An experience of two halves, I have enjoyed a few visits to Acorn Antiques Centre, the cashiers and café staff were usually very friendly and I bought rather a lot there, from furniture to bric-a-brac. The let it down came when I enquired about potentially hiring a small space to sell a few pieces, the kind cashier asked the boss over (Roger perhaps? I forgot his name.) - he looked me up and down, spoke to me for a few seconds but then abruptly said he had a headache and had to go... he walked away, and yet disappointingly he went to talk to a group of people near the entrance, and stayed chatting to them whilst the lady on the cash desk wrapped up my purchases and took my number for a call back enquiry, but of course they never called. He was still talking away when I left 10 minutes later so his urgent need to rush away from my general enquiry due to a severe headache seemed dubious. Anti-English sentiment perhaps? Whatever the reason, the experience has stuck with me.

Lots of items to look at from, furniture pots, clothes and pictures. You can even got something eat and drink. Worth a visit!

Situated on a small, quiet industrial estate. Parking on site is a little awkward, but I always use the quiet adjacent road, so no problem. Ram-jammed full of stuff on two floors, it's a maze of stalls and glass cabinets inside. Cute little homely cafe. You'll need to set aside a good hour to look around. Try not to get lost.

Great place to look for antiques,very varied items located in small rooms , there are stairs to get to the second floor,cafe is very nice serves breakfast all day as well as lunch time food , worth haggling over the price of antiques

Awesome antique emporium comprising of many dealers under one roof. Reasonable prices for a good range of collectibles, retro bits and pieces, vintage and antique - something for everyone. Nice cafe serving tea, coffee cake and light meals. Friendly owners and staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent variation of antiques to cater for all types and periods. Whether it be Furniture , Art, Jewellery, Musical Instruments , Clocks , Sporting Memorabilia, Clothing or Electrical goods or whether it's Victorian, Edwardian, Georgian or Elizabethan , there is something for everybody on offer at Acorn Antigues , just outside Wrexham. Guaranteed to take your mind back to a different era. Additionally, there is a great little homely cafe with about 20 covers and offering very tasty homemade meals , snacks. deserts. Also, Tea/ Coffee and cakes etc at very reasonable prices. Very Highly Recommended.

Mostly second hand overpriced bric a brac in a laberyntic space. No haggling if you do not purchase more than one thing from the same dealer. Limited parking and cozy cafe.
