What an absolute gem of a store to shop for that special fur baby in your life. Truly wonderful owners and very special helpers in the wonderful aforementioned Hugo and Ted. Purchased several items for our new puppy , wonderful design and fantastic build quality. Even offered to make alterations and even personalise for us. So often in these modern times the role of a shop has changed and so has the ability to connect with the customer. After working in retail myself for some years it was a refreshing change to go back to the good old days of customer satisfaction and taking the time to listen. I will be back for more products very soon for our husky boy as the designs are fabulous and very tasteful, something for everyone. Carry on the great work! 🐾🐾🐾🐾

I’m so glad I found Hugo and ted!! I’ve never been able to find anything to fit my french bulldog properly until I found Hugo and ted. All items are handmade to measure meaning you get the perfect fit every time. The items I’ve purchased are of fantastic quality and my frenchie looks adorable 🥰 Customer service is amazing and any questions I’ve ever had have been answered in a timely manner. Just look how pawfect this coat is! Waterproof and fleece lined 😍

We visited Hugo and Ted today with our dog. We spoke with Charlotte and Jeff, (I think I have the names right!), Who were beyond accomodating, welcoming and easy to talk to. We bought a lovely rope toy made of scraps, super sustainable and a great way of using up bits of fabric. Also bought a gorgeous treat waist bag. We will be back! 💕

If you are looking for beautifully handmade dog clothing and accessories, that are also made by someone who loves dogs and works incredibly hard to make sure all your needs are met, then look no further. Everything we have bought from Hugo and Ted Ltd has been made without out fault and our first jumper, which we brought a year ago (and is cream) looks hardly different to the day we bought it.

We’ve had Hugo and Ted products from the very beginning, and are always amazed by the quality. The attention to detail on all of the products is fantastic, and the customer service by Charlotte cannot be faulted! We’ve got poloneck jumpers, snuggle jumpers, T-shirts and coats and all are really practical and long lasting. My dogs go for day long walks in rugged terrain very often, but the jumpers keep them warm, dry, mud free and safe even in the most disgusting conditions. The fact they’re made to measure is even better, given that both of my dogs are very different sizes! The human apparel is lovely and fits really well - even though I’m really tall! My pups absolutely love their snuggle sack too - the quality of the materials is insane, so it even goes on holiday in the campervan with them! Hugo and Teds efforts at being sustainable and sourcing everything from the UK is just the cherry on top of an outstanding company. We will never go anywhere else for our dog wear.

The customer service was outstanding in the shop with a warm, friendly welcome. Charlotte is always on hand to help with measurements, our top tip would be to ensure you measure loosely especially with a thick fur ! You’ll not be disappointed with your order!

Hugo and Ted are amazing. The products that are made are of outstanding quality. The customer service is top notch and so friendly, nothing is too much trouble (especially custom orders). It's so good being able to purchase made to measure products as I can't buy off the peg due to awkward measurements. Discovered Hugo and ted on instagram and always loved their products and had some made to measure fleeces in the past but I couldn't not write a review about the incredible crate cover, bumper and bed we have just recently received. Firstly I was so impressed with the communication from Hugo and Ted regarding my choice of material, they sent pictures and videos of the colour I had chosen so I was really confident on my choice. When it arrived I was beyond impressed and Clover my cockapoo loved it INSTANTLY. The personalisation is a gorgeous touch and the quality of the stitching and material is divine. It really has transformed it to look more stylish than just a metal crate. Such a great price compared to other brands out there too. What an amazing, good quality, independent store. None of this horrible Chinese manufacturered rubbish. I can get a dog walking jacket that matches my dogs collar. Lead and coat. They can make items to fit any dog or their humans. I shall definitely be returning here again 🐶
