Reviews of Bullring & Grand Central
U. K.
A go to place while you are in Birmingham. The bull ring has something for everyone. Most of the high street shops can be found here under one roof. The parking fee could be a bit prohibitive though. But it can be justified as its bang in the centre and the train stations close by.
D. V.
Great fun, too many options!
Always something to do.... also the best place to test your immune system... or the vaccine, if, like me, you have one.
Don't hesitate to visit if you're in town!
S. p.
Well Birmingham is always going through changes and this is no different. Most of the changes look on the surface that you’ve been transferred into the future. Only to scratch the surface to realise they haven’t really done much at all. I’m an old Brummie. I’ve seen BCC pull down destroy and basically ruin what was a beautiful city with gorgeous Victorian buildings into something quite unrecognisable now. This goes for the whole of the city centre in my opinion. That old man rant out the way. Take Grand central, sorry new st station. Covered in mirrors and big rubber roof. Fantastic for photos. Looks different yes. Sadly it’s the same old dirty, rank , wee smelling train station under it. Hardly. A jewel in the crown when compared to Lime St in Liverpool. I’m sorry Brum. I love my home town. I don’t like the council that has systematically pulled down buildings , cut corners and basically ruined the town I grew up in. As for the shops. Everyone was polite. The bull ring has the usual boring shops. Nothing but multiples. Grand central. Has a far better choice. Some amazing places to eat far too many to mention.
a. k.
Must visit place if you happen to be around Birmingham City. Bullring is just outside Birmingham New Street station and is a perfect place to chill, shop, binge and peacefully sit and glance at this beautifully breathtaking grand central.
T. L.
One of the prettiest shopping centres I have ever seen. Beautiful and modern architecture. Well organized shopping and restaurant locations. Everyone will find something interesting here.
H. C. M. A.
Very well kept this historical railway station 🚂. We had a ball. Had our sustainance in the cafe there. Pleasant staff served us. Would definitely recommend this station.
B. M.
One of the most beautiful stations that I ever seen in UK especially the food court
H. S.
Clean area, well maintained, good shops. Perfect place to hang out with your mates.
E. B.
Good selection of shops and places to eat.
Maps all around the centre, showing you where everything is. Only problem being, that shops that have closed or are no longer there, are still showing on there.
Very safe, with centre security, walking around.
Plan your visit in advance.
M. T.
It is large. It has shops. It has humans. It has many doors and many escalators.
But as shopping centres / malls go it's a good place to go with a wide selection of shops selling shiny things and many things that are not shiny.
On the whole it's a good place to go if you want to see something...or have a bit of a thing for bull statues.
D. A. S.
It's super huge 😍 and very pretty. It's half a day eat- shop -fun kind
J. (.
Okay we went mid week and found it was quiet compared to before COVID. There were a number of shops that were closed. It still had a good feel to the place and maybe in time it will get back to where it was. On the whole still a reasonably good place to visit, shop and eat.
O. M.
Absolutely lovely shopping experience. All the good shops closing in home town so shopping here was great.
「. W.
I travelled 1 hours on a train to get here and it was totally worth it. I am a very extra person and I go all out for everything so I travelled all the way here for a drink but I loved it. 10/10, keep up the great work.
D. S.
First visit.... busy but expected this close to Christmas. Good variety of outlets and shops. Will definatley return
P. L.
We went for half game, it's long enough to intertain the kids, & the venue are pretty good too.
I. C.
Modern and stylish shopping mall.
Buying and eating and window shopping satisfy all your needs.
S.
Loads of great shopping.. and I highly recommend Ed's diner for food.
C. B.
Love this place, such a buzz and great shops to visit.
Bull ring- you definitely need more lifts for us pushchair users! Lol
The Grand Central food Hall is just out of this world! The options are vast and will not disappoint!
K. G.
The place to go for a great shopping experience! Also lots of places to eat in Grand Central.
r. s.
Good area for spending good time. Shopping is great.
B. A.
Just OK, nothing really special to see or to do. Rather an average place to be.
C. L.
Something for everyone and places to eat and drink. It can get very busy at weekends. Easy access from Birmingham New St and Snow Hill stations
F. E.
Great shopping centre - plenty of shops to chose from & plenty of options to eat/have a coffee. Parking was a bit expensive, but I guess it often is. Would definitely go again though.
S. B.
Great day out here yesterday for pride. The bullring was decorated in multicolir to celebrate. Great turn out and we also got some lovely sunshine. The Bull looked dapper in his lovely multicolour wings.
D. C.
Quite a busy place, especially during Christmas market times. Lots of selection of shops as well as choices of food shops.
D. I.
It shows something of the town/city centre shopping areas when the shops are closed. Otherwise the ones that were open were diverse and catering for all ages.
One thing struck me was how early the majority of restaurants closed their doors.
The novelty of having door staff check you actually have a room in the hotel was interesting.
H. S.
A wide variety of stores to suit all budgets. Great facilities and very clean. Gets really busy during peak times but that's expected at popular shopping centres. Toilet and parking facilities are of a high standard, however parking there is very expensive. A great place to come for a day out as you also have high quality food and snack venues to visit whilst there.
M. A. A.
Just an awsome place. People are enjoying this place so much as this place is a huge place. The environment of this place is amazing. I went there for the first time and I fallen love with this place. From children to old age people all feel very comfort here and passing their quality time here with their family. All shopping items are under one roof. Every items available here.
B. A.
Love coming here to shop. There are many market stalls with fresh produce. Close by is also a large selection stalls selling fabrics and clothes.
The location is great as i can also visit he shops in the bullring.
