Reviews of Forestside Shopping Centre

Time limits introduced for parking meaning you can’t go into a cafe and meet friends and then shop afterwards. Two opticians opposite each other! Random. No shoe shops bar Clarks and whatever is in Dunnes or M&S. No newsagents and no men’s shops - bar the likes of Dunnes or M&S.
R. F.
Limited shops, free parking and easy access. Great location. Other shopping etc close by as well. Good choice of café to relax and take a break while going around the shops. Tidy and clean. Good all round experience. Eat in at café Nero, staff friendly and helpful. Three sandwiches , two tea's and a 500ml bottle of diet coke just over £19.00 so with today's increased prices it was expected. Toilet facilities available on ground floor with extra seating upstairs. Worth a visit.

Always fairly busy but full of lovely shops and a nice cafe or two. The dunnes in particular is great. They have a butchers, shoemaker /key cutter, a pharmacy and a bank. In South Belfast you don't really need to go anywhere else.
D. J.
Excellent place to visit and shop in. All your amenities in one place. Groceries, alcohol, clothes, household and kitchenware. Plus many other outlets under the same roof such as Argos, Next, Yankee candle, O2,Vodafone, Jewellers. You've got Sainsbury's, Mark's & Spencer and Dunnes. What more could you ask for? If you fancy a coffee and bite to eat you've got Cafe Nero and Costa nearby. All your banking needs at danske. Top up your petrol and get the car washed at Sainsbury's petrol station. Nearby outlets include travel agents, Burger King, Currys, Smyths toys. The list is endless. Why go to the city centre when everything is here. Ample and easy accessible parking over and underground. Please pay a visit. You'll always come back.

Fantastic Coffee and great relaxing ambience. After a tiring day of shopping through the Forest Mall Coffee at this place is a must.
Keep up the good work guys!
K.
Lovely shopping centre but someone needs to re do the signage for the toilets 🚻 as it's a mystery trip to find them. Took.me 10 mins plus to find them!
D. M.
In for a quick bite to eat at Sainsbury's, found the cafe has gone. Ate at an independent cafe in the centre and it was tasty.
R. S.
Plenty of shops .m&s eventually found the men's department upstairs.. thank goodness for elevators
M. W.
This shopping centre offers a wide variety of shops to meet everyone's taste/needs. Parking is easy there was lifts to take your to shops.
The food court was packed when were stopped off to get a cuppa and bun but service was Swift.
C. J.
Handy shopping centre with a brilliant selection of shops, including coffee shops lots of variety so something to suit everyone.
R.
It's decent for groceries or general shopping but doesn't really have any wow factor. Can't help but feel its badly missing a sports shop of some sort and could do with some modernisation. Parking can be painful at peak times.
J. B.
Good parking. Reasonable choice of stores and a pleasant atmosphere. Always very clean.
b. m.
Great variety of shops, lots of car parking and easy access.
A. T.
Very busy on the weekends but a nice shopping centre.
E. W.
Lovely clean shopping mall and enjoyed a delicious coffee in Marks & Spencer's
M. B.
Okay selection of shops for the size. Open later than many others. Parking and getting in and out of the place is tough at peak hours. Clean toilets.
H. C.
Good shopping centre. Roots Live music in Cafe Nero on a Friday 6pm once a month while having a nice coffee 👌🍵🎶
G. D.
A fairly standard shopping centre. It has your normal couple of grocery shops, butchers, travel agent, cafes, clothes shops, phones shops. Even has an Argos actually. It's clean, it's simple. Only thing is, I'm not sure what time of the day the car park isn't absolutely rammed and traffic flow through the area is generally not great.
I. M.
Forestside is great shopping centre, with free underground parking, great on a wet day, easy to access on departure, Iike Sainsbury's wide shopping aisles and M&S all doing self check outs which is quick and easy, too busy today for browsing. Christmas display in central walkway with donations welcome for charities
J. J.
Good range of shops, parking is always hard to get.
N. S.
It was really big and worth going there. There are alot of options for groceries as well as your other household stuff.
B. S.
Very clean and. Friendly shopping centre. Next. Marks and Spencers, dunnes, superdrug, h@m and Argos are decent stores. Get rid of the rest. New ones needed and more parking.
F. M.
Plenty to look at. All shops well stocked a d bright. Marks and Spencer especially good.
