Plenty of parking if you include the retail car parks. And also shopping after some food. Inside was very busy with waiting time longer than usual.

I picked up a friend from work and asked her if she fancied something for lunch. It was the word 'lunch' which, of course meant busy. The queue looked daunting but to my surprise we were served quickly and efficiently. Okay it's only Fast Food, but it does what it says on the tin.

Great place for shopping but watch your time at the car park. I haven't been for years and decided to pay a visit last week. Shops were great and had a nice lunch in Next. Today, I have received a parking charge for £60.00 (£100 if not paid in the next 14 days), for going 44 minutes over the maximum stay time of 4 hours. Now, I checked the website before I went and it said free parking, nowhere did it say there is a maximum stay. So, stupidly, I didn't pay attention to the signs all around the car park - that will teach me, beware! Don't make the same mistake I did! As if the cost of living isn't high enough atm, I get charged £60 for 44 mins over!!!! It was a nice experience at the time and I didn't overspend, thank goodness, but its ruined my experience and its turned into quite an expensive visit - fuming is an understatement, total sharks!!

The life blood of retail outlets in Kempston Town. Featuring sizable outlets for Next, B&M Bargains, Wilcos, Sports Direct, The Works, Clarks, Personal at Home, TK Maxxand the Works, not to mention reputable branches of McDonalds, Costa, Burger King and KFC. there's enough to keep you occupied for your 3 hour stay here! 😁

It's ok if warehouse shopping is your thing which seems to be a form of car worship. That said the bays for the cars are tightly packed which adds to the tension. I visit as infrequently as possible.

Lots of shops but hardly any parent and child car park spaces. (Normal ones are quite small especially if you have toddler and baby). These are scattered throughout the car park so you must know where to look. Also only one place to go for baby changing and toilet in the whole place. Otherwise ok

Not all the units are open at the moment, but there's a reasonable selection in what remains. Fairly spacious, not too crowded. Often a traffic queue heading towards Bedford on the way out though.

This is generally a very busy retail park. Unfortunately parking is quite tight as spaces are quite small probably due to the footfall and there is only a McDonalds, Burger King and a KFC which get extremely busy with very long queues at peak times. There is a coffee shop but no drive through. On the other side of the roundabout (B&Q side) there is a drive through coffee shop.

There are no parent and child spaces near wilkos and Next, no safe pedestrian walkway section where Wilkos his have work carried out so pedestrians and children have to walk on the road right on the bend where cars have to go round as one way and cars reversing out of parking bays.

Interchange Retail Park is definitely better to shop than going into Bedford. More shops in the Interchange retailpark. Lots of parking. Just make sure you park your car in between the parking lines, otherwise you will get a parking ticket. The parking spaces are privately owned, that's why you will find a parking warden walking around checking all the cars. The month of Dec is a nightmare getting into & out of the Interchange. If you want to go shopping then I suggest you go when they open at 9am.

Sometimes there's a queue in the drive through, i think it's generally when people can't decide on their order or change it at the payment window.... however if you time it right, you can get through it quickly. Staff generally are friendly & wear masks. I feel quite happy using them.

This is great for the usual weekend shopping trip where we need to pick up essentials for the house or for school. There are also furniture shops and this is where we ordered our furniture when we moved to Bedford about 4 1/2 years ago. There's decent range of shops from clothing to household goods and there's a few places to get something to eat from KFC and Mcdonalds to Coffee Square. The best thing is that parking is free and there are ample spaces.

Nearly always busy but not difficult to park near where you want to be. Only serious omission is somewhere to look at and buy electrical items in a showroom environment (I know there's Argos but that's not the same).

I always use this retail park. Could may be have some toilets. Needs a couple of nice coffee shops apart from burger places. Would love an M&S store. There is a food hall, but it is across from the retail park with limited parking. Would have been nice if it was in the old Toys are Us building. You have to go to MK or Biggleswade for an M&S store which is not convenient for a lot of people. Suggest as the retail park is so near to the P&R, why not have a bus service between the two. Sometimes the car park is full.