L. M.
Beautiful place to shop, clean and tidy, within walking distance of main high street. Easy access, lots of great shopd
L. C.
Some roadworks on exiting the train station, been there for some time now. Day i went there was a match on and police were watching but everyone was in good spirits, no trouble.
S. M.
Such a big mall and multiple outlets under one roof... You can get all major outlets here with great collection as well.
Don't know why but Apple outlet is not there..
E. A.
It was a pleasurable day out with family. A lot to see and enjoy, the only problem I have my movement and walking was restricted . because of long term disabilities.
The place was immaculate, crowd was up to standard almost perfect and orderly.
The Library was interesting wish I had time to take it in.
Bullring shoppers paradise.
M. W.
Excellent day out but very very very busy
S.
Great place for shopping and to hangout
A. P.
Enjoyed our anniversary celebrations with a fantastic meal and helpful staff who showed us around which included the ball room which we got engaged there 45 yrs ago
Thank you all for making the evening very memorable for us
A. B.
Absolutely loved our day out shopping here! Parking is a bit pricey but what you expect from such a big site. Ventured out into town for food as plenty of other shops and eateries within small walking distance.
E. D.
Good shopping centre has something for everyone, I found a bargain Bathing Ape T-shirt in Selfridge's, you got TK Maxx too and a lot of the shops have sales on at the moment. There are some great food outlets in Grand Central station too. Enjoyable visit.
j. w.
Easy access by train. Unlike some towns and cities, Birmingham continues to thrive. Offering a good selection of shops and eateries, it was nice to see some vegan eateries dotted around the centre. We spent a number of hours there.
S. D.
Large variety of shops, ranging prices but not all of them are expensive, most are ordinary clothe shops. They have toilet facilities, food and drink indoor places and small takeaway food stalls, they have a variety of restaurants there with ranging cuisines. Overall very clean, very busy at times and due to covid lots of stores shutting down and are empty. Definitely can't miss it when trying to find it.
M.
Maga Mall in the centre of Birmingham. Accessible train stations are Moor Street and new street. Busses from all around the city/country come here at hundreds of stops in the surroundings from where you can travel anywhere. Mall has Selfridges, Debenham and literally every high street brand inside it. Public restrooms well looked after and quite a few around the place. Overall a nice beautifully located city centre. Great place to visit.
P. J.
Since John Lewis has closed its lost some of its buzz, but both sections still catering for high end shopping. Very good eateries in both complexes.
S. W.
Had to walk.throughto get from Moor Street Station to the Link to the Bull Ring. I hadn't been into the City for several years and it was like an adventure!! The Christmas decorations and lights were very stylish and if you're a shopper there's so much to choose from. I was walking through at 1pm and it was comfortable but later at 3.30pm it was much busier and I prefer quite places
N. P. 2.
Huge changes from past 2019 since i last been here. way more branded goods and Selfridge is a huge plus point, although the staff on the highest floors werent as friendly and were busy chatting rather than working.
Overall good amount of everything and the carpark space is great! there is extra space on both left and right side, which is what they do in luxury malls.
A. S.
Loads of shops, food outlets, and a great place to people watch! The markets nearby are great with a wide range of goods.
R. Q.
Packed, no social distancing, not many masks. Lifts are awful, you have to wait ages. Really annoying especially when people can take the elevator instead (had babies in pushchairs with us). Decent selection of shops but the whole setup seems wrong and awkward.
Seems smaller since Debenhams closed. I haven't been to the bullring for almost 3 years. Seems worse than how I remember it
C. R.
Lots of shops (obvs) and lots of people. If crowds aren't your thing then this is probably not the place for you - although Googl can probably tell you when it's quiet. I am not crazy about The Bullring, but I do like Grand Central, which has a ton of places to eat and shops to pop in. I am quite glad I don't have to go through it on my daily commute - there are some serious distractions and I might never leave.
C. F.
Lovely place, the Rag Market snd Indoor Market super with lots of variery, great value for money
E. A.
I’m pretty sure this place has every shop you could ever need, if not, it’s on the high street. Will definitely be returning!
M. F.
Busy really nice wander around before ye shoppe loads oh interesting things
N. G.
1st time there, took my daughter today. Security guards are more than happy to help if you need to find anywhere. Polite and friendly, would highly recommend and will be going there again
M. M.
Was quite early in the morning so not too busy. Was surprised by the lack of masks being worn and we were definitely in a minority! As a hater of shopping crowds it was actually quite nice - Saturday morning at 9.15. Not overly busy and able to walk around quite freely. By 10.30 when we were ready to leave it was starting to get busy and we were glad to be leaving. Lego shop on the list and as usual the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Great shopping centre.
L. P.
The church look magnificent at night with all the lights!! Very good choice of bars and restaurants
J. F.
First visit to the Bullring and I was very impressed. Beautiful building, wide variety of shops, plenty of room to walk around. Helpful staff to guide you in the right direction.
C. S.
Great choice of shops. Amazing to visit, makes a change from my tiny town. Would recommend
c. f.
Local to the bus stops, great place for a bite to eat and drink then a look around the many shops. Toilets on the ground floor and near the entrance.
K. H.
Still a good shopping centre although the shops are reducing and you have to leave Bullring to get to Zara, the bigger H&M and Primark etc. But it's not far out of it
C. D. C.
It was my first time there and It was nice and calm but it was lively enough though . No too many people in the shops or at the tills. It was easy to keep the social distancing.
Lots of shops and and places to eat.
Will definitely come back.
S. A.
Good shops. Lifts and parking is an issue. Very tight spaces and a lot of traffic in car parking area. Lift not signed efficiently.