K. P.
Very busy free carpark. We couldn't park near m& s so had to park near sainsburys. There are a couple of places to go for coffee but neither were particularly quiet or child friendly. Toilet facilities. A good range of big shops.
J.
Plenty of car parking spaces good variety of shops.
C. D.
My favourite Shopping Centre, as it's closest to me! Good range of shops, easy to park, as I know where to go! Very clean and has great coffee outlets to relax
P.
Nice place, sainsburys, cafe neros, super drug, and other stores, M&S, Argos, , , , another cafe possibly part of M&S, but alas can't be sure. . . . . . , , , :-) :-) 😀
J. G.
Decent shops, car park is hard work though
J. W.
It's a very nice place to shop but there parts of the car park that has a 4 hour time limit
M. S.
There are so many shops here! From grocery and clothes, to candles, you can walk around and browse here for ages!😆🛍️🛒
B. W.
Great atmosphere, great parking. A nice experience and great coffee in the Mall cafe.
G. M.
There's a good variety of shops and coffee places, plenty of free parking and also an underground car park which is great when the weather's playing up.
Just been back today and the centre is as good as ever.
M. M.
As always, plesent+friendly shops+staff, especially sainsburys, dunnes +m+s. Always an enjoyable experience.
H.
Good selection of shops in an airy environment. The two shops we visited both were helpful and appeared to want to satisfy our requirements..
A few coffee shops also gives good choice..
K. T.
Brilliant shopping centre with free parking and great shops
J. S.
Always well maintained, pleasure to shop
S. A.
Place is so popular car parking can be a nightmare
N.
Belfast really has the best shopping. Everything you need in one area.
S. J.
Although not one of the larger shopping centres, it is kept very clean and tidy.
A. L.
Usual shopping centre with a number off different shops. Other shops outside the shopping centre as well. Places to eat what more would anyone need also parking.
M. M.
Met my expectations...airy..H and S procedures in shops although some appear relaxed. Parking busy at certain times but have ample spaces..Great choice of. shops..
J. M.
Excellent service today from Michelle, totally committed to finding out what you want, this store has a higher expectation of customer service than another store in Forestside Vougue.
M. R.
Lovely shopping center towards South Belfast. Has all the shops you need, staff are friendly, parking is free and there is lots of it. Never too busy either.
k. t.
Great shopping mall. I'm so grateful I live very close. It has everything you need from the day to day stuff, to fashion, gifts, toys. If you're going to visit here please take note of the photo I've attached - it's the symbol they use for parent and pram parking spaces. Not that clear and easily confused with the disabled space. If you see this one please don't park in it unless you are using a pram because these are really essential for those of us who have to try and take babies car seats out to attach to prams which is impossible in a normal space because the door needs to open fully. Thanks!
M. R.
Great place, credit to the cleaning staff, the restrooms are spotless.
L. W.
Loved the live singing on the Mall on Saturday, more please.
T. W.
The key cutter . Great staff .thanks again.
W. M.
Good shops, parking, service.
G. T.
This is a great site, easily accessible with very versatile shopping and good public transport links. All of the retail outlets have helpful staff and there is a good flow between shops.
D. M.
Very clean and bright. Xmas decorations up. Staff in jewelry shop very helpful
J. W.
Clean tidy good location well managed shopping mall it's popular has a good mix of great quality shops no Poundland stores more up market outlets there's peace of mind with its mobile security checks on carparking in and out..
H. Y.
Good shopping centre where you can get everything you need, from sainsburys to pharmacies, hairdressers to laundrette/dry cleaners, M&S to H.Samuel. Always pristine clean.
J. B.
Dropped in to Forestside Shopping Centre with my super wife and had a wonderful lunch at Patisserie Valerie. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.
Would definitely recommend.
J. B.
Out of town shopping centre with big name shops, sainsburys, cafes, toilets and petrol station. Free parking and on bus route.
K. C. (.

P. P.
It's a one stop shopping area. I got all my things, vitamin supplements from holland and Barrats, kids vitamins supplements in sainburys and stopped by the butchers and got meat. Nice wee trip.
M. A.
Great shopping at forestside plenty of parking
P. s.
A very good center with a good range shops and cafes all on ground level and a information desk, free parking.
J. D.
Good place to shop and clean
W. M.
Great store, not too big but everything you want or need. Staff go the extra mile to ensure your safe and very helpful.
A. M. G.
Lovely shopping experience. Molton Brown always provides service second to none.
