R. C.At first I was unsure weather to go with Carpet Right as the Google reviews did not look at all complimentary. I went into the Woking branch and spoke to a lovely young lady (Jackie).
Right from the offset she was highly professional and went above and beyond a high level of customer satisfaction and service. We wanted to arrange a whole carpet fit for my Father's flat who lives up North. She helped use choose, gave us great advise for cost savings, sorted out a fitters, gave a great price and stayed on top of the project throughout the entire time.
This lady is a credit to the company and I would happily recommend and come back again as long as Jackie manages my sale. Thank you Jackie and Carpet Right.