B. N.
A great shopping centre with plenty of shops for all budgets, restaurants, coffee place and something for the little ones. A must is taking your photo with the ionic Bull outside who regularly gets into his outfits during certain times of the year supporting the diversity in Birmingham
Z. 8.
😷 Due to the current PLAGUE this location isn't the same vibrant atmosphere & the surrounding businesses have lost millions in potential income 💸 When I visited (LAST).. the book "THINGS FALL APART by Chinua Achebe " reminds me that all lifeforms are interconnected with AIR QUALITY 📕
N. J.
It was very busy with people attending the sales. Some stores were busier than others obviously, but it was very pleasant to walk through Grand Central and New St Station
P. S. A.
Best shopping mall in the West Midlands in the heart of England's second city. Great place to take the family on a shopping trip or to dine out.
R. G.
Not enough toilets. Not enough escalators. No seating, so not disability friendly. The empty stores really do make this place look sad and bleak. Maybe putting in an entertainment area is the empty stores would be a good idea?!? A children's play area would be brilliant.
D.
Plenty of choice and so handy for Birmingham New Street. Recommend train travel if visiting. Less than 10 minutes from the station.
m. d.
Nice open space with all the top brands under one roof. Special shout out to Mark @ Goldsmiths for his commitment to customer satisfaction! I couldn’t recommend him more!
J. S.
Amazing place as a day tour. Always great place for shopping. Nice photogenic views around the mall
M. B.
Packed full of shops and eateries (can't fault that) however I was very disappointed in the lack of public seating, virtually non existent. Some of us do get tired of walking around for hours on end and would like to take a rest or time out. So if you get tired easily take a foldable camping chair with you...
M. P.
Great shop selection undercover... Will add separate reviews for shops but none were a disappointment.. only problem was finding the entrance to the car park all the changes during construction with no clear direction was confusing sending us in circles .......
A. R.
For me it is the best shopping centre I have been to. There is a variety of shops, stores and restaurants. I hope you all like these pictures too.
B. L. S.
My nephew had took us to Bullring and Grand Central, Birmingham in January, 2020. It is United Kingdom's largest city centre. Modern architecture and spacious area of this mall is amazing. It's a railway station with huge shopping area. Bullring is shopping mall one can enter here from Grand Central. Most Branded manufacturers have their outlets here, household shops, cafes and many restaurants. Wonderful place for shopping, you must spent some time in Bullring....Enjoy !!
S. B.
Not my favourite place to be bye a long way, only go there because of HMV record store, just my personal opinion but first thing in the morning it's ok but as the crowds gather i get the impression there is an atmosphere just waiting to kick off, so for me i am in at 0900 and out by 1030am, the good thing is a good train service to moor street, saves having to use buses
C.
It's lovely. You will find everything you need here. Except furnitures. They have restrooms, restaurants and places to buy accessories, warm clothings etc
A. P.
The definition of a busy shopping centre and train station. With such a variety of places to go and shop, you'll find almost anything you're looking for. The prices are adequate, and it's very good to window shop as the quality of items and recognised brands are all there to be seen. Definitely give it a visit when you're in Birmingham, you won't regret it!
As for the train station, it definitely is Grand. It has a wide array of trains that can go to pretty much anywhere, I've never had any problems with the train services, as long as you're on time! The facilities are clean and well kept and there's a few places to get refreshments if you're in a rush. But like any train station, prices can be quite high.
M. R. S.
Gigantic marketplace and a great place for weekend shopping and visits
W. A.
Awesome evening at the Bullring. Everyone looked to be having a blast in the German markets outside with loads of varieties of drunks & food on offer. Great time had by the family & a fantastic evening with a great buzz about the place. Dont miss it!
j. C.
Have not been here in a while have always liked it. Great part of Birmingham, which is a great city with so much more to c then shops. Its also very festive at the moment !!!
S. C.
Loads of shops and restaurants within. We visited early morning, by lunchtime the place was packed! Good place to grab a bargain or two though :)
G. I.
Love going so many shops and place to eat . I had great afternoon out with friends and we had lunch and did shopping too.
F. C. (.
Very busy and rife with thieves and pick pockets. Seen very little police in the area however security guards do their job reasonably well. I personally don't like being packet I to a sardine can shoulder to shoulder and this shopping centre is that busy all day long. Not so many people in the shops however, you have to queue to get on the escalators and the lavatory if you need it. There was 1-2 hours waiting list to get a table in restaurants and the queuing for coffee outlets and pastry shops was at least 40 long all day round.
So again very very busy you need to be on your guard all day long. Prime feature around this area is the 3 floors with 3 sub floors primark so if you like clothes shopping then this is a place to go wild. There is also allot of other stores from perfume to big name brand handbags clothing jewelry etc but you must watch out as thrives roam watching what you buy and sit ready to pounce.
CCTV is everywhere which is good considering the environment however as you exit the higher levels near the German Market again this is sketchy area and most likely to get jumped as you are out of the security boundaries. Was good to see some police on the beat though and seen a couple of incidents they dealt with swiftly. Avoid the McDonald's around the area these were filed with youth carrying knives spotted one youth smoking outside bragging to his mate how long it was. Not saying it is gang related but is a concern especially if you alone and not from around the area.
All this is pretty normal in today's day for a big city but if you stay alert and take precautions, don't flash your cash, be discrete about expensive purchases and keep your belongings close well secured and keep distance from people wherever possible try to keep distance from those asking for spare change, if you have the time and strange questions about the area when they are local to it.
