. As we were due to go on holiday, she arranged for us to be emailed some pics of the newly available hamsters in order that we could reserve one. We chose one whilst on holiday and went to pick him up today. My daughter is absolutely delighted with him!! When we picked him up, Sophie took us through all the important care instructions and made sure the little hamster would not be too stressed. She was obviously very knowledgeable about hamsters and was genuinely concerned about their welfare. Our main reason for choosing Pets Corner was because of their animal welfare policy... and they lived up to expectation. There was no ‘hard sell’ to buy other products (though we did buy some things we needed), and I would absolutely recommend this shop. Thanks Debbie and Sophie!

The young lady that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us fit a harness and collar for our puppy. She also recommended chews and chew toys. She was definitely a good sales person without being pushy. Some prices were slightly higher than the larger pet shops but for the personal touch was well worth it. Will be using this store again.

We have just been into Pets Corner in Latchford Warrington and took our 17 week old puppy Dexter. I enquired about some puppy chews and we spoke to the most delightful helpful lady called Deborah. She was so lovely and knowledgeable about the correct chews for our dog and they were on 5 for 4 ! We bought 10 !! I have never received such a fabulous service for anyone before and nothing was too much trouble. The opening hours are great 7 days a week. I won’t go anywhere else now for my pet supplies. Deborah you are an asset to Pets corner and thanks so much for all your help.

The staff were so lovely and very knowledgable. They took a lot of time to answer my questions and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed and no question was too small. I’d gone in for a few things and all of those items were available and I was given advice and lots of options but the staff were not pushy. I also liked that the range of puppy and dog food sold was good quality and high grade. This was my first visit to the store but I will be back.

On my first visit to Pet Corner I asked for advice on changing my puppy's food. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Gave me a sample of puppy Quantum which we tried him on whilst in the shop. My puppy loved it straight away & has been a much happier little man now he is enjoying his feed. I also asked for advice on teething and again so helpful. Its important to support small businesses at this time, especially when you get such great 121 service.

Lady called Debbie was very helpful. Very friendly and portrayed a professional image of the business. I’d just like to say the layout and how every single item from large bowls the the tennis balls they were perfectly all lined up and in neat stacks. Very good keen eye for detail. I was stunned. Really appreciate the assistance given during quarantine/lockdowns, over and above anything I could have hoped for. Excellent selection of products too. I know if I have a query, the answers given will be well thought through, and often drawn from staff's personal pet experiences. Can't emphasise enough how hard Debbie and her colleagues work to ensure customers are comfortable, well informed, and have their needs met.

I have been using Pets Corner for a couple of years, as they are the only stockist of our doggie's favourite food. Staff (especially Debbie, the Manager) are always friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable on dog "issues". Excellent shop and would recommend for all your pets needs.

We had a great experience buying a pair of gerbils from Pets Corner in Warrington. From the initial phone call and throughout the whole process, Debbie was fantastic. She was really knowledgeable and obviously cared deeply about making sure that we were ready to provide a good home for the animals. She was great with our kids, talking to them about the things that the gerbils would need, whilst going through a much more thorough checklist with us. There was no hard sell to buy other items from the store, but she did want to make sure that we had the essentials covered. We spent the rest of our weekend watching two very lively gerbils exploring their new home. Overall, we were very impressed with the store, the company and the level of customer service that we were offered and we would be very happy to go back.

Called in to buy some treats for my 10 week old puppy and ended up chatting to a staff member (sorry I've forgotten her name). We got chatting and was explaining that my dog was great but not sleeping and eating stones, leaves and soil! The lady asked what food he was having and said that he had continued on the same food that the breeder had been giving to him. She advised that this was low in quality and told me a couple of better brands and how the stores scores them. I decided to do my own research as had never heard of either brand. It turns out the food I was giving my dog was cheap and poor quality, and we were supplementing the lack of nutrients with chicken or raw mince. Having reviewed the recommendations, I have now returned to the store and bought the higher recommended food, as this had a great review on an independent website. The in store staff member was fantastic explaining the benefits of the food I have chosen and the benefits to my dog. It's a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable person who genuinely had an interest in my dog's health and well being but was happy for me to take the cheapest of the two recommendations. She wasn't pushing one over the other and left me to make a choice. Thank you for your advice and a lack of pushiness or an agenda, which is to prevalent in this day and age

I telephoned the Warrington store today, to ask if they had the Devini dog food in Chicken flavour before I made the journey. I spoke to Debbie who was very helpful. She did have some and I asked if she could put them aside for us, as we couldnt make it to the shop until this afternoon. She was very obliging and said she would. We collected them this afternoon and in fact bought more than we had asked Debbie to put away for us. Debbie helped us further by explaining the various options for further purchases. As she was so helpful we will definitely buy for this store again.

Had a wonderful conversation and I feel a lot more in lightened to what best to feed my dog of 12 years who has been on cesar . We absolutely love Pets Corner in Warrington. The choice of products is excellent and everything is beautifully presented. Caring staff are always very helpful and also are very knowledgeable about products. Wish the location was a little better for them as the store is tucked away from the street with not much footfall, but it is a little gem. Would much prefer to shop here for my puppy than other pet stores as there is a personalised service and a fab choice of modern and stylish products to buy.

We visited the store for advice on switching our puppy to a healthier food and we were provided with a full run through of all the food types/brands in store which were suitable for our puppy. The store adviser was Debbie and she was extremely helpful outlining the pros and cons for each of the food brands which were available and we were very happy with the advice we received which lead us to purchasing a bag of Canagan. Debbie went onto advise that if our puppy did not like the new food that we could return the product to the store and obtain a full refund which was marvellous to hear and try another brand. However, our puppy loves the new food and we have since been back to obtain a large bag of Canagan and Debbie once again was available for advice regarding the food. We have received excellent service from our two trips to this store and we will be visiting again to obtain all our puppies food and treats in the future. Helen & Debbie

My sons and I had a really positive experience at the Warrington store last week with Kirsty who helped us find our gorgeous little Syrian hamster, Gomez. She was friendly and knowledgeable and I was impressed at the way she dealt with both us and the animals and humoured my 7 year old with his endless hamster facts! We chose Pets Corner as had heard you use ethical breeders etc and Kirsty explained the high standards of care the pets have in store and what is expected of us as pet owners. Seems to mostly cater for the owners of cats, dogs, rabbits and hamsters, since I'm interested in freshwater tropical fish the stores offering is disappointing limited. Staff are pleasant enough. Free parking. Big bones, KFC is almost next door :-)

I can't fault this lovely shop! From the day I started using Pets Corner, the staff have treated me and my dog, Rodney, with the greatest amount of care and attention. They've suggested fantastic products for Rodney to try and give him loads of cuddles when he accompanies me. I'd recommend Pets Corner in Warrington to everyone! 👍🏻

Nice big shop. There is usually plenty of parking and it's free. They usually have everything you need for your pet. Staff is friendly and helpful. What more can one want from a pet shop :-)
