So friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a genuinely big smile from a member of staff who was keen to help me choose a good size football goal for my toddlers (really for my husband) and helped carry it all to the tills for me. I felt like a big kid in the store that afternoon and both me and the kids had fun.

Staff friendly and happy to help you find toys. Store is really tidy and neat. Perfect for getting toys and gifts. They have alas of different ranges and the prices suit all budgets. They have a car park that is free for a certain amount of time. Watford high street train station is just a few minutes walk away.

Has lots of variety in toys and products for children of all ages, including pop vinyls and pokemon cards. The store also sells more traditional toys such as lego, dolls and baby toys

Went here to find a present for my sons 6th birthday. Staff were friendly however they didn’t really know where to find what i was looking for. Nevertheless I enjoyed my experience and would recommend the shop to anyone looking for birthday presents or gifts for the young ones.

Lovely store with all that you need for babies & children.However,waited in the queue today at the checkout with one item,& waited & waited.Turns out it was also acting as customer service for returns also.No othr checkouts open!Was quite annoyed,so left the shop minus the ball. If the're short staff they should close down returns & ask customer to bring back anthr day!

Great service. Rohan is the man! went to pick up my sons bike, Had to travel to Watford as no smyths had this product in Central London. They assembled the bike and explained me everything. The order online was so fast and didn't know it would be ready 7 hours after placing an order. Also thanks to Larry. Absolutely fantastic service. Wish I could give 10 stars...

Wide selection of toys,games and activities for all ages from 0+ including adults ☺️,For both home and garden spread across two floors, Store has lift and escolater for easy access to top floor, Always clean and easy to get what's needed with prices fair compared to other places, If in doubt there is always a member of staff around to help even on their busy days. Originally ordered a bike for my 6 year old from Halfords in Hemel and they said would be ready next day by 4pm this was on the Thursday. Fortunately my partner went into Halfords and asked if they could get the bike ready earlier. One was sat on his mobile and another just could not be bothered. He said he could not find the order and then suddenly found it. He advised it would not be done for a week, my partner said when would we have been told of this ‘maybe later today or tomorrow’! So we decided to come to here. We took our daughter so she could choose on the off chance they had something. First off the he staff were polite and friendly not just the one serving us but when we walked around the store. We selected a bike and they had them already built. They did a check for us and took the stabilisers off. I was extremely impressed at the level of service. I was more impressed by the polite nature of the staff. What night street shopping should be about. Thank you.

Great customer service. Highly recommend speaking to Louise if you are looking to buy buggies, child seat, beds and other items for newborn. Very knowledgeable staff.

Lots of different types of toys, activities and nursery furniture. Plenty of staff on hand and toys are arranged well and in different sections. Prices are ok although some seem pricey there are sale items too.

Great range of products at good prices. Do check online as sometimes you can get a better deal. Plenty of parking but don't visit in rush hour as it can be a tight squeeze.