Sum up its great place just leaves much to be desired. Shop sensibly and with caution. If you drive there try use the multi story car parks although they are expensive it is well worth it as there is no spaces around the area to street park.
C. B.
Lovely and festive at this time of year - but also very busy! Good selection of shops over many floors, good clean facilities and good management by staff to keep people moving and trying to negate crowds.
M. K.
Nice and clean place! Great to see some familiar shops here that are in Hong Kong
E. W.
Extremely impressive and modern shopping centre complex spread over two development sites and also above Birmingham New Street railway station. The combined shopping centre is enormous and has a vast number of major brands as well as smaller independent businesses, along with a huge number of restaurants and cafes! You can definitely spend the whole day inside this centre, although there is so much to do outside as it is located right in the city centre! I love coming here and the Bullring & Grand Central is definitely worth a visit if you have never been! 🛍️🛒
J. C.
It's the best shopping mall that we've got in Brum however it's full of shops that you'll in most towns or cities. Unfortunately there are plenty of "names" that we don't have. That will teach us for not supporting the High Street and the choice seems to be getting smaller on each visit.
D. C.
Great day shopping. Really good shops, lots of nice places to eat. Really clean...surprisingly as not many bins. Found lots of great bargains.. I'd not visited for year as last time I went it was dirty, full of litter..but what a transformation. I'd efficiently recommend a visit and will go again. Felt safe with lots of people on hand to give advice on what I needed. Fab shopping.
S.
Very big and very busy! They have the grand Central and also the other bullring shopping so don't confuse the two. Lovely shops but youd need an entire day to explore of you've never been before.
J. F.
Plenty of mainstream chain-store representation across three levels. Loads of places to stop for food & drink, including a dedicated collection of well-known food choices as part of the Selfridges & Co. end of the shopping centre. Can get very busy during peak times, with managed queuing at escalators. A good mix of clothes & shoe stores, including a Relic on the ground floor.
S. B.
Not changed much in last few years. I noticed a quite a few shops closed probably due to cornavirus. Didn't buy anything prices of items was a bit high compared to online prices. I think this is begining of the end high Street.
M. A.
Great architecture and good selection of shops. Absolute hell in busy period like the run up to Christmas, but otherwise a great shopping and eating/drinking destination.
D. B.
There was a fantastic Chinese New year display ... very crowded but a great place just not enough time to explore all shops
S. S.
It was quite busy but I had to got for a PCR test at Randox because I was flying over to Ireland on Xmas Eve. I discovered H&M home there (it has a ladies clothing floor below and the men's on the ground floor). I love the Home floor, some beautiful things and brilliant prices. Plus lots of other nice shops and restaurants within the Bullring Centre. And Randox are very good, lady was lovely who tested me. I did go to Ireland for Xmas 😁
A. Y.
Great place to hangout.
D. B.
Too big, couldn't find toilets, no signs beforehand until you actually came to them, I asked 3 foreign people, whom all worked in there and they sent me on a merry go round, still couldn't find them until my son came to look for me to take me to them, thanks to him. I think it would be wise if there are signs for toilets in there, it'll be better for disabled and old people, which includes myself.
H. P.
Great selection of things to see, shop, eat and do. The adventure golf is definitely worth a visit!
T. L.
Hadn't been here for several years .it was so different to how I remembered it it was lovely . Much bigger than the high cross in Leicester. Would recommend if you want to go shopping for the day. 👍
M. G.
This place is a fantastic place to shop. It's very clean a d fresh. All the shops look inviting and there is lots of choice. The food hall is an excellent place to eat. Lots of choice and some unique places to eat especially the swings.
j. A.
Great atmosphere to shop
S. Y.
Good variety of stores. Grand central has a big food quarter and caters to all kinds of food lovers aswell as a variety of stores. Would definitely recommend for a lovely day out.
j. a.
Easy to find, good variety of shops and loads of ways to get around. Local transport drops you right outside or a 5 mins walk from bullring and grand Central.
Y. S.
Abeel was most helpful as part of the Bill ring security team. He helped multiple people including myself in navigating where they needed to get to in the mall. Abeel knew the specific locations on virtually every store. Very impressive considering how big the mall is.
Thank you Abeel for making my experience at bull ring 5 stars. Abeel should be head of security and train up every security member to be as knowledgeable as himself.
S. H.
Wow. I love this place. All designer shops included. If your a one for the labels you must visit this place! There's the biggest ranges of brands in that I've been to. Food court on the top floor. Just don't look down if your scared of heights or vertigo. It will take up a full day shopping so embrace!
S. A. (. j.
So many amazing shops and restaurants, love the disney shop, pretty accessible (although the toilets were disgusting)
S. A.
Love the shopping centre... walk to it from the mailbox is quick and short. Overall good experience. Friendly staff in footlocker 👌
N. B.
The market is in full swing and is really a lovely place to be right now.
Find the quiet craft fair with the pigeon pub at the Park and enjoy some drinks without the hustle and bustle
A. W.
I really enjoy a good afternoon out at the bullring. You have shopping at it and outside all around it, which gives a little something for everyone. Plus lots of good places to eat and drink. If your in the area and like sushi and Japanese food, make your way over by foot to "The Cube" and have a meal at "The Shogun" you will not regret it!
a.
I loved walking around the markets and seeing whats available there are alot of people playing music and and there's definitely alot of shops to buy stuff from. The people in the area are really nice otherwise they don't really bother you.