Only a few stores opened due to the lockdown, however the car park was really busy. The Range had a Queue to go in. Next was open but only for Click and Collect which is all done by the door. Wilko's was pretty busy, and so was Boots. On the other side Costa and M&S were both busy as well, but no queues.

You have all the best shops in Bedford together, next, matalan, tk maxx, sports direct etc...do all the shopping you want and then sit down and enjoy at mcdonalds...

There is a good range of shops here but it is in need of a small upgrade. If you compare to some other places not too far away say Rushden Lakes the mix of shopping and leisure is better. A non fast food restaurant would make a difference as well but if you are looking for somewhere to shop with Food, Chemists pet and furniture then this has a good variety of shops over the three areas.

I love the little booths that are so unique and of course I love the coffee square which is outside but sheltered enough and with heaters AND blankets! The only thing that is a definite negative is the very small road leading up to this massive interchange which can get insanely clogged with traffic.

Has drive through like the Goldington Road, I ordered for my family of five, food came quick, no problems, tastes great. Also, they're happy to swap and change your order to custom - but that is only if they're happy with it. They can choose to decline, but they've never declined me. Good people, always happy. The worst part about the retail park now is the new roadway in, the road humps/bumps are quite high and in a small car you notice it...no directions as to where to go if coming from Range and wanting Wilko, never sure whether to drive across roundabout or having to go back to main roundabout and back down the speed humps. Signage needs to be clearer.

Plenty off shops to choose from yet the area isn't verry safe at night! My partner wanted a Mc Ds shortly after 8pm. Service was fine yet there was a plethora (another word for a lot!) off yobs hanging about in cars hounding other patrons who were innocently minding their own business! Also, during the day, there's not many places to sit down + have a break or have a rest if need be! It's good but it could be better + it'd nice to get some not so big brand names & other kinds off shops in the area! :O

The interchange retail park offers a wide range of shopping opportunities and a representation of some of the major UK brands, it is almost an essential service for the community on the outskirts of Bedford. With seven days a week service and long opening hours it is very helpful. Food availability is great although only fast food brands existing here but if you get hungry at any time of the day or night, there is Macdonald's too. Parking is great and the only downside is getting in and out on rush hours. I hope this helps :)

There are some top quality shops in the retail park, with almost anything and everything. Sports shops, clothes shops, housewares, pet stores and grooming, bargain shops and restaurants / takeaways. Carpets and furniture. You can even get your car washed and valeted whilst you are shopping. Or just across the road you can buy a new car. Also across from the retail park are some DIY stores. Everything all close together. And free parking.

A short ride away from the park and ride, but a mahoosive car park with a few decent shops littered about. Provides a good second base to park and ride into or around Bedford. There are a number of food options here. M & S has a food hall, but it’s a great place to pick up ones online orders. COVID Maccas is a bit of a crunch point. If you’re wanting a burger, Burger King and KFC will reduce the risk of death by overheating in a car. Yeah there are shops here too. You can buy stuff in them.

Everything you need especially TKMaxx. I go there a lot. Its got good brands and is tidy! There is also Boots, matalan, next, and more. McD, Burger King. Plenty of free parking. Across from there is a huge M&S food.

The interchange has a good range of shops, but I find the most annoying thing is the parking, for some reason they keep putting cabins up, eg. we buy any car.com, the vape shop etc, this takes up the car parking spaces which are in short supply to start with.

Varied stores something for everyone. Argos, the Range, Poundstretcher, Wilko for everyday items. Matalan, Outlook, Sports Direct, Next and H&M Clarks for fashion. varied carpet and furniture stores. McDonald's, Burger king KFC & Costa as well as a couple of stalls for food. Boots the chemist also have B&Q car dealers and M&S for just across the road. Parking is large and you can normally find spaces. You could spend hours shopping here.