G. H.
Great parking split over four distinct areas, including a covered carpark with escalator access the mall.
With M&S and Sainsbury as the two flagship stores you can't go wrong.
M. C.
Love the selection of shops here and the free parking!
S. S.
So many shops, spoilt for choice... Would go back again in the near future. Was there for one night in Londonderry, loved it...
R. B.
One of the best Malls in this wee Province of Northern Ireland
C. G.
I got a few things I liked, but disappointed that u don't sell lovely pencil skirts and nice dresses. Many of the skirts I saw were way to short, it would be nice if some skirts were a few inches below the knee. But the store in all fairness has many lovely items.
c. F.
It's ok just don't go to M&S or Sainsbury's. Better going to Tesco
t.
Worked within this centre many years ago and apart from the odd shop (River Island no longer there) it's a well kept, clean and well set out shopping centre. Flanked by Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer at each end, there's a good butcher, a good sized Next store, a couple of cafes, phone shops, clothing stores for men and women, travel agent, bank, pharmacy... Few others. Plenty of parking available too and buses that stop close by and regularly.
V. W.
Great for getting clothes and shopping etc
A. B.
A small shopping centre anchored by Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer and Dunnes and filled out by high Street multinationals such Dorothy Perkins, Vision Express, Boots and Goldsmiths etc.
Shops are all on the one level with toilet facilities one level down on the parking level. Access is via main doors adjacent to Sainsburys and adjacent to Marks and Spencer. There is also access via the chemist's. Parking can be difficult at weekends and almost impossible at Christmas.
M.
It's a lovely place very well kept everything is clean and a good wee range of stores aswell
L. B.
Lots of shops. Usually busy. Open to 9 I think on Thursdays. Really good M&S cafe that's always busy.
D. S.
Parking terrible for mother and baby must people just park in these spaces
L. T.
Nice shopping centre . Plenty of shops and toilets very clean. Shop up here often
D. C. (.
Busy centre. Parking can be a nightmare at busy times.
N. J.
I come here primarily for the big fish.
N. G.
Great shopping centre, very convienient and a great range of shops. Whether you need sorted for a wedding or a night out, you would never be stuck for an outfit with the range of shops and the selection of clothes this shopping centre has to offer. It loses a star as parking can be a nightmare, especially with small children - very few minder and baby spaces.
M. L.
Great shopping centre. Wide range of shops and cafes.
M. D.
M&S at one end, with food as well as men's and women's clothing plus some household items. Sainsburys at the other end with a separate Argos store. If you need more there's Dunnes, several 'chemist's', including one issuing prescriptions and a bank with several ATMs.
K. P.
Very good range of shops, always clean with plenty of free parking spaces. My favourite place for shopping as have everything I need i.e. M&S, H&M, Next, Sainsburys, pharmacy, Boots and many others.
r. e.
Mini town without the hassle of parking tickets etc...use it
K. T.
Good range of shops. Plenty of parking although can be very busy at times! Shopping centre is well kept, clean and tidy. Argos has moved in recently, they only carry limited stock though. Useful tip, Sainsburys opening time, usually 30mins before shutters up on other units :)
C. S.
Large mall with a mix of shops including supermarkets, clothes shops, pharmacy, gift store and a pretty big off license with a great selection of beers, wines, spirits and cider. Huge amount of underground and outside parking. Lots of benches dotted around should you need to sit down and rest from all the shopping. If you can't quite face trying to get into town this is super handy.
P. V.
Great parking. Disabled friendly Has helping hands desk in the mall for any queries. A guard will help you to your car with your shopping. 3 cafes. Spotless toilet and mother and baby facilities.
P. B.
Excellent place with no less than 3 major anchor shops and a wide variety of smaller outlets, including pharmacies, opticians and mobile phone branches. Good parking and always very clean and orderly.
J. G.
Great place to shop South of the city easy access from Dundonald area great selection of shops and numerous bank machines. Very handy got sainsbury etc and other shops with a chemist etc outside. Can be busy though has free parking and petrol station across the road too also with cash machine.
P. B. D.
Retail no longer customer friendly the message is get in get what you need and go home.
Nowhere to sit or eat that I could see. Easier to sit at home on your phone and shop I'm sad to say. Retail has not risen to the challenge of the times.
T. H.
Only place around to find a mans shirt for suit lots of colours and sizes at affordable price
I. M.
Easy to park.
