The best pet shop I’ve ever been to. Ian is so kind. He helped us fit jumpers for our dogs and opened early just so I could bring my anxious girl in to be fitted, she was still recovering from spinal surgery so she was very nervous, Ian was so kind throughout and very patient with Scout, it was a really lovely experience. The prices are excellent too. The same as Amazon but the money goes to a wonderful shop with people who genuinely care.

Sam was extremely helpful and friendly when we came into the shop to buy Jeffery Rupert our French Bulldog a rain coat on a whim whilst on holiday as the weather was not great. Sam was very chatty, informative and paid lots of attention to Jeff, giving him not just one treat but two. Jeff was very happy! We were very pleased with the choice of coat Sam suggested. Has kept Jeffery dry all day. Two very happy customers and one very happy pooch. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Lovely little shop full of great products for your pooch. The guy who was working there at the time let us look around at our own leisure, and then when I asked he was so helpful. The quality of the products in the shop are great, and Nala loves her new lead. Thanks Canine & Co, we will be back

Our pooch needed a new harness as his current one was chaffing his armpit area. Great service, shop owner put some cream on his armpit to help with inflammation, found us a perfect harness! And let us try it out first! Amazing service and brilliant quality!

Just popped in as we had a problem with our dog lunging towards other dogs. Ian was extremely helpful, suggested a couple of options and let us try them out before we purchased. Problem solved! Have visited this pet shop 3 times recently. Ian is the most helpful and experienced dogs related products salesperson we know. Ordered and received two excellent double dog coats very promptly. The inner is a fleece and the outer shell is both wind and rain resistant. Excellent service, excellent price and will certainly be back. Thanks Ian, we are extremely pleased. 5*.

I visit Betws a lot and I always pop in here to get something for my pooch. Fantastic range of top quality harnesses and leads plus great range of food. Ian the owner cannot do enough to help and advise you. Shops like this deliver a service the internet can't ever do.

This is a great shop. Great costumer service. The gentleman running the shop couldn't do enough for us even though the shop was really busy. Gave us great advice on which harnes would be best for your dog and helped fit it correctly. As well there are pleanty of tasty treats from the deli. Would defiantly go back again.

Super helpful gentleman works here. We got a bit carried away buying things for our Cav! Bought a very good value jumper. Dogs need jumpers, right? Everything in the shop is clearly carefully sourced, good quality, and fairly priced. Much better for buying harnesses and costs etc than online as you can try them on and get good advice. Great shop!

Really friendly and helpful with a great range of stock. We bought a Rukka harness which we have not been to find elsewhere. We could have bought it online but we are glad we didn't as we had to try a couple to get the right fit. The owner was also really gentle in his handling of our fearful dog. A great little shop!

Called here whilst on holiday with our 4 year old cocker spaniel who pulls on the lead and snaps at other dogs if they get too close. I asked about a soft muzzle but the shop owner suggested we try a figure of 8 lead for an hour walking around Betws-y-coed. No deposit taken just trust on a try before you buy basis. He was so gentle with our dog. Within half an hour we were back as the lead worked instantly. We can't thank him enough, his advice, help and non pushy style was what desperate owners needed. Thank you.

Near the end of the day we dropped in to buy a new lead. Our dog pulls when there is water or a tennis ball in the area. Choke leads seem a nasty way to attempt to deal with it. We 'test drove' a lead, never done that before! Great advice, great result. Super service.
