B.We were talked out of buying the flooring we wanted (vinyl click) and told to buy vinyl roll, we found the same stuff carpet right were offering for more than half the price fitted from an independent supplier, using the exact same product just slightly better pattern. Carpetright staff didn't seem to want to sell us anything we were practically ignored until we approached them and were told not to buy the stuff we liked!
