What a fantastic shop. Made so welcome. The owner couldn’t of done more to make you feel at ease. Even went out his way to provide a list of restaurants to try while staying in the city. Simply a great shop full of treasures.

Great little shop, a gem of a find. We'll worth a visit if you're in the Shambles in York. The owner was a very friendly, kind gentleman, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this little shop. Will definitely visit again when I go back to York.

A great shop to nip in to when looking for gifts! I came in here on the off chance that I might find something for a friend whilst on holiday and I found a little trinket dish that has a phrase myself and my friend say to each other all the time. It made for a great gift, that was touching and personal.

Amazing little shop. Full of wonderful curios. The gentleman in the shop was so helpful. I bought two led light boxes for my grandsons and he checked they were both working and included the batteries. Fantastic customer service.

The gentleman running the shop was incredibly helpful. He opened each box to make sure the Beatrix Potter Letters I purchased were in perfect condition and were securely packed for taking home in our luggage. When I showed him a photo of my aunt and I in the Shambles from 1963, he made sure to show me exactly where the spot was so my husband could take a picture of me now. He made my trip to York very special.
