I'd of given them 10 Stars if I could have. They're just what you want turning up outside your house to fit Carpets. FAST, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. I'm a Landlord Currently Living and Working in Canada and finding good tradesman is hard. Over the years you get used to sub standard workmanship and unprofessionalism. For example I had a locksmith joke about keeping a copies of the keys to the house mostly occupied by females!!! (NO he didn't finish the job or that cup of tea, before being shown the CURB) So when Capel Carpets turned up on time as arranged and did the whole house to such a high standard...I had to check my invoice. I'm not kidding They totally transformed the house and the tenants ARE VERY HAPPY!!! BREATH OF FRESH AIR, BEST OF BRITISH, TOP JOB WELL DONE :) A+++++++++

We had Karndean fitted last week by their fitter, Derek. He had an awkward Victorian wonky house and he did a marvellous job. He really has pride in his work, I cannot recommend Derek and Capel enough. Capel have fitted my entire house now and I will come back when required.

The staff at Capel Carpets were wonderful. They were attentive and professional. My grandmother wanted her whole flat with stairs recarpeted once she had moved in. Capel carpets came round very quickly after we called for an appointment, they took all measurements, and quickly answered any of my grandmothers questions. The carpets were laid in a timely and professional manner and are very high quality. Can’t thank the team at Capel carpets enough. I was delighted with the service I received in the shop. The man was very helpful and patient. He got lots of samples out and laid them together so I could compare the colours. When it came to the fitting day, I found there fitters very polite and helpful, they took the time to help me move my furniture, and left the job nice and clean. The fitting was perfect. I needed a carpet fitted very quickly during a window between tenants. I had not used Capel Carpets before but knew of them from frequently walking past the shop. The team were able to help selecting an appropriate carpet and were able to fit it very quickly, all at a very reasonable price. The team were very friendly and accommodating and I would not hesitate to use Capel Carpets again in the future.

Great fast service much better than large company service. No waiting...prompt order and fitted a couple of days later. Fitter was so helpful even helped us move furniture back into room and removed a door. Fitter refused a tip just because he came late in the day ....brilliant service I would highly recommend this company.

Good prices and fast service. Over new year 2017/18, they had a someone at my house checking room measurements within 3 hours of visiting the store, and then installation for 5 rooms done three weeks later in one day. They have a nice range of stock over three floors including carpet, vinyl, roll-ends and beds.
