Great customer service and communication. One of our blinds had a tiny hole, but they responded quickly to my email and sent a replacement. Really pleased with the blinds. I had issues with the updates on my order however I emailed the company and within 1-2 days they responded with all the information needed. The blinds look fantastic. I bought the compositor grey wood effect ones. There are Minor scuff marks on the pelmet but I left as I have 3m high walls so you cannot see from down here. Very good value for money and easy installation

I am so pleased with my lovely blinds. I ordered faux Venetian blinds with ribbon for a bay and side window. The quality is amazing and they are so easy to fit. It is worth noting that I have never got through to someone on the phone - the the email communication is excellent. The help with measuring before ordering was great. I needed some blinds for my daughters bedroom, and Cheapest blinds Uk came up on a Google search. As Im not too up to date on what blinds was needed, I messaged them first with the blind codes to make sure the ones I was ordering were correct. They came back super quickly, confirming what ones I needed and I placed the order. Blinds arrived 10 days later(slightly quicker than expected as was given a 14 day delivery date) . Ordered some white faux wood Venetian blinds two years ago for a very awkward sized window. Very good quality blinds and they still look like new. They may take a little longer to arrive but worth the wait. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Ordered blind on 17/11/17, notification on 01/12/17 that it was in the post 24 hr delivery, still non arrived 13/12/17, Phone never answered, left 8 messages 4 emails, still no reply. Asked for money back, still no reply. Not happy as the blind is for a tenanted flat and they are not happy. After this review the company remade and sent a new blind the next day, so would like to thank them for putting it right quickly. Will now use them for replacements in future.

Was dubious about using this company due to the reviews but they came out £60 cheaper overall compared to other companies. Ordered online no problems, didn't hear anything until around 3 weeks later I come home to a delivery note stating my blinds have been delivered to a neighbour. I go pick them up only to find 3 of the 5 blinds I ordered I begin to think 'oh here we go...' Tried to ring their customer care number but like so many other people have said, they never answer. Tried all other avenues of contact, email, social media etc...nothing. So because I paid using PayPal I raised it with them...the next day I get an email back from cheapest blinds UK, surprise surprise. Turns out the two missing blinds were damaged in transit so we're returned back to warehouse, and replacements would be on their way. A couple weeks later my remaining blinds arrive. Hurrah! I have given 3 stars because after all that debacle I do have my blinds and they look great, quality is good too, but it's just the communication that lets them down. Had I not have raised it with PayPal I don't think I would have ever heard anything back. My advice if you are going to use this company is pay via PayPal that way if something isn't right you can use the resolution centre and don't expect any contact about delivery, they will just turn up randomly.

I purchased all my real wood Venetian blinds in grey from here and they look absolutely stunning, I've had loads of compliments from my neighbours. I've just decorated my kitchen and ordered the urban grey faux wood Venetian blinds, I know they will finish my kitchen nicely. I love how the blinds are finished off with the matching pelmet, tapes and toggles they look so classy and expensive even though they are cheap, the whole of my house only cost around £450 5 real wood and 2 faux wood, I always recommend cheapest blinds to people.

I ordered my blind on 1st Sep, I received a email and a text saying my order is being processed. I hadn’t heard anymore from them so I sent an email on Monday 9th asking when the blind will be arriving. I had a response the same day apologising I hadn’t heard anything and they informed me the blind they had sent out got returned to them by the courier as it was damaged. They promised a replacement would be with me on wed 11th. The blind arrived on time, easy to fit and looks great. After reading many of the bad reviews I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive and they wouldn’t respond to my email but I am pleased to say they kept to their word. I would be more than happy to use this company again.

I was impressed, first up with their customer service, the lady over the phone was incredibly knowledgable and patient, which was a nice change from the service I received at some other blinds companies. I ordered a few Skylight blinds for my son's room and they were very easy to install after following their video instructions. The price was reasonable and the quality is great! I will soon order blinds for another house that I am renovating, overall this was a great company to deal with!

After reading the Google reviews (after I'd made a purchase!) I'd started to worry about what I'd done... However, three days after making an order, the blinds arrived - exactly as described, easy to fit, perfect colour match to what I was expecting. Blackout works! The mechanism is smooth. They look quality. Honestly I wouldn't hesitate to use them again; my only caveat is that I hadn't needed to talk to anyone in the process about fixing problems, but I haven't needed to!
