extremely happy with my service, my new house got measured yesterday and carpets have been fitted today, the staff are so friendly and value the customer, I had rob fitting the carpets today and he's done a fantastic job. cheaper then every other store I went to but more then that I felt I was just a pound sign to a few stores aladdins cave really made me feel like a valued customer, they helped me pick a carpet and and asked everything that I wanted, thank you so much for being so friendly and helpful, will be recommending to all my friends

Popped into the shop today and spoke to Adam after having an issue with another company. Adam was great he sorted me out and got me all booked in to have my whole flat redone. this company did my all my lino about 10 years ago and did a great job then. They are great and very helpful always happy to help and listen to you and help out with any problems you have will always recommend this company and the staff are always friendly plus good quality furniture

We've recently moved to Worcester and popped in to have a look at large rugs. Friendly service and not pushy at all. Showed us available rugs to suit our requirements. Bought one that day for the conservatory and so pleased with the price and quality that we called back 2 days later and bought another for the lounge. Could have had delivery the next day for a small charge, but opted for them to fold up and put in our car for us both times. Will certainly be our first place to look for any future furniture or carpeting!

Very helpful company to go to .the staff are very helpful. Good atmosphere. We went there for my daughter to get a sofa, you could not believe Adam he was Not a pushy salesman which you get now. We looked at lot sofas and all are good prices. When my wife and daughter were Decided which one found they had beds as well , so I bought a mattress. I would like to thank Adam for staying on for us. By there is car parking just the other side of the road . Good for disabled people to go there it's on ground floor. Thank you from Graham, Valerie and Rachael. This is now October 2022 which had to go back to get more things from Adam and is staff we had very warm welcome soon as we came through the door . There was a lot of customers in there they had same treatment from all the staff. They sell furniture, bedding , carpets and much more. The prices are a lot cheaper than the biggest companies which the same products, you need to check it out for your Self because it is. The car park just outside the shop Well done Adam and his staff from Graham.

Went to the store just to looked around but ended up buying a whole lot … 😂😂😂 ( carpet, flooring, sofa, bed and mattress … love them all ) . I went somewhere else to compare the price but Alladin’s Cave shop was way more cheaper with very good quality 🥰🥰🥰 I told all my friends and colleagues about the shop and when they went to my house, to see the carpet, flooring, sofa and most of all my beautiful bed, they were all amazed. Throughout our excellent carpet experience with Aladdin's Cave we met four people - Jason and Aaron at the shop and Paul and Craig the fitters. All were polite, friendly and obliging and very keen to please. The carpet was fitted beautifully and looks amazing. Great value, awesome customer service and a genuine desire to see the client pleased and happy. They had problems with their phone lines which meant my mattress wasn't delivered. But Paul phoned me this morning ( a Sunday) and promised to deliver it personally within half an hour, delivery fee waived and part of the price refunded as compensation. Delivering on a Sunday? Brilliant. The store has a wide range of quality furniture and carpets. Highly recommended.

What can i say? I popped into the showroom to look at sofas and was surpised to find a massive choice of carpets, flooring and furniture that i ended up doing my whole house! The staff/fitters/carpenter are just brilliant. They cant do enough for you. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The prices are fantastic too. I saved myself a lot of money by using Alladins Cave. They price matched some bedroom furniture which i had seen online. Everything was delivered and fitted on time to the anticipated timescales and Roger is a great flooring fitter. I am just waiting on my sofas now. Great quality flooring, great prices, great staff. Will definitely use them again.

I had a bed from here under 12 months ago. When you arrive in the shop they are there all happy and and ready to give you a good deal Nothing is too much trouble and their saying is "we like to look after our customers" I did have a hiccup, but it was swiftly rectified. So far so good. They did look after me. So it was validated that it is true, they do look after their customers. We will be back to by more furniture as we are in the process of moving. My son will be having his own place soon, and plans to furniture his home from Aladins Cave. Would highly recommend them.

We have been in and out of the cave since September 2016. We knew what we wanted the carpets. But we were just getting things scheduled as we had the whole house redone. Is just like to say that Jason and omar were fantastic and proffessional. We explained that we know what carpet we want wf need measuring and quoting. All was done. Omar took three measurements and gave the quote and we had to wait for all other builders in three house to finish before we could get on with it. It took us till December to get ready and when we went back they still had our details and arranged to get the full house carpeted before x-mas. Just wanted to say big thanks to three fitters who were also very pro. They came in and cracked on with it. All in all this local shop was fair in price and excellent in service. We will use them again for furniture etc... thanks guys 😇🤗
