A. G.Went in to buy carpet for my mother. The team were very helpful and showed me a good range of products of different price levels so I could choose according to my budget. I was able to take samples so my mum could choose. Ordering was quick and easy. Took about 5-6 weeks delivery and the installation was very quick and tidy! My mum’s so happy with her new carpet!

F.both gary and mori, hope ive spelt that correctly were fantastic in every respect, very helpful very honest and always ready to assist with any problems or questions, they couldnt do more to help and provide a customer service level thats rare to find these days, weve always carpeted our house using you and recently you did my son house and he was just as impressed.
The two carpet fitters Alex and his father were superb and went out of there way to make sure we were happy, they are two very conscientious workers with the excellent skill levels and are a credit to you.
Overall from sale to fitting the whole team is incredible and coupled with excellent prices you cant do any better.
P. S.From visiting the showroom, selecting a carpet, to the measuring service and finally fitting, CMS Woking provided excellent service. The carpet fitting in particular was perfect, far better than our previous carpet fitting by John Lewis.

B. B.Have used CMS a number of times over the years and always found them helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the last time someone came out to measure up for carpet for our stairs and landing but when the fitters arrived with the carpet they found that he had underestimated and they had a lot of difficulty in making it fit. They were expert and did a good job, and the carpet looks good, but there are a couple of places where they have hidden unnecessary joins and I am just hoping that as time goes on no weaknesses show up.

R. L.Bought some flooring which I picked up and as always this was efficient and at a good price. When ordering, on impulse I also bought a mattress, however, as I had just started a new job and didn't know my exact shifts, I first asked about delivery options. I was advised these would be on a Friday and if I took the first slot I could be virtually guaranteed a 10.30 delivery, and if I wasn't first I could still have a fairly narrow window agreed sometime between 11 and 1 - they could work around me to that extent. As I knew I wouldn't be working before 12 this worked for me.
However, when the item was ready and I tried to arrange a time I was told that no specific time could be agreed and that the best they could do was 'before 1'. This is not what I was told when I ordered and I would not have ordered if I had been given that advice at that time. Given this I don't yet have the item as the earliest I could guarantee to be in for that time span was 3 weeks later which hasn't yet elapsed.
Overall I recommend CMS Downs though I am disappointed with the advice I was given on this occasion.
