Bought two bonded male rabbits. The staff were amazing from their knowledge, to making sure your equipped, with everything needed. I have called a couple of times, everytime met with kindness and understanding. Even the vets, inside the store are amazing recommend highly.

I had my bunny neutered on Friday 23/11. I met before and on day with Izzy who is taking care of my bunny. She is very good, patient and care about my bunny a lot. My bunny is not the friendly one and doesn’t like to pick up at all. The next day on Saturday I received the call from her asking questions concerning how is my bunny doing… Highly recommend it. Great place to get supplies for your pet. Our puppy loves to visit here, glad she is allowed in. Staff are helpful and when we needed advice they were glad to help. There is a grooming salon on site and a vet. Very useful to be all in one place. Free parking also.

Pets at home is well stocked but Vets at home is terrible. Stay away! They don't let you go in to the consulting room with your pet. Instead you have to tie them to the table and leave them crying. BARBARIC AND CRUEL

I often go here for cat food but also the staff are helpful. A while ago I picked out a grooming brush for my ageing rescue cat and at the checkout a staff member questioned me about what my requirements were, called someone over from the grooming parlour and they helped me pick out an alternative product (which has really helped to stop my cat's fur from getting tangled). Very good.

Not sure what too say about Pet at home Watford. They are usually are out of stock for the dog food I buy so have to go elsewhere. I booked my pomeranian in for a from and they got the information wrong and rebooted me in expected ingredients me to pay an additional £40... The groomers do not take their time my pom was left with matts and unclipped toes even though I paid for a full groom

I like the shop. The staff are around to ask advice, it's pretty well stocked. I've got no complaints at all. The vet service is good, it's solved the flea problem I had with my cats, they even managed to clip the claws of my feral 21 year old cat! Kudos for that!

Love this store. Easy to find, easy to park, well priced quality products, huge range for every budget. Nearly all pets and wildlife are catered for. Vets onsite. Groom Room is fab too. No idea who it belongs to, but it seems to of made itself at home!

For customers reading this it’s a great place for supplies despite some reviews talking about the shelves not being stocked and well in my opinion its ok. Very nice store although the parking can be busy. I was making use of the Vets which is also in store. Good service throughout. The atmosphere was calm and the check children like looking at the different animals while I was looking around the store. This is also a good place to purchase fish and accessories.

Large retail unit for pet supplies. Easy to pick up run of the mill pet food and toys. But does not stock a large quantity of specialist pet food or special pet toys (if you have a fussy loved one!) Many special offers on all the time on various well known brands so very well priced and discounts are good for a high street store (although it's a retail park!) Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is free and large car park. Good disabled access and parking too.

Very good. Went there and purchased a hamster. They took care in making sure the hamster wasnt at all ill and informing me on everything about it. The service was AMAZING as they came and vet checked the hamster whilst we paid for the cage and other things. They even checked that we had everything we needed and if we saw anything that we may want to get in their personal cages. Overall 5 stars.

Store itself is clean and well stocked for the most popular animals ie cats, dogs, fish, rabbits but I found the reptile section extremely limited. Which unfortunately was the type of animal I required to buy for. Staff were friendly and directed me to the website but as I needed it then and it said it was in stock I was hoping I would have been able to purchase. They also agreed they would want more reptile stock. Disappointing visit but for the most commercial pets they have ample to choose from

So we recently got a new puppy and as you can imagine we have made quite a few trips here recently for various things. There is a great selection of food, toys, treat etc for dogs but also lots of equipment for other animals as well. There is also a vets and a groomers in the back of the store. We took our pup for her vaccinations and the vet was great, took time to say hello to our pup, familiarised her with the tools he was using before he used them, and with the help of a little meat paste she didnt even notice the injection. Really friendly and professional staff. Would recommend from our experiences so far.

Clean, spacious and good variety of pet accessories, food and live pets who looked well kept. Stanley the cat was great too. Only downside is you can't simply buy a pack of flea treatment, they try to sell you pricey multipacks or monthly subscription. Theres only one member of staff who can sell the flea treatments and he told us we had to buy on the spot as he was going home!

Collecting a new puppy tomorrow - quite a sudden purchase, since we'd been deliberating for a couple of years after our beloved dog, Hugo died. So, new puppy and we needed to purchase every single thing for him. Step in Perry from Pets at Home. We told him what we thought was needed and he guided us through the pros and cons of each item. The store was very clean and fairly well stocked - could have done with a bit more but we put this down to it being Summer holidays. We joined their loyalty scheme thus receiving 10pc off todays purchases and a free puppy book with discount vouchers inside. Will definitely visit again as our little one grows!

Had my dog groomed there for the first time today! A cavachon, and as everyone knows this bread need there ears plucking at time of grooming! I even mentioned at the drop of about her ears! Yet after pick up and getting her home to my amazement her ears had not been plucked at all! I paid 45 for a full groom plus 10 for a spa wash and teeth clean!
