D.The information must have been updated since the last review, because that is definitely Rhos and it's definitely the right location.
It's also a shame that the previous reviewer chose to review this page (giving it a Poor-Fair rating) rather than rating the actual Library itself.
For a small village library, this is a very good resource, it offers a wide enough range of books as well as internet services and friendly staff. I feel fortunate to have such a provision so close when so many others are being closed down!
