J. M.Must visit for any cat lover. I bought a tea towel but could easily have bought lots of items here. My nan would have adored this shop! Staff friendly and let us have the last 'cat dad' card in the window. I wish they had had some more clothing items (hats etc) and backpacks. But otherwise a very delightful shop.

You do not want to miss this when you visit York. Lots and lots of lovely items and it's just a fun store to visit. You'll find everything cats, socks, photo frames, keychains, magnets, you name it. Prices vary, I'd say they're within a reasonable range.

C.I shop by mail order a few times throughout the year at the Cat Gallery and have always had great service. Had an issue recently whereby a bag tore on first use and after explaining this to Peter it was replaced immediately. Great service, five stars.

c. g.If you are a cat lover or have people in your life who are then this place will give you so many gift options. I have visited twice now and have to stop myself buying stuff as I would spend a fortune. Its crammed full of gifts such as bookmarks, keyrings, placemats, pictures, cups, aprons, bags, socks, scarfs to name just a few. Well worth finding this store next time you go to York on a shopping spree. I love this shop, and the member of staff was really friendly and helpful.
J. B.We've been twice now since July and the upstairs showroom has not been open. Very disappointing as we travelled over 80 miles just to visit the Gallery and stock up on some lovely cat goodies. Please can you open upstairs? Both visits were on a Thursday so is that not a good day for you??
D. O.Have always wanted to visit this shop.... so when I went to York I headed straight there....it was lovely I'm cat mad and bought quite a few items. Unfortunately the upstairs was closed the day we went so was a little disappointed. ... but really enjoyed the long awaited visit I'm sure I would have purchased more had I been allowed to venture up.

I quickly went in an nearly cried from the pure joy of knowing someone actually created a shop... full of stuff with cats all over it! Anything you can think of!
I had to prevent myself from buying everything at the glaring eye of my husband... So I settled on a smaller purchase. But next time I'm in the area on my own, I'll definitely be back! Haha ;)
A.I bought the most gorgeous siamese cushion and I couldnt be happier, such a good quality! Looks so real 😆.
The shop is a paradise, there are so many things I couldnt decide which one I'd buy. sadly I was just on holidays but I'll definitely be back and of course recommend the shop to everybody!
A. S.It is a shop dedicated to cats. You can buy items for your cat and items themed around cats. They have imports of cat products that you don't see often, such as America's number one cat toy, Da Bird. I bought this for my cat and it is by far her favourite wand toy.
l. m.I can get all my stationery, gifts and stuff for my babies to play with and grooming essentials, all in my go to place!! Packaging is A1 and never had any breakages. Fantastic for crazy cat ladies and men!!

L. Z.I love cats, but I think I am a different generation of cat lover than the one this shop caters to. There was a little bit of Pusheen merchandise, but nothing from Neko Atsume, nor did they have those Daiso socks for chair legs that are like cat paws.
M. H.A watch that was bought for me as a present didn't work properly. I didn't want the gift giver to know, but I shouldn't have worried.
