Popped in this morning for a harness/collar fitting and a new lead for my boxer puppy... Well, normally the staff there are so helpful given that this is all new to me but I've got to be honest, they couldn't have been less interested or helpful if they'd tried....and don't get me started on the lack of stock! Walked away with a retractable lead that the girl didn't know was any good and it will only last a short time as she gave me a medium whereas I'd need a large!

For rabbits they have some good toys not found elsewhere but they can be really over priced for what sometimes is essentially fancy sticks or cardboard. Good deals on the food though! But don't always stock enough items, I usually have to make several attempts to order online/visit the store to get my rabbits usual food before I finally find it in stock.

I had to take my cat for her check up and annual injections. The staff were really nice and careful that we all knew what we needed to do to stay safe. Always a friendly helpful service from staff. A varied selection of choices that cater for everyone's price range and requirements. We get all our edible hay and bedding hay , litter trays sawdust and food pellets from here it's brilliant.

Good flat access. Not bad stock but didn't have what I went in for but did have an alternative. No live animals because the breading program needs to start again. I was told that the animals that were there at lockdown were all found good homes. Nice friendly staff.

Great store. Spacious well stocked and assistants very helpful. Plenty to look at including rabbits guinea pigs hamsters and loads of goldfish and tropical fish and more. Also there is a Veterinary practice on site and dog grooming also.

Full of things for your pets. There is probably everything you need in here. The premises have been made Corona virus safe. There is a one way system in place, plenty of hand sanitiser and plastic screens for the staff. Go and enjoy yourselves.

Recently we've got 2 cats and we start to go to Pets at Home, first of all for buying all the stuff we need it and then one of the cat get quiet bad (sneezing and difficult to breath) and everything from the first moment to the last was great, I have to mention the doctor ( Ruth Webb , I hope I am right) as she was absolutely amazing. Staff care about the animals. Good manager. Never had cause to doubt animals welfare unlike some places. Very clean, the animals always have water and food and get very care when needed. I'm pretty impressed with my local pets at home actually.

A mainstream large scale pet shop. The rabbits/small animals are obviously very well looked after in this branch which was more than can be said for their branch in Gloucester, but the aquatics was a different story. One of the freshwater shrimp was actually on the floor outside the aquariums (quite dead by that point) and the selection of tropical aquariums available was limited.
