Needed to fully carpet out new home before we moved in. Vicky was able to come out to our house and measure and then went away to work out the cost. There was no hard sell, the figures were very transparent and below what I was expecting. Vicky was able to arrange fitting in just over a week. When the fitters arrived they were brilliant, chatting bunch but not the type to let let that slow them down. Very impressed with Carpetright. From start to finish I can not fault them. I would definitely recommend visiting them if your in need of carpet.

Went to carpetright for all of my house, I had visited a few other retailers nearby but they weren’t as good. The service from Vicky was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Went through all of my sizes and worked out the cost for me, they even came out to check everything at no extra cost. The fitters on the day were very professional and friendly. I can’t recommend enough.

I dashed into the store to check out the stock as we have a room that needs carpeting quite soon. Within a few seconds of my entering the store I was approached by Vitt who offered his assistance. I told him I was just browsing (which I was at that point). After having a look round I then consulted with Vitt to get his advice and as a result I scooted out of the store 20 mins later, a happy customer, as he had assisted me to purchase carpet and underlay and arranged fitting at a very competitive price indeed. Vitt was quite laid-back but efficient and knowledgable; thanks Vitt. Am looking forward to getting our new carpet fitted in the next few days. I don't anticipate any problems as I have used Carpetright before and the fitting was first class.

I went to Carpet Right in Blackpole to fit flooring throughout my entire house as I had just bought a new build house. I was super stressed and anxious buying the flooring as I wasn’t sure on colour schemes, carpet/hardfloor etc but I soon realised I was in good hands! I was looked after my Vitt originally and although he was new and in training, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was also looked after by Vicky, the store manager, and she couldn’t have been more patient and kind to me. She was really personable and made me feel at ease. The prices were great and once the flooring was in I was so pleased I went with Carpet Right! I’ve had carpet for the stairs, landings and bedrooms and LVT all through the downstairs which looks stunning. Vicky has been great with her aftercare too and I couldn’t recommend the store or their employees enough! Thank you for making a super stressful time a lot more manageable and my flooring is absolutely perfect!!

For anyone who is looking purchase from carpet right, I recommend it, definitely 5 star treatment. Unfortunately I did have a issue with my bed frame, this was faulty a product but manufacturers wasn't taking responsibility. I spoke with Lee in Worcester branch, and he consistently dealt with my case. I can't thank him enough, he was so understanding and being 100% professional and approachable. I'm glad to say with Lee's help and support I was able to get the faulty bed frame replaced. I felt a valued customer and my voice, opinions and views were heard. Lee fought tooth and nail in order to please the customer. I will definitely be recommending the store to others, and shopping there in future. Excellent service from last November through to the carpet fitting, yesterday. Carpetright gladly took the order although fitting was not required for two months. The fitter's labourer was sick and unable to work yesterday, but two other Carpet fitters came to his aid when they had completed their own work as Carpetright had put out a call for assistance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and patient and Covid-safe!

Our experience with Carpetright has been very positive. We had great service in the store picking out carpet and laminate across 5 rooms. Fitters were all very friendly and shockingly efficient! We had a bit of a mix-up with the laminate however Carpetright were quick to resolve the issue at no extra cost to us. The carpets look and feel wonderful - our home has been transformed! What a pleasant surprise! Walked into the store, greeted by a very friendly and very helpful Laura. She listened to what I needed, offered constructive and helpful advice on everything. Vicky came to measure up at my home. Equally pleasant and good advice and then on a subsequent visit to the store, I met Jenny who was very kind and reassuring about the order I had made. I was informed along the way about order delivery and fitting. Bobby , the fitter was EXCELLENT! A superb job was done and such pride in his workmanship and concern about pleasing the customer! My husband and I visited Carpet Right Worcester last week. The whole process so far has been excellent, Jennie our sales advisor greeted us when we entered, allowed us to have time to look around, then entertained our little girl with colouring while we decided which carpets and vinyl we wanted. Once we had chosen she talked us through everything and advised us on some of our options (such as the colours of one of our carpets and the bedroom furniture being too similar and also to be careful about the thickness of the carpet with leaving a walk way). She was extremely helpful all the way through to pricing up and even guessing the hall, stairs and landing measurements to give us an estimate. We then had Vicky come out and measure the house up, again she was extremely helpful and advised about certain things we weren’t sure on. We popped back in today to finalise everything and again we were greeted by the lovely Jennie who put the order through. It’s very difficult these days to find excellent customer service and to find people who go out of their way to help and it also to be genuine. We can’t wait to get our new carpets in a few weeks. Thanks again to the team! We would definitely recommend!
