What a pleasant surprise, especially after reading some of the reviews about the Rug Retailer. I've ordered my rug at 11:34 AM yesterday and received it at the same time today! Not only that but the price was 15% lower than the next cheapest retailer, and they were running a 12% sale on their website! The rug looks amazing. I cannot be more pleased. Many thanks!

I have been looking at Jacaranda rugs for some time now. Once I made my mind up on the colour and range I contacted my interior designer, she designed my main room around the crushed velvet look. Even though she's very good she wouldn't agree to taking the rug back if I needed to return it for any reason. I made a trip to my local carpet shop, they advertise selling Jacaranda carpets. Even though they are probably very knowledgeable about carpets they struggled answering any question I had about Jacaranda rugs, the sales man needed to look up any questions and prices I needed. The shop also seemed a little hesitant regarding refunds if I was to return the rug. My next port of call was google, this is where I found The Rug Retailer, immediately they answered all my questions and gave me prices and explained the different edges that Jacaranda offer. They also offered me a full refund if the rug needed to be returned. Unfortunately, the rug I wanted was out of stock for 3 weeks but this was explained to me before the purchase. I now have my beautiful rug and I’m delighted with it. All in all by experience with The Rug Retailer was first rate. I’ve learnt if you want a rug go to a rug specialist. Thank you.

Bought 3 rugs now off this company and all transaction went smoothly. One we had a courier problem but this was resolved quickly and was partially down to the building work we had at the front of the house. I would recommend to anyone looking for something different and of decent quality.

Fantastic range of rugs and thought we found the ideal one. Delivery took a little longer than quoted which caused concern at the time. When i contacted Chris at the rug retailer he always responded with info and was obviously trying very hard to hasten their receipt and the despatch. Rug arrived as promised in his email. Great service! think that people,( I included ), expect everyone to deliver next day so a 14 day delivery time on non stock rugs was causing me concern. Need not have worried. Just waiting for uplift instructions, shame the colour didn't match. Would not hesitate to order again for him.

i ordered 4 bespoke rugs from Chris last week and they arrived today. The rugs are quality and Chris has been a gentleman to do business with. We were from Surrey and went to the shop to select the rugs and Chris spent hours helping us. I would say very very good customer service and price was very reasonable/good. I am thinking of ordering more rugs from Chris again soon.

Always helpful in the shop & offers good, honest advice on different types of flooring/carpet. Makes a pleasant change from some of the pushy sales people you can get in some of the chain stores.
