C. K.Very good customer service. Today, a cold damp day, I arrived at the shop at 1 minute to closing time with lots of taster pots of Farrow and Ball paint I needed to return. There were 4 pages of receipts and each little tin had to be ticked off separately. Even though he could have got really annoyed, Kirit, the store manager, carefully went through every little tin of paint, ticked it off and gave me a full refund without complaint. Thank you! I was very impressed and grateful.