Not overly busy.
Good selection of shops.
Coffee from kiosk very tasty.
J. m.
Great variety of shops for all types of shopping, especially fashion and groceries. High end fashion and accessories as well as cheaper end of garments may be purchased, easy access for all and good selection of eating places or just relaxing with a coffee. Shop mobility is available here.
h. b.
Good place to shop with a wide choice of shops
L. N.
We used to live in Dundonald, loved this place. It's even got better M&S I miss so very much their cakes are to die for and trust me you dont miss something until it's gone. It's such a great place for the community and the jobs it brings as well, well done
D. H.
One of the few shopping centres that doesn't have vacant shops! Decent selection on offer, saves the trip into city centre. Great parking facilities and open late through the week. The Dunnes Stores has recently been refurbished and has grown in size. I'm a regular shopper at Sainsburys, which has a great off-licence in a separate unit. Always very clean anytime I visit and never seems to be deadly quiet like some places. There isn't any unique shops that would bring you here but because of it's good anchor stores and excellent management it deserves 5 stars
S. C.
Always enjoy a trip to Forestside. Sales still in progress but a good atmosphere of weekday shopping (Wed pm). Busy, open and bright. The best shopping centre of its kind in Belfast, in my opinion.
I. M. C.
Was in m and s yesterday could not get to the men's department because the lift was out of order none of the staff were interested. I'm disabled so couldn't get upstairs very disappointed.
E. M.
Like most shopping centres the car parking here is pretty chaotic. The spaces are also narrow.
Shop selection is good and a couple of places to eat.
Sainsburys is the main shop here.
Overall very clean and well kept
j. w.
Really good choice of shops.
A. W.
Lovely shopping mail, spotlessly clean and facilities well maintained, also has a new coffee shop facing next with cakes 2 die for and beautiful coffee . Excellent staff with impeccable manners. Mail has a great section of shops for ladies clothes.
A. N.
It's okay, just ok. Very heavily biased towards the female half of the world but even then I'd suggest it is limited. It's mainly two huge supermarkets either end with a bunch of clothes shops in between. If you take your time you'll notice most seem to be walking between the two passing everything else. Car parking is a nightmare, don't expect to be in and out in a flash. Typical Northern Ireland, good but could be better.
I. M.
A wide range of shop's are available at forest side every need is catered for and there are a good range of cafe's available when you need a break from retail therapy
G. S.
Great shopping centre, more parking perhaps 😜
C. A.
The shopping centre itself was fine but Cafe Nero which is usually okay was not good at all this evening. Nero gets one star only for the long wait to be served during a non-busy period and the coffee was poor.
A. M.
Love this shopping mall. Great selection of shops from Sainsbury and M&S if you want groceries to monsoon, river island and next for clothes. Lots of wee one off shops and places to buy cute wee nicnaks. Forrest side is also a great place to gift shop. I always end up getting my grown up children's stocking fillers here. Belfast choice without the horror of city centre parking@
G.
Forestside is a fantastic shopping centre with a wide selection of shops. These include a large Marks and Spencer which has a very good food hall and a large clothing and homeware department spread over 2 floors. Sainsburys is a large food hall and also contains an off licence. A limited selection of children's and women's clothing is available along with some home ware. Dunnes Stores has a large clothing and homeware department spread over 2 floors. There is no food hall in this store. Other shops include Argos, Next, New Look, H&M, Clarkes, Carphone Warehouse and Boots. There is an excellent chemist and perfume shop along with a wide variety of other stores. There are a very large number of free parking spaces which includes quite a few disabled and parent spaces. Excellent bathroom facilities are on site and there is lift access for wheelchairs and prams. This place is very popular and is incredibly busy in the run up to Christmas. If you are visiting around Christmas time allow extra time and be prepared to queue.
P. o. N.
Everyone observing safety guidelines, wearing masks. Happy about that, especially us who are suffer from anxiety when there are alot of people not wearing them
G. S. (.
Plenty of parking, shops are good if its food and clothes you are mainly after. Nicely laid out open and airy
A. N.
Id say its under rated as a shopping centre but with ample parking and the amount of shops its the first place I go to avoid going into Belfast for goods. When busy the roundabout for the underground carpark can be busy it usually moves quickly and does not cause much of a delay. All in all a great centre.
S.
Shopping made easy, good size car park and lots of great clothing shops, coffee stops, banking and general food shopping.
