Really friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. This morning I placed an order over the phone for delivery and the manufacturer has made changes to the formulation of the product I was ordering. The young man who took my order went through all the changes to the ingredients with me so I could be sure it is still the right choice for my dogs. Outstanding customer service!

I have been buying my pet food and products from this store for several years for my dogs and tortoises. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using their services.

Although the ranges are small compared to some of the other stores, there is a good variety available. The staff are always very friendly and helpful with any questions you have. Our rescue dog Tai loves going in for a visit! Very clean and tidy, welcoming shop.

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I went into the store. I have an elderly Jack Russell cross with a sensitive stomach & missing a few teeth bless her! I've been feeding her Chappie which works for her stomach but she gets bored of the same flavour. The shop assistant was brilliant, she showed me where everything was & talked through the pros & cons of various foods with me, I was quite indecisive but on her recommendation chose a wet food & complete dry food also. My dog loves the taste of both & neither have upset her stomach, I've since been back & bought more of the same food. Happy Lulu & happy me!

Always friendly and helpful. Some items I think are a little bit expensive compared to some other pet shops. I wish they would sell vivariums again, but putting that aside I can still get equipment for my snakes at a good affordable price and they do a very good reliable delivery service.

Amazing customer service time after time. The staff at Worthing and Hove are so friendly and helpful.