R. L.
there were so many people here, would have loved to see better directories within the mall itself, perhaps interactive ones where u could search the store u were looking for. aside from that the selection of shops is great
S. N.
Very big
All brands and stores
Lots of eating places busy and crowded
Vibrant & lively place
Plan your parking
Should you be driving then be wary of Clean Air Zone charges may be applicable
T. H.
Very convenient. It has everything you need, including a good selection of food outlets, and has great public transport links
J. W.
Plenty of shopping choices ,not as crowded as I thought it would be, German market good ,lot of stalls selling the same , decorated stalls quite impressive, some bargains to be had .
B. C.
Visit when I feel like having something different to eat. The food speaks for itself. The staff are always excellent and friendly and very efficient, they know how to queue bust when needed.
s. b.
Decent experience. Place was very tidy and was well stocked. Only downside is it does get very packed in there and you do feel slightly out of place if your not dressed in a suit as some of the shop staff seem to look down upon you. Other than this it is quite an enjoyable place to go shoppin I would recommend it.
R.
There's lots of shops and facilities for you to access. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. They could do with more escalatory as they can get backed up. It is well presented and it's easy to spend ages window shipping.
i. o.
I have had a good experience there, a large variety of shops with secured parking as well. I recommend for a good shopping session.
E. P.
Visited the Bullring central and I must say it’s always impressive to see how clean it is considering how many people are visiting, lots of shops to visit and food place to try out, few NCP parking near by aswell.
R. R.
Birmingham is much improved since I last went several years ago...this includes New Street Station. It seems to now have a shopping centre (Grand Central) built over if, further expanding shopping opportunities. I didn't get chance to explore these shops as I didn't discover them until returning to catch my train home. New Street Station on the ground floor seems to be largely unchanged although Platforms a and b of the numbered platforms are better labelled as Green and Red zones. Signage is extremely clear.
The electronic boards assist in finding your train and it's platform, but also information about the seat availability of the train. This enabled me to note which carriage was more empty and so likely to get a seat on, meaning I could immediately make my way to that part of the platform.
Worth noting that the train departure and arrival boards are also situated in the Bullring and Grand Central. Handy information to help decide which train to get or when you need to make your way to the train.
K. G.
So much to do and see, absolutely beautiful. Just make sure you have money for parking and clean air Charges!
T. E.
Many choices in clothing stores and restaurants, polite staff
G. B.
Nice place for shopping, eating, or just to have fun! Has everything that you need around: banks, supermarkets, shops and the huge train station! You can take train to many many many different places! And the building of Grand Central is awesome! And ambiental responsible, with the use of natural light!
L. S.
Great place for shopping you will need a bit of money especially in the indoor like shopping mall. Very busy and alot of pick pockets about so keep your pockets closed but over Al nice place safe in many aspects just like normal shopping town

Welcome to Bullring & Grand Central. Ask us anything about the centre and we’ll help you right away. Just say 'Hi'!
T.
It's the bullring, you can't really go wrong. If you've visited Birmingham, you've probably been there. If you are planning a trip to Birmingham you'll most likely go there.
Pretty much find anything in the Bullring. From food to a new pair of shoes, you'll find it here.
Honestly the only negative thing which I didn't remove a star for, as it is no fault of the establishment, when it's really busy, you'll have a hard time moving around. Especially during the end of the year when the German market is in Birmingham.
I'll be visiting the bullring many more times in my life time. I can guarantee it will be there after.
P. A.
Completely refurbished since my last visit.
Looks like an airport with all appropriate signs to the various platfoms etc.
Very busy hub to the centre of Birmingham.
Access to all points of the city centre.
p. m.
Shopping centre is huge, there's a big car park to match as well as some smaller car parks dotted down the road. Great place to go to for a dinner before a show at the O2 Institute down the road, or just for a wander to soak up the atmosphere if your not in a rush. Con: they never seem to have all the toilets up and running at the same time!
B. A.
I was lowkey scared that the bull would just jump to life, lol. Nice place for photos and tourists seem to love it!
A. F.
I loved this location and been there several times since then. Great place for shopping with friends and family. Also it's a place to chill-out and amazing for Photography as well. There are loads of outlets and restaurants etc. One can choose according to their tastes and preferences. There are lot of other outdoor activities which takes place too. So come and enjoyy guys!!! It's a place worth to visit. Its located in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Cheers!
A. F.
Impressive shopping centre featuring beautiful modern architecture, three floors, a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes.
Good parking system, with green lights above the available spaces, at the basement of the shopping centre.
Car washing available whilst you are shopping.
The only downside is that it can get really busy at the weekend so I would recommend to visit during the week.
J. M. F. d. A. F.
Huge place. Very well designed. One can find almost anything there to buy.
J. B.
Very busy shopping centre but full of stores with great designer clothing would recommend to anyone wanting to spend the day out spending so money and even get some lunch near by !
K. S.
Haven't been in years. Daughter and I enjoyed a train ride and visit to Birmingham. Lovely atmosphere and enjoyed the shopping. Lego shop and Selfridges scored highly between us.
Fantastic lunch at Mrs Chews. Will review and return there.
Pleasant and very full day spent here
J. M.
The bull run literally 😂 you in central catalonia being hurded. Massively to many people but I like it busy and it's a nice place for choice of shops, some good some not interested.
My favourite is the choice of nosebag their, if you can't find something to eat to your taste in their well 🤔.
G. S.
Good selection of shops, both high street and high end. Plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets to choose from. Plenty of parking available.
D. M.
The heart of democracy is the market place, my ancestors said, and this old (ancient perhaps?) market has seen a lot of development since I first walked in (40 years ago) and it always reflects the present socio-economic conditions. One day is not enough to see it all, and don't forget the meat and fish market in the old "nucleus". Very rewarding!
M. S.
Great place for a day out in town for some shopping eating out or even just browsing.
