E. W.We popped in, as fully grown adults, having noticed they stock Muppet Lego... and the lady that served us upstairs was basically awesome. Helped us get the little figurines and was just super helpful and fun. Our off the cuff trip in made our day. Shopping in Worthing isn't always fun and the staff member is a total representation of what retail should be.
H. W.A midsiz store with a good range of products. Store was well laid out with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

D. H.A large shop over two floors. Comprehensive stock but could do with a re-merch! We were looking for filofax stuff and, with no assistant upstairs to ask, it took ages to locate the display. Typical of many WH Smith branches, the stock is displayed on units that are too tall for comfort.
R. L.Smith's lost their way a decade or so back, seemingly unable to decide what it was they actually did and getting overtaken by competitors while they mulled it over. Still worth a visit for stationery and hobby equipment. The Worthing branch has a very good range of acrylic paint. As for stationery? I expect the Snowflake Generation are scratching their heads and wondering what that is.
R. S.Well served by the lady very polite she even pointed out the offer on the fizzy drink I had so got a second bottle I wasn't rushed even though the shop was closing in 5 minutes
