Heritage make lovely photo albums for a great price and their customer service is excellent. I ordered an album at fairly short notice. It arrived early and looked great but unfortunately contained a typo in the inscription. I got in touch with Jerri, who sorted out the problem immediately and got a replacement sent out extremely quickly. We were really happy with the result and now have a spare album! I am delighted with 'Our Son's Wedding' Album. A beautiful handmade album in a very smart blue gift box. Original album received had the wrong inscription , 'Our Wedding', on the front but it was replaced immediately and we were told to keep it and give it to our son. What a lovely gesture! First rate service from a very friendly company.

EDITED - revised from 2 to 5 stars After raising about the late delivery I was contacted by phone, apologies were given and it was explained the delay was due to heavy work load and it being a hand made item. An "order processed" email I received did not mean the order was dispatched or ready for dispatch. While better communication about delays would have prevented my concerns (I had not ordered from this company before), the album arrived a couple of days later. Regarding the photo album I ordered "Red Two-Tone Cover Self Adhesive Photo Album - Overall Page Size: 315 x 325mm, 12 1/4" x 12 3/4" I ordered this as a Christmas gift for an elderly aunt who has a lot of loose photos in packets and boxes and she has recently acquired even more from a late relative. The self adhesive pages are easier for her to place pictures on (save fiddly adhesive corners etc. she is 79!). I am very impressed with this album, it is beautifully made, a high quality item. I ordered additional pages and these were put in for me - it makes for a very large album indeed, plenty of photos! It is heavy and will be heavier still with all those photos, I do wonder if the material covering the spine could be of a thicker material, I wonder if it will tear easily? The pages themselves are adhesive both sides and have a gilt edge making the overall appearance very high quality. The pages are also more sturdy (thicker) than I was anticipating and this is a bonus. The custom lettering on the front is of a good size, in gold, very clear and well embossed into the cover. ORIGINAL: Not impressed so far - ordered an expensive photo album on the 16th of november. Got an email same day saying the order has been processed. It's now the 30th of November and no delivery in sight. Tried to call - answering machine.

Delighted with the service I received from this company. My blue leather album arrived within 2 days of ordering, well packaged, and the quality of it exceeded my expectations. Jerry at Heritage was most helpful on the phone when I placed my order. I can thoroughly recommend... all I have to do now is put the photos in and hopefully turn it into a family heirloom :)

I ordered a personalised photo album from Heritage recently and their devotion to quaity and customer service is superb. After a slight slip-up with the colours my initial order, they were more than enthusiastic to create a second volume of my first album, free of charge! Thanks to Jerri and the rest of the team, my collection has gotten off to a great start, and needless to say the albums are gorgeous. I'll be sure to come to them for any and all albums in future. Excellent Irrespective of the album I ordered being gorgeous, which it was, there were a couple of points I needed Heritage to deal with. Firstly, through no fault of their own [3rd party intervention], I was expecting delivery in 3 working days . After 5 days and no dispatch email I emailed Heritage. Jerri, rather than emailing, got straight on the phone in the evening and apologised saying that as the albums were all hand made the lead time was longer. However he promised that the album would be with me by the latest date. The album was delivered on time some 48 hours later. My second issue was that when the album arrived the corner of the box was a little dinged, sadly this detracted a little from the joy of the high quality hand made album. Once again I emailed Heritage showing photo's of the damage. It had been so well packaged [please note the care of the packers here!] it appeared to have either been dropped OR received one mighty bump during delivery. Once again within the hour Jerri called me. He explained they don't make the boxes but that I would receive a replacement within 48 working hours. I explained this wasn't necessary but he insisted. The album arrived as promised. So Heritage won through absolutely. We all know things can go wrong occasionally but Heritage were magnificent. I would trust them 100% to deliver not only high quality goods but also customer service that is second to none. Well done and thank you so much Jerri and the Heritage team

I ordered a wedding album for my Brother and Sister-in-Law as their wedding gift and they wanted a traditional album with Interleaves to protect the photos and give it an elegant feel to the album. When the album arrived my Brother said it was awesome so I am really happy with the product I ordered. My problem is when I made contact with the company after the 7 working day delivery period was over with no delivery I was promised 2 call backs but got none. I made 5 or 6 phone calls - leaving message on 3 occasion and sent 4 emails in 3 days (Thurs - Sat) with no response until Sunday evening when I was informed my order had been sent and would be with us on the Monday. No apologises or explanation for the lack of communication. Overall the product I ordered was lovely but the lack of communication and customer service would put me off ordering from them again.

Myself and my son's wifes mom wanted to do an album for our children's wedding. I went on line and looked at heritage (beautiful albums) I wasn't sure about sizes of photos and how many to a page so I phoned them and spoke to jerri, his is so helpful we talked sizes and how many 7x5 photos would go per page and what album would suit our needs (about 8 phone calls ) then I wanted to know about the embossing and where to have it and what to have. Jerri asked the person who does this.and he advised me. A beautiful wedding album, I purchased the Studiom 80, to fit 8x6 photos, the craftsmanship is perfect, comes in a beautiful box , I also bought double sided adhesive to mount the photos and I requested a speedy delivery and I got it in 2 working days, received 2 texts to tell me what day and what time the delivery was going to be made. Looking online for personalised photo albums, I came across Heritage photo albums. After studying all the information online, | phoned them and the gentleman on the other end of the line was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. The albums I was interested in were personalised wedding albums. I placed my order and waited a week for them to be delivered. They arrived in a very nice, sturdy blue box. The albums I ordered were the easy slip-in albums, the Sahara range, which is trimmed with silver edging on each photo page, and the cover was embossed with ; My Daughter's Wedding, plus the names of the happy couple, also in silver. They were beautiful. When all the photos had been placed in the albums, the albums were stunning. I was more than satisfied. They were a gift for a very close friend of mine. When I gave them to him, he was overwhelmed. He was lost for words. He thought they were absolutely stunning and he was over the moon with this gift. I can honestly recommend Heritage photo albums to anyone who is looking for a photo album, for whatever reason. The service, help, advice, and delivery are exceptional, and the albums are stunning.