A. T.
I would always rather go shopping here as there are plenty of shops to choose from....although don't go as often due to the stupid clean air (money making) zone...
M. P.
So many shops to browse. Everything you could want is there. Most had sales on which is good. Grand Central is massive could be confusing for people who have not been there before as there is a Green zone and Red zone. Don't like you getting there too early so will remember that next time
T. J.
Station space age clean and well accessible
E. A.
Omg! It felt like the entire Birmingham was out tonight. The Christmas market is packed full of happy people, with family and friends enjoying each other over a pint or two. The hotdogs and pretzel were my favourite snacks, but the queue was unbelievable. I'd not recommend going on a weekend.
D. B.
A clean and busy place right next to the station. Easy to get too by car too as there is plenty of places to park nearby. The Bullring is clean and spacious with many different shops to visit. There is also entertainment on the main thoroughfare. It is spread over 3 floors and easy access to all. Well worth a visit.
L. B.
Trip to pick up from uni love the bull ring always very busy. Good shopping and lunch
C. P.
This place keeps on changing but is still beautiful too. Loads of places for food. Only downside is toilets are only open on ground floor but it located by the station entry barriers. Loads of places inside to see and do.
A. F.
Good shopping centre I fully recommend
I.
Best for shopping and comes with mendatory mind refreshment a large number of shops with thousands of products
K.
Best shopping place in central UK. Very positive experience, lots of shopping options available. Many restaurants around to grab a bite and easy connectivity via public transportation.
A. A.
Busy, busy and lots to see with plenty of shops. Give yourself a whole day just to walk around and then a few more days to explore the history of the quirky streets and surroundings.
E. W.
Lots of variety with the stores on offer. We arrived at a good time & had plenty of time to work our way through the stores & for once l did not have to remove my card from my wallet.
d. s.
Loved the food court and the shopping
M. A.
Great place for shopping. You will be lost for choice. Good shops. Lots of eateries and entertainment. You must visit the jellybean bull!!. The Primark outside it is massive, has cafe and barbers and make up department. Lovely day out. You need a full day if you are visiting
B. M.
Lots of shops too crowded but probably because of boxing day sales. Not many places to eat lots of people sat on floor eating their food. Car park chage not too bad £6.50 for 3-4 hours. We were on a trip to NEC but wouldn't go to Burminham again.
M. L.
What can I say about the bull ring well if your a shopaholic come an get a fix it's awesome place to spend time
J. S.
Can get very busy on a weekend.
k. W.
Lots to see lots to do, busy place but great atmosphere. Great places to eat even mini golf ⛳ great day out. Love the design too
C. P.
Nice place with plenty of choice of shops ,always busy on weekends ,nicely decorated this time of the year ,all shoos are welcoming with friendly staff members to assist if needed .
M. A.
A wonderful mall with every single shop available. Whatever brand you need is available. Several floors of shopping. Hungry? Food court from all over the world. The areas outside is road full of small shops.
M. N. (. . S.
Wonderful experience Beautiful shopping centre in the heart of Birmingham. Great selection of shops including department stores and a few designer names such as Hugo Boss and Michael Kors. Plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants if you need a break between shopping. The mall itself is modern, brightly lit and easily accessible. The washrooms are clean, which is a big plus for me. You can easily spend an entire day here and we never feel comfortable to shopping 🛍 and walking here.
The bullring is best place to shopping for all people we never know how fast time will gone .
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY EVERY ONE WELCOME TO BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE AND ENJOYING WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILIES

This shopping centre is probably the biggest centre I ever been too.😂😂😂
Great stores and restaurants.
M. Y.
It's a beautiful place with every shop you need...I love the place
J. G.
Clean friendly environment and all shops are under one roof.
J. I. S.
It's a wonderful place to visit and shopping.

J. W.
First time visiting for a while and got lost as it was so big and lots of people the shops up stairs was all designer shops very nice but really expensive
a. w.
Beautiful place but I'm semi disabled and fond unless you go in a restaurant or cafe there is no where to sit Which is very poor for anyone who has mobility problems
N. X.
Shops, restaurants in one place. A good place to spend time and money
C.
A lovely shopping experience, with plenty of bar's and restaurants. Oh and coffee shops.
D. T.
I came here one time several months ago. I wasn't really familiar with the place but as soon as I have arrived, my gosh was this place huge! It ranged from shops
A. K.
Nice shopping area..
a. h.
Good but a lot of the good stores have closed down like John Lewis and Debenhams. Some shops seem to have multiple stores would be nice to see Different stores rather than the same ones
T. B.
Fabulous shopping centres. Undercover. Great range of shops and places to eat. We dined at mowgli, comptoir lebinais, pizza express, cafe nerro.
M. H.
Love the Shopping centre. Really good shops. Parking was easy. The Centre was kept very clean and tidy. Enjoyed a day out shopping 😊
l. f.
Super loving it meet whit the my friends we try the German beer awesome . we try the amazing sausage on the big baguette actually not bad and great shopping so everyone happy .we definitely enjoy thanks Birmingham for a great day
M. J.
Got this from Casper Stores Ltd. Great Polish shop. You should visit. Awesome sausage, good baked bread. Try the Roleski musztarda
M. M.
A wonderful welcome to the heart of Birmingham, Grand Central is even better than promised. With a John Lewis built into the station with plenty of other boutique and high Street shops, an abundance of eateries, this is even better than the wonderful St Pancras station. Great staff and easy to get to the shops without going through any platform. Easy to pick up a nice gift in a hurry or get food before boarding the train. Great and just what Birmingham deserves.
