They keep luring me in by putting the half price books right at the entrance, and before I know it I'm walking out with three new books and a tote bag to add to my ever growing collection. This location has a really laid back vibes and reminds me of browsing libraries in my younger days. Very welcoming.

Went in this morning to pre order stephen kings new novel, part of the qwendy trilogy. The service from the lady was exceptional and even found book no.2 for me to read whilst I wait for the new novel in February ! 1st class service from a 1st class book store. Thanks!

Went in to buy some books for a 1 year olds birthday and they had a great choice of appropriate books. Much nicer to see them in person before buying which you just don't get with amazon. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

For a smaller waterstones it's pretty good. I went in for 11+ exam prep books so pretty specialist and I found all 4 of the CGP books I was looking for. Ok, one was an age group lower than ideal for me, but the gentleman did kindly check whether they had the one I wanted in stock. Was very surprised to find them all in trip to be honest! Thank you to the store clerk who was most helpful.

It's just great to have a physical bookstore. Staff are helpful, and the smell of paper when you walk in is just illuminating. Juat love it.

As with all Waterstones, the offers generally aren't great. However, the atmosphere of the shop is excellent, and it's usually fairly quiet. I'd recommend popping in for a look around, there's a pretty good selection of non-book items too.

It's a smaller Waterstones but always immaculately laid out. I love browsing in my lunch hour. I tend to look in the smart thinking section a lot and as the displays are rotated regularly, there's nearly always something new on display.

Waterstones has everything. Whether you are looking for the newest novel, a classic for school, a philosophy book for college, a notebook for your research in university, a travel guide, a self-help book or even a spiritual book. Waterstones has you covered. However, books isn't all it sells. Board and Card games folk the shelves as do collectables themed around popular ideas(e.g. Harry Potter, Game of Thrones...) and toys.
