All the books you can think of, and best sellers, but not alot of Audio books, very small selection on the very bottom shelf, not practical, for those of us who have a disability, or are little to old to get on all fours to reach them, polite till server, very helpful

My go-to bookshop. Good selection, no pressure with a relaxed atmosphere, love browsing. Very helpful and nice staff. Always look forward to my visits.

Maybe the store is clean but the cash registers are small, and the cashier almost throws shopping, scanning . He thinks that if he scans faster I will leave the queue faster?! And the cash register nervously gives a sound every second that you have to pay and you still have shopping on the table at the checkout!!!

Good service and an impressive selection of books, though the art section is poor. Good provision for children at the back, and good for novels and new releases at the front. Also, cards, giftwrap, gifts...but can be a little expensive. Closing time is odd, at 5.15pm.

Great bookshops somthing for everyone

Top rate service from member of staff that really believed in delivering a high level of customer care. Would happily spend more time in here especially talking books to the lovely lady who served me. I would give more stars if there was an option. Well done. One very satisfied customer!

Packed full of books - as many as you would get in a much larger Waterstones in a bigger town or city. Thanks for providing such a great range and also for plenty of good local reading material. Signage is in English and Welsh.

Big store with a wide range of books to choose form. Has seating for your sit and read if you want and a small area for children. The staff have always been very friendly and have always been able to help me when needed.

Waterstones may in fact be the best location in Wrexham, which - although an easy feat - is a comforting truth. The proximity to Wrexham's most prime venue for art and poetry puts the lovely little book shop at a huge advantage for its culture. Although it may not be as large as other Waterstones it is still a worthy visit for how cosy and comfy it acts as a bookstore; although the lack of seating is somewhat a disappointment. I frequent this Waterstones often for it is very much on a more trafficked area of our town. The area it is in means it'll be one of the first real shops you will run into if walking into town from the bus station and is certainly a worthy visit if you (unfortunately) find yourself in Wrexham.

An oasis of calm in these turbulent times. An extensive, collection of Books sit silently on the shelves, binding their time. Illuminating anyone and everyone, as long as their eyes are truly open. There is a charming lady front of house. A sincere, bright eyed lady, who can order you anything that may be missing from their own selection of titles. Dont forget that the shop sells a lot of quirky merchandise from board games, to jigsaws. You can even buy the t-shirt. Love the place, so check it out.