You even have Argos now.
Very good with disability assistance as well.
N. A.
Good mix of stores including Sainsbury's, M&S and Dunnes.
M. I.
This place is the ideal shopping centre if you want to buy a variety of items. It has low end (cheap) shops and high end (expensive) shops. It has food, technology, clothes and much more. The centre is very clean, there are toilets, there is an underground and overground carpark and there is security to protect you from criminals.
S. F.
Lots of great shops from M&S, Dunnes, Burtons, H&M, Argos and so much more... lots of car parking.... great customer service everywhere.... only place to avoid is cafe in Sainsburys... its chaotic & disappointing.... otherwise Forestside is a great shopping centre about 2 or 3 miles outside Belfast city centre..
D. B.
I used to live in Belfast and what a difference Forestside Shopping Centre
made to the Saintfield road, traffic, parking congestion for a considerable time. Today most of the shoppers have adopted to almost walking sideways, such are the numbers of shoppers in the Mall at Bank Holidays and every weekend. Every shop is brightly displayed, up to date styles. Shopping today in Forestside is shop to u drop, no excuses that the purse is empty, cash machines and Plastic Cards 24 / 7 shopping 'IN Comfort' courtesy seating everywhere stay a while.
J. G.
A good selection of shops. A cash machine on the exterior wall to the far right of the entrance as you look at it. I visited Sainsburys, Clarks and the cafe on the mall. The car park was very busy, however there is an underground car park as well. Stores within the centre are all quite good and no empty units.
H. G.
This has all the shops you've come to expect in shopping centres here. The usual phone shops, Sainsburies, a few clothes shops, a M&S which includes a cafe. There are a least 2 other cafés. The stand out shop is actually Dunns. This has recently been refurbed. Its the best Dunns I've ever been in. Car parking is good except at Christmas when the place goes mad.
C. P.
Shelves mostly empty was really disappointed M&S are usually great and no problem with getting what you wanted just picked a bad day
A. M.
A great shopping centre, crowded but almost all sorts of stores in and around this area
I. C.
I like Forestside, as there is everything I need and good parking, especially disabled! I have always found staff, whether security or in the shops very helpful. Ian.
M. E.
Has everything you're likely to need and more. Popular shopping centre so most always very busy. Always found it best to park in the underground carpark rather than ground level, easier to get in and out of.
I. M.
They have pretty much everything you need. Argos, Sainsbury’s, M&S... Missing some more places to eat tho
S. H.
Lots to do.
Great covered parking, maybe the individual spaces could have been bigger.
Great range of shops.
Was quite crowded but could have been the time of day.
Well worth considering for shopping.
Z. J. N. (. Z.
Nice shopping centre with the nice workers!
M. K.
Warm welcoming happy staff providing help assistance and providing all our needs and wants. A lovely first experience since lockdown started.
C. “. W.
Great range of shops. The Sainsbury's had the biggest range of vegan products I've seen to date which made shopping for my daughter so much easier!! Plenty of parking. .
M. K.
Decent range of shops, good parking and well thought out facilities. Mobility, bicycle marking, bus stops, waiting lane for drop offs/pick ups. Can be VERY busy at peak times so scheduling a visit outside of those is a good idea. Only downside is an ongoing turf war between the main site and Drumceen Retail opposite as to who can threaten motorists better. The general gist of the signage indicates if you overstay you will return to find your car ticketed/clamped/professionally dismantled and sold to Jawas/launched into the sun a la Elon Musk. Doesn't make you feel very welcome.
W. F.
Pleasant surrounding mall. 2 miles from city centre. All sorts of shops and amenities. Large parking. A perfect afternoon.
N. S.
Very helpful staff in the ladies lingerie department to aid a clueless man - i.e., me - procure some new items for my wife...much appreciated...how would this work via Amazon...short answer...it wouldn't.
A. C.
Always clean and easy to get around, ample parking and on a good bus route too.
L.
Great place for shopping. It has lots of variety from clothes to phones to watches and jewelry. It has a bank travel agent opticians and some great coffee shops. All in all a super place child friendly and disabled friendly too.
R. N.
I'm happy to go there to shop anytime. I recommend them. 😊
D. D.
Decent place, seen a few kid buskers there which must mean they're either children of staff or security (which I disagree with completely) or the place is opening it's doors to people around working age who would have likely got checkout jobs before they automated most of them.
