Visited this store for the first time with my 15 week old schnoodle Heidi to a lovely warm welcome by the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the store who offered appropriate advice and hugs for the puppy who also got to choose her own chew. Invited back for puppy playtime was an added bonus. Definitely going back!

I usually shop at your Horsell branch, but today was near Edwin’s Garden Centre in Woking so I popped into your branch there. Hugh provided great customer service and was knowledgable and friendly. Nice to know all your stores have such a great bunch of staff fronting them!

Woking Pets corner staff are so helpful whenever me and my dogs go there. Their puppy hour definitely helped my very timid puppy with his confidence to play with other dogs. Highly recommend.

Called into the shop on 16/6/2021 (our second visit within the past 2 weeks) together with our large dog. As it was his birthday, we headed for Pets Corner to buy some treats while my husband purchased various items. All the staff we spoke to were polite, helpful and couldn't do enough to make our dog welcome, offering free treats and fresh water.. Such an enjoyable experience for us all, unlike visits to other garden centres.The range of products was excellent and customer service impressive. Clearly staff are well trained and able to deal with any enquiries. We will now be regular customers in the future and highly recommend others to pay them a visit.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I'm a regular customer and they remember what I buy (which has been handy when my partner has gone in and forgotten!). They're very knowledgeable and I always appreciate their advice, they also welcome feedback, good or bad, which is great service. I don't shop anywhere else for my dogs food (or lovely bedding). I just want to say what a wonderfully helpful and cheerful team they are at Pets corner in Woking. Always at hand to answer your questions and extremely knowledgeable about all their products in store. If we come in with our dog, they make a big fuss over him and he always gets a little treat, so he is also a big fan, as are we!! Keep up the good work guys :) Gaynor, Nigel and Jak the doodle.

I always enjoy coming to this store. You can be assured, you will get personal attention and unbiased advise. My pets are in great shape thanks to the food that I was recommended a few years back. Not something that is stocked in shops of a well known national chain. I am very pleased!
