I love this gift shop. It's nicely located in the centre just off the Shambles but down a quieter street (they do have an online presence). It has a lovely selection of slightly quirky cute and nerdy things like Moomins, Ghibli, Stranger Things, Pokemon, Pusheen, etc.

The folks on the downstairs till at a put 13.00 on a busy Saturday were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Just generally lovely folks. Shop was a little crowded, so there was a slightly bit of waiting around in order to get to the shelves I wanted to look at, but fortunately everything else in the shop was also interesting to look at while I waited.

The support staff really helped me out when I had an issue at another store linked to this one. They phoned me up following a message, listened to me and made sure that my needs were fairly met. Went to this shop yesterday on a day trip to York, it had some lovely things in. Whilst in there my handbag strap snapped John the man behind the counter helped me and my friend to try to fix it, in the end we managed to do the job with a cable tie! Thanks agian to John for his help and customer service, will definitely call into the shop agian on our next visit!