Pharmacy staff are helpful, the new Argos can get stuff in lightning fast (such as an "out of stock in this store" item within three hours on a Sunday, Sainsbury's itself is a little overpriced and I never really bother with any of the other shops. Not sure if they still do it but boots photo printing (digital and film) two years ago.
J. M.
Great shopping and free parking
C. A.
Not the best shopping center
J. H.
A good shopping centre, with a good range of shops, some highend, some highstreet, so a good mix. Place is generally clean, but could do with more places to dine in.
A. V.
forestside is a fantastic shopping complex. there are many different types of stores including clothing store, cafes, grocery shopping, jewellers and many more. i visit this store frequently as i love locally. the staff are amazing. very helpful and very understanding when my autistic son has trouble with sensory issues. this is why forestside is my favourite shopping center. i cannot thank all the staff enough
C. D.
Handy to stop in if you couldn't be bothered to go into the City Centre. Free parking and it has two ATMs. Not a great variety of shops and could benefit from a few more food outlets as opposed to just a M&S cafe and Neros.
J. H.
Excellent shopping centre. Good parking, clean, bright and spacious centre with good facilities and excellent selection of shops including M&S (plus café), Next, Sainsburys, Patisserie Valerie and many more. Worth a visit!
P. M.
A good shopping center, nice and bright and pretty well laid out. Add to this there are other large shops eg. Homebase, B&M, Smith's Toy Shop and Curry's/PC World just across the road. Most things are within easy reach.
G. M.
Was only here to use the ATM and to go into the butchers (McAtamney's), never actually went inside, car park very busy though
A.
Excellent shopping experience here. Great selection of shops including M&S Dunnes Sainsbury's and Next. It has a huge car park although you may have to wait to get a space depending on what time you go.
D. M. G. C.
Great selection of shops with plenty of free parking available. Easy access from nearby roads in South Belfast. The Shopping Centre has a long list of A List shops including Marks and Spencers, Boots, Sainsbury's, O2, Carphone Warehouse, Costa Coffee as well as a great selection of local businesses.
It's a great spot to call by for a coffee and a bite to eat. A stress free experience of shopping that is a pleasure and stress-free.
J. P.
Good selection of stores.
B. t.
Good selection of shops. Very clean with good covid measures
a. f. b.
Great shopping centre plenty of lovely shops
N. B.
Free parking and good bus connections to city centre. Shopping variety is the same as any shopping centre. Having an Argos store makes those Argos purchases convenient. T
I. T.
Always enjoy a visit to Forestside, nice spacious shopping centre. Underground parking available, great for days when the weather is inclement, which it is here in NI of course. Very good M&S and Sainsburys available, and good selection of other shops.
j. m.
Well located shopping center with a good range of shops. Stays open to 9pm Monday to wednesday. Stays open to 10pm Thursday and Friday. Has many high street names, but needs a restaurant that sells more than baked potatoes and soup.
K.
Forestside is a pretty standard shopping centre, offering parking, large brands such as sainsburys and M&S, a small range of cafes and other miscellaneous things like cooking classes and a small bike shop. Being pretty standard means it's not awful, but it's not fantastic either
d. h.
Place hasnt changed much but with free parking and clean new toilets and a good amount of shops its still a good stop of rather than going into the city centre. Dose have more shops on the outside and on the other side of the traffic lights with and fule station and burger king .
G. J.
Great variety of shops with good access to all
H. M.
Great place to shop, with M and S, Dunnes and Sainsbury's, you couldn't get better! Also plenty of places for a coffee break - or more- and plenty of clothes shops.
O. S. (.
Great for a big or small shop. Plenty of parking, has Boots,Argos,M&S, Sainsbury's Dunnes and more along with several places to eat all under one roof.
G. B.
Ok, all shopping centres are little more than a necessary evil. But Forestside is the best of a bad bunch. It is light and airy, with a couple of good coffee shops (though avoid the awful M&S cafe: overpriced, mediocre food and drink in a terrible, atmosphere-free location) and useful shops.
C. F.
Easy parking, handy shops. Nothing special, it's a shopping centre like all shopping centres.
M. B.
Handy because we only live five mins away from it and plenty of parking spaces both underground and overground
n. p.
