Friendly and knowledgeable staff who will devote their time to your pet's needs and deliver excellent customer service. The store contains a superb selection of quality dog food, including a well stocked freezer section with a vast range of raw meals. The deli section has everything from puppy safe rabbit ears, strings of deli sausages and long lasting bones for the larger breeds. Just for Pets also cater for small animal, cat, reptiles and wild bird.

Went into the store after I had finished work about 17:30 and a lady called Alice supported us in bagging up some fish for us. We wanted particular fish and she was very patient even though the fish were not cooperating in getting in the net. The store closed at 18:00 but she continued and ensured that we were happy.

This is a great pet store. Dogs are always given a treat at the counter and they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have often asked them for their advice. I take on board that they can be more expensive but I would rather pay that bit extra and through their advice buy the right thing for my dog. I also like it that they have a weighing scale do I can keep track of my dogs weight

I Went to purchase some food for my rescue dog who has a sensitive stomach. The gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and gave me lots of advice on food suitable for my dog. Previous to this I brought a name tag and again the person was really helpful. I will definitely be back a million times better than pets at home. Highly recommended!

Recently, I visited Just For Pets in Worcester in preparation for getting a bunny. I was absolutely amazed by the staff! It was close to closing time so I should imagine they were getting tired. But you wouldn't have noticed that- their customer service was impeccable. 1 member of Staff in particular stood out to me. Lee was very accommodating from start to finish - showing me where to find the rabbit things, suggesting good things to buy- as a first time rabbit owner I wasn't too sure-and even taking the hutch to the tills for me while I carried on shopping. He was very pleasant and happy to help and chat all the way until I left the store. He really is a credit to the store. Thank you everybody at Just for Pets for making such a stressful shopping trip so easy! 10/10 would recommend

Incredible customer service , my puppies wernt doing very well on the previous food and I was very stressed as I had tried many different brands and couldn’t get their belly’s to settle. Dan listened to my worries and was really informative and compassionate and recommend me different food the pups belly’s have settled and they are happy babies again! Can’t thank you guys enough.