J. G.
Had street begger coming inside Starbucks today to cause disruption.
Customer service and security quickly handled the issue.
A. B.
Great in door shopping area in city centre with lots of variety for both food and clothing. All top brands. But always ram packed specially on saturdays.
M. A. R. K.
We use this station quite a lot. Always clean and tidy with good connections anywhere you could want to go. Large station has everything you would need for a short wait for your train - a coffee shop, shopping stores, ticket/info desk and toilets.
Great location, very central for Birmingham town centre (on outskirts of centre, town hall is 5 minute walk away at most). Major renovations recently so glad to see things are more back to normal.
Note: if you need to change platforms you need to take lift or stairs to get to the other side, so allow 5 minutes to make the journey and double check which side your train is on!
T. C.
We used the market today apart from the greengrocery which is especially excellent value. It appears to be very low in stock I am wondering if the public are panic buying prior to Xmas it makes one think. My impression of the people in Birmingham are very sociable and helpful and well mannered.
K. Y.
Nice mall :) You can walk around here without being bored
L. a. L. S.
wow what a spectacular afternoon/evening..food, drink and more stalls than you could count...the variety of stalls amazing...well worth the the drive from Newport south Wales 👍
J. G.
Good selection of shops but a lot of trouble makers lurking around begging for money
N. M.
Not my favourite place to shop. Some really good shops and variety around but very busy and the parking I found expensive although very accessible! I hated driving in this area, too busy and complicated but that's just what happens in the city.
J. B.
Train on time , very clean station , nice and modern and very clear as to which platforms you need to go to
C.
Was here picking up my grandkids for a holiday with me in Wales. Hadn't been there for long when I was approached by a young man asking for change he said he had just been made homeless. I politely told him no and off he went to ask others. I then went to Gregg's for a coffee and was a approached for a second time by another man. He told me he had just got out of prison and was homeless. I have nothing against genuine homeless people. But when you spot them with a better phone than you have it makes you think twice. If I had been on my own it would have felt very intimidating. I was in town pretty early and saw gangs of people talking in the street. They must meet up for the day to decide where they go to beg. Surely it would be in the stations best interest to deter them from the area. I live in Wales our homeless are well known and polite. Most won't ask for money so people give them food and drink. One lad always says hi to passers by and one thing for sure is they don't hang around the station begging.

The Bull Ring is a major shopping centre in central Birmingham. When combined with Grand Central (to which it is connected via a link bridge) it is the United Kingdom's largest city centre based shopping centre and has been an important feature of Birmingham since the Middle Ages, when its market was first held. Two shopping centres have been built in the area; in the 1960s, and then in 2003; the latter is styled as one word, Bullring.
S. D.
A beautiful area with a huge shopping mall, markets, and restaurants, all located in the centre of Birmingham. Great variety of shops - whatever is your budget there are things to be bought.
You can also go to the high street which connects to canal area, so all nicely connected.
C. C.
Nice chique boutique similar to the Tesla store in London Westfields. Nice multimedia tech like videos running on different screens and interactive screens. The the cars were locked and the one staff seemed to be busy on her mobile phone rather than proactively engaging customers. That said, when spoken to, she was helpful and approachable.
Visited on 7pm, Saturday 9th Oct.
P. J.
Good range of shops and restaurants, easy access from Birmingham New Street station.
l. t.
Great shopping place
if you've
got plenty money
s. t.
The majority of the shops have survived lockdown
My shopping experience was productive but I did visit for something in particular
It was crowded but not like it used to be
Nice to see everyone enjoying the day
A. A.
Great if you love shopping and eating! Lots of stalls, buskers and atmosphere... Great museums and art. Expensive to park (but cheaper than London!)
K. F.
Easy to get round even though busy
C. D.
Great shops gets very busy though earlier the better to go
H. A.
Nice and clean, good range of outlets, pretty much everything for daily use is available with plenty of choices.
A. P.
Perfect place for hangout, variety of eating places, shopping brands, activities...
B. N.
The shopping centre was great the train service left a lot to be desired, trains cancelled, announced over tannoy that the train platform had changed from 12 to 7, moved to platform 7 only to be told to ignore the tannoy announcement and return to platform 12 for the train, disconcerting to say the least
M. M.
Great shopping and atmosphere lovely fun day out. Pleasantly busy heavy police presence
K. H.
I'm used to big malls, this place has a good selection of stores for trainers but besides that not much in terms of clothing.
M. S.
Simply in love with this place as it gives the feel of descent urban life and not as crowded as London! The best part is the quiet travel through tram and walk around the Bull Ring area.
One of the best time to visit this place would be during Christmas, I am sure you won't get disappointed after you roam around the Frankfurt Christmas market during this period (Please double check the dates/time when they are open).
M. P.
So different but pleasant from the Birmingham I grew up with and.knew. The changes make sense. More time needed to fully appreciate the enormity of the centre and visit all the shops!
h.
Fun, shopping, food all in one. Perfect place to visit on a weekend for a meal out or even just a stroll!!
B. W. R.
Being a brummy & seeing the town centre evolve, I have to say, the grand central is definitely one of the best additions ever made!!
It not only looks great but is literally an amazing food hub with a HUGE variety of food options and insta worthy place to eat with PLENTY of HALAL options.
The shops in grand central are more of the “high end” brands but the bullring is just a “indoor” connecting bridge (which also contains loads of niche shops) away - where you can shop all the high street brands and more!
The baby changing area in both the bull ring and grand central are great and clean.
The one in the bullring also has a microwave and hot water tap, making feeding your baby so easy.
