A returning customer. Lots of paint had flaked off around the edges of my front lower bumper (and a small scratch to the rear bumper). Pentagon were able to work on the front bumper right away and so I still had use of my vehicle. The vehicle was then booked in for the rear lower bumper at the earliest available appointment. That work was done in less than 2 days. My two bumpers cam back good as new. Pentagon are prompt, professional, and were a pleasure to deal with. Would use again and highly recommend the team at Pentagon. Chocolates were a great addition on the return of the car too!

So pleased with my experience after I damaged my Range Rover and went to see Peter Smith about it. The service was top notch, Peter was very attentive, offering a bespoke service and being extremely friendly but professional. The job itself was done to an exacting standard. I was introduced to Peter Smith from Pentagon paint Watford as the approved Jaguar paint repairer by my local jaguar dealer. Peter was an absolute gent, provided me with a quote offered some advice in relation to the insurance handling and I was put in contact with a company called AX-UK to handle my claim. Great advice. Both companies worked together for a smooth and painless repair to my car. I was met by a representative from AX at pentagon with a more than suitable hire car. The team at Pentagon checked my vehicle in while the representative from AX explained the hire vehicle ensure it I was happy with it and if I wasn’t would arrange a replacement. I have to say both businesses work very well complimenting a superb service. I was regularly kept informed by the team at Pentagon of the progress of my repair throughout. On completion date the team offered to drop my vehicle back to me as being local and collect the rental car off me as well as informing AX-uk on my behalf to collect hire car from their premises. In all an absolutely superb service from all concerned and thank you to my local Jaguar deal for introducing me to Peter. I would not hesitate to recommend Pentagon paint Watford and would certainly use both them again should I ever have to.

I have used Pentagon Paint on two occasions in the last few months. First to fix the hatchback door on my Range Rover Sport and last week to repair a dent and scratch on the side panel. Both times I dealt with Peter Smith who was totally professional and efficient to deal with. I have been extremely impressed by the honest, straight forward approach and also by their ability to stick to the original timeframe for the work. Updates were sent to me by text message. The car was collected and delivered on both occasions. The work carried out was to an extremely high standard and the car looks like new. Would highly recommend.

Peter Smith and his team performed a terrific, professional and timely service on my Jaguar that had been involved in a serious collision. Peter turned up quickly to assist me at roadside, organised a recovery vehicle and kept me updated on what was happening on a regular basis thereafter. Peter Smith was as good as his word. We have had previous experience of quite bad repairs from insurance approved body repairers. Penatagon are different. They repaired my wife’s Range Rover to perfection. They are Land Rover approved for a reason. Also they made the process completely painless.

Earlier today I had the good fortune of working with Peter Smith who, after 3 months of trying to resolve a warranty issue with the car manufacturer on my own, took charge of the situation and got more done in 1 hour than I had in those 3 months. A big thank you to Peter, very polite and professional. I hit a curb and damaged the side skirt of my Jaguar XE. He met me at the JLR showroom in Watford, gave the car a full check not only to inspect the obvious damage but anything else I may not have noticed. He was fully transparent on the costs and provided me a quote within an hour of inspecting the car. Two days later, Peter's colleague collected the car from my house and only five hours later the job was done and the car was back safely on my drive looking fantastic, like the day I purchased it. We cannot fault the service we have received - from all of the initial contact and discussions with Peter, who is a true credit to the organisation, to collecting the vehicle bang on time - we felt we were in very capable hands. The vehicle was repaired to an exceptionally high standard and came back looking as good as new. Even the curve ball of leaving the pushchair in the courtesy car was not too much for them, as Ben delivered it to our home address without any hesitation. You honestly couldn't ask for more.