Absolutely lousy because of Covid. No heat on in Sainsbury's in case heat will spread Covid. Poor checkout operators sitting freezing
S. L.
Great shopping centre & is open until 9pm or 10pm most nights! This is good as the evenings is the only time i can get to go shopping 😁 wee Primark would be lovely though lol
L. A. H.
I shop here often. Wide variety of shops and a really good experience.
A. M.
Not much for us blokes, no gadgets etc used to be better. Getting worse for blokes over the years.
b. m.
Great place to shop for clothes and have a cuppa ,parking in the carpark is free .
B.
Love this place all staff in all the stores are so helpful and considerate, would recommend to anyone
S. M.
Lovely shopping center would go again
G. H.
Parking can be tight on ground level but the under ground car park has plenty of space. Not a wide variety of shops, but okay to pick up some groceries and stop for a coffee.
p. L.
Quite and Best place for shopping
v.
Bright, clean & popular. More up market than many centres. Mostly cloths shops in mall, but other units nearby cater for diy, electronic goods, children's toys, fast food
k.
Struggle to find vegetarian meat alternatives here at the moment and the floor looks like it's never cleaned.
A. F.
Sainsbury's and M&S have a good selection of food and other items. Not crowded.
K. K.
Not what it used to be (Supermac...!) But still a comprehensive out of centre retail outlet. Great Dunnes, good M&S, decent Sainsburys, eclectic slightly underwheling mix of other stores & frequently AWFUL car parking...
M. P.
Great place for shopping. Marks and Spencer plus Sainsbury's in one place for most of your grocery needs. The Sainsbury's car park seems to be always busy though.
T. K.
Great choice of shops. Not your usual run of the mill nationals
L. R.
Very clean, great shopping
S. L.
lots of the clothes shops have left so it doesn't have the same choice anymore. it's always busy though due to the marks and spencer store. The car park is a nightmare.
C. C.
Visited with my Mum who us in a wheelchair and it was impossible get a disabled parking space. We ended up parking ayvthe far side of the carpark and thankfully no one parked beside us so we were able to get Mum back into the car. Shopping facilities are super here. Good options.
P. H.
Great shopping centre with mark's and Spencer and sainsbury's all under one roof.
R. C.
Excellent service and friendly staff.
L. B.
Marks and Spencer came through as usual 🙂
C. P.
Shelves mostly empty was really disappointed M&S are usually great and no problem with getting what you wanted just picked a bad day
S. M.
Good shopping experience.
t.
Worked within this centre many years ago and apart from the odd shop (River Island no longer there) it's a well kept, clean and well set out shopping centre. Flanked by Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer at each end, there's a good butcher, …
S. H.
Lots to do.
Great covered parking, maybe the individual spaces could have been bigger.
Great range of shops. …
I. M.
Has a bit of everything with great parking
M. S.
Plenty of parking spaces today, centre not overly busy which made shopping easy
G. M.
There's a good variety of shops and coffee places, plenty of free parking and also an underground car park which is great when the weather's playing up.
Just been back today and the centre is as good as ever.
C. B.
Not great selection of night dresses in shop but everything is down to covid or so it seems but it was ok
c. c.
It'll be good when it all opens up again
M. E.
Big names like Mark's... Sainsburys... Massive new Dunnes including upstairs home store !!Monsoon... Clarks shoes ..Molten Brown ..all under one roof..always busy but lots of free parking outside and underground . Few coffee houses including Cafe Nero. Peter Mark hairdresser there too ..
G. F.
Good size shopping centre with a good selection of shops. Has all your usual suspects but a couple of good local business too. Plenty parking
W. B.
Very disappointed with the selection of gents clothing on offer in Sainsbury's in the centre. It was virtually non existent.
R. S.
Limited number of outlets. Dunn's and M&S are the saving graces. Has Sainsbury's and Argos, too. There is a B&M across the way, also.
C. B.
Not great selection of night dresses in shop but everything is down to covid or so it seems but it was ok
S. D.
Excellent variety of shops - Next, Monsoon, Dunnes Stores (local store to Ireland) . Many of the individual stores have had a make over. Main supermarket shopping is Marks and Spencers and Sainsburys, latter now includes Argos too.
E. J. C.
It seems lacking compared to the forests idea of old, but it still has some appeal. Sainsburys has a great alcohol section, and M&S has great food. Also it now has a large Holland and Barrett.
p. h.
