M. M.The lady of this fine establishment, Louisa, has provided me with fantastic advise on the type of flooring I should use, bang on suggestions on the colours I should use based on the colours in the rooms, and listened to what I actually wanted - not what she wanted to sell me.
Her quote for both the materials and labour to install came in bang on budget. Her installation team have been nothing short of professional and very knowledgeable - and advised me of a couple other concerns that would have gone unnoticed had the old flooring not been pulled up. When they cleaned up after installing, you would never have known they were there - so tidy!!
Because of Louisa (and her team)'s professionalism, she has done the flooring work at several of my family's residential and commercial properties and I will continue to suggest Totally Flooring to anybody that asks!
