The visit was for a bed frame. Upon entering the store we were greeted by staff and informed of current social distancing regulations. The staff were friendly, informative and pleasant to be around. We explained what we were looking for and given a few options based on that criteria. The sale was quick and easy. We were also informed of the additional services we could go for. Which we went for the installation and warranty against damages. Overall a great experience!
