The staff helped me look for my bank card which I had dropped at the till, then looked at the video footage to see where it had gone. They couldn't have been more helpful. But the star prize goes to the customer who finally found my card in between 2 packets of biscuits at the till! Poundland customers are the best! Thank you!

Lovely pub, nice atmosphere, good little play area outside for kids to keep them happy and maker friends ☺. Food is lovely was there for a buffet part of the party and it was lovely chilli was mild so everyone even tidy not fond of hot food enjoyed. Staff were helpful and checked in to ensure everything was OK and attended us when we needed some assistant or had any enquiries on condiments, drinks etc. Staff were amazing and seemed to have a wonderful vibe with each other helping each other to get through the shift and appreciated the help of their colleagues some places, some staff wouldn't be like that they would expect their colleagues to help them with no recognition for it so that was nice to see among them great team. Thank you for a lovely afternoon sorry there wasn't as much people as there would of been we did try to eat as much as we could especially Katie 😂. No faults with this pub atall give it 10 ✨ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This is a great store for getting many things you need for food or home at the cheap and cheerful price of £1. It's a pretty huge store with a good selection; I've found some great food / snacks and then some good quality stationery. The only thing that ever bugs about this store is it's all self-checkout, with one staff member to guard over and assist with all 4 or 5 machines. I'm not very fond of those machines, but the prices and selection make it worth it. :-)

really good. Not everything is a pound as it used to be- been a big change over the past year, but still cheap. Also has a clothing range now which is similar to Primark on quality + price. Always worth a visit for the branded items for a quid, cleaning stuff ,toiletries + multipack crisps + pop are the best value items.

A most enjoyable selection of varied items, all sold at extremely competitive pricing. Can be very busy with bargain hunters, however that's a credit that the shop owners are doing something right. Staff are happy to help and advice is given if requested.

What you would expect from this discount chain, got a couple of 'giant inflatables' however they turned out to be giant only for action man but then for a quid it gave us all a good laugh :-) see photo of lilo next to a book