Not great but not bad selectionof shops here. Like everything else it used to be much better. But if there's one thing that's needs to be completely redone it's the carpark! What an absolute disaster
J. K.
Good shopping here with M&S, Sainsbury's, Molton Brown, Dunnes, Boots, Monsoon, Vision Express, and many more smaller shops.
W. W.
Big centre on outskirts of Belfast. Great outlets but parking(free) is at a premium during busy spells. You will get parked. Be patient. Worth a visit.
K. R. P. M.
Great for a day out if you enjoy shopping if your a man there is some nice benches to sit on while you wait. M&S Dunnes stores Sainsburys and many clothing stores

G. q.
Great range of shops
R. Q.
Love this store bright and airy well laid out safe and pleasant to shop in .
P. D.
Lively with a reasonable selection of outlets. Why are all the disabled parking spots always taken when I bring my mum and her wheelchair?
T. R.
Went with my daughter to Clarkes shoes. Getting shoes for my 3 grand children. Staff very helpful and professional.
J. M.
Was'nt to busy thankfully and people were social distancing which made it more relaxed and enjoyable to shop.
B. H.
Wide range of shops and coffee shops. Spacious and clean environment, however gets quite busy at certain times of the day. Easily accessible free parking.
P. M.
Good range of shops clean and tidy. Very busy parking can be difficult, lots of spaces but the layout is strange.
L. B.
Love this place! Every weekend I'm off I spent in here because it's perfect if you're not in the mood to go to City centre. Has lovely atmosphere and lot's to do.
G. W.
The centre was great, made the mistake of eating in the Sainsbury's Caffe, slow service and the tables were left full of the previous customers orders, I observed that no-one was clearing the tables and we were sat for half an hour, will we eat at this Caffe again, NO
T. “. M.
Never had an issue with Forestside. Good selection of shops.
R. M.

J. A.
Found the mall very busy no supervision of social distancing love shopping in forestside but unfortunately won't be back for a while
C. M.
It has most of what you might need and so useful. Personally all it could do better is to have a waterstones bookshop, but that is probably just me
M. O.
Good mix of shopping. Bank. Parking, cafés. And with other shops nearby also it means that you can get almost anything here.
S. L.
Good place to shop and lots of stores all around main building
R. M.
Good shopping centre with some excellent shops but parking is always an issue here! If you're lucky enough to find a space then you're in for a half hour wait to get out at peak times!

U. W.
Great shopping complex.
M. J.
Use this complex of stores often. Great variety and lovely surroundings. Good place to meet up with friends for lunch etc.
D. M.
Always get a good feeling shopping in Forestside, the importance of the anchor stores which haven't changed, and no empty units, helps make the shopping experience worthwhile.
K. M.
Just a lovely Shopping Centre , great shops , friendly staff , all you need here . Oh and great coffee too !
K. I.
Not a bad shopping centre. If a bit small. Could do with a larger selection of shops. And the Sainsbury's is a little bit shabby.
M. F.
Great shopping centre, lots of parking on 2 levels, loads of great shops, marks and Spencer's, Dunnes stores, Sainsbury's etc
R. H.

B. C.
Absolutely brilliant. Great shipping centre that has everything that I need. Very modern and clean. So handy and plenty of parking spaces.
C. W.
Love forestside but baby and parent parking spaces not maned enough too many people taking these spaces meant for parents with a need to open car doors wide to get baby in and out of car.
D. T.
Good selection of Retail Shops backed up by excellent SuperMarket and it's position on Ring Road facilitates the avoidance of at times hectic Belfast city centre.
A. P.
Small shopping centre with Sainsbury's at one end and Marks and Spencer at the other. Also, Dunnes, Next, Argento, Clarkes and phone stores. Good butchers outside.

Went shopping to Dunne Stores for a birthday gift for a 4 year old granddaughter. Lovely store hot the gift and a gift receipt. Staff pleasant
A. H.
I visit the centre frequently. You have two supermarkets, clothing stores, two pharmacies, opticians, an Argos, cafes etc. It's a lovely clean, bright open space.
C. O.
There is a good selection of shops, Dunnes, M&S, Sainsburys, Argos, Next, Boots etc. Though there could be clearer signposting for toilet facilities.
S. T.
Decent shopping centre with quite a few stores for all of your shopping needs.
C. W.
Free parking good selection of shops very friendly helpful staff. Customer service is second to none.
K.
Not really enough shops for "boys". It really lacks a good book store. Nowhere near enough disabled parking spots. Parking isn't bad.