Overall theres a little something for everyone and I have to say, it makes me proud to be brummy!
J. R. (.
Loved the shopping in Birmingham, only got to pop in for a while but will definitely head back with my friend for a day trip at some point, like a friendly version of Westfields with way more independent shops there. Was good that the station was right inside too! We stopped there for dinner and breakfast because of the great selection of cafes and restaurants too!
S. B.
Great place to go for dates ect or just general clothes shopping.
C. B.
Great place to shop. Drove from skegness to do christmas shopping. Was extremely busy though, also biggest downfall was the parking charge, cost me £20 😕
S. W.
Get off the train and you are right there. Always been busy when we are there with plenty of thriving shops and lots of variations of restaurants to choose from.
G. E.
Nice big shopping centre with alot of selecton of items
I. M.
Selfridge's is to see to believe, a great shop, superb food hall amazing ranges everywhere
The rest of the bullring is a Mecca of stores and every retail option you need
C. V.
This whole city is undergoing massive renovation and I was utterly shocked to return to Birmingham and find this super fancy airport like grand central train station. And right next to it - super fancy shopping quarters. Not at all the very run down, dark and depressing town I remembered.
On one hand it’s very impressive and you can sense how much money this must’ve cost the city - and you can only but hope that it’s not just a facade to make people come to Birmingham and be impressed because on the other hand there is a shocking amount of homeless people everywhere in and around the central station. Beggars and drug users. I have rarely seen people shoot heroine in front of people rushing to and from work - but here the misery is on display. For better or worse.
So, mixed feelings. Very nice, spacious, airy and pretty train station and very posh shopping facilities - but sad to see the more unfortunate citizens living in complete misery.
B. K.
Cool shopping centre with lots of quality high end shops. Well maintained and clean with lots of natural light. Plenty of food as well as shopping options will see you spending both time and money there!
P. S. J.
Great for shopping all though can get very crowded on weekends ,more relaxed during the week
D. T.
This is probably the most popular place in Birmingham. There are shops for pretty much everything you need. There are several clothing retail shops ranging from premium brands like Armani, Gucci and Zara to inexpensive ones like Primark. There are several restaurants serving international cuisines in the mall. Technology brands like Apple, Samsung have retail shops here. This is a very good place to hangout with friends and family. The whole place is extremely clean and well maintained. The only thing that I found to be a bit strange about this place (as a foreigner) is that the whole place closes by 5pm.
K. Q.
Lots of different brands and easy to shop. Boxing day sales on most of the stores.
N. N.
Went for a day out, its a very nice shopping centre, has all the essentials. Nice eating places.
K. U.
Done all my Christmas shopping, plus had a lovely walk round the German Market. Love it this time of year.
A. P.
Barriers of different shops. Not hard to find your way around as there’s maps everywhere and also signs. It’s also very clean
K. H.
HMV, Superdrug and Victoria Secret the best shops in there, alot of empty units aswell since covid sad really, good links to train platforms.
m. M.
Very exciting places to visit and shopping, wide range of goods and services to choose from
A. B.
Wow great place. Lots of varieties of shops something for everyone.Really enjoyed shopping.
Z.
Like how it's connected to Grand Central and it's easy to get to the Bullring and access all over.
I like that there's a big range of shops and there's fast service in most.
S. L.
Wow what a great place. Shops are quite different and the place is wonderful and light. Very impressive
e. t.
Lots of variety top brand stores like Hugo boss and Tommy Hillfigure and stores like sports direct so something for everyone
Set on 3 levels
toilets are a little strangly laid out ladies on one floor men on another instead of next to each other as expected.
E. V.
Not been for a while. Very busy considering I went mid week during the day. The place is bright and clean.
M. K.
Came here early morning and it wasn't busy at all this year. Only problem was the food court and public toilets are at opposite sides which isn't helpful when your 2 year old grandson suddenly says "Potty" 😃
S. C.
I like it because the train brings you slap bang into the middle of Grand Central. You'll find a great shopping experience with plenty of eateries to break up your day. Shops of New Street and Corporation Street are on one side of Grand Central and the other side you have the Chinese quarter, everything nice and handy.
T. B.
Great shopping experience with everything under one roof and over 3 floors
T. S.
Good place to shop, eat and entertainment, meet people, friends and family. Some covid procedures followed by some staff and customers / visitors.
W. H.
Well kept, lots of choice for shopping but the loose were a little worse for wear in the day despite looking newly refurbished.
F. S.
A great friendly vibrant shopping experience in the centre of Birmingham, a must visit to suit anyone's tastes and budget.
When you're in need of sustainance, you won't be found wanting here either. Within a 10 minutes stroll around your senses will be teased by the wonderful aromatic scents all around of the variety of food on offer, honestly, it seems like every little region of the world has set up stall in Brum!
I can't wait to be back here in 2022.
Thanks All, X
E. T.
Nice place to go for shopping but gets very busy at Christmas especially during Covid
K. W.
Great place to shop,New St station right by ideal for a day out by train.
L. V.
Amazing everything you could need in one place beautiful interior
m. w.
Who doesn't love primarni?? Plus got a sweet disney stitch hoody n joggers!
A. H.
The food stalls are always the best 👌 😝
A. N.
The shopping experience is definitely one of a lifetime. There’s over 200 stores to choose from and the shopping center is nicely designed and allows easy movement. It does get quite busy during peak hours especially weekends but definitely 100% would recommend.
A. G. E.
This's the center of Birmingham city. It's a large shopping mall, very convenient for families to spend a day out.
The only thing that might be bothering a bit is that the place is usually crowded with people. So you might not be able to do your shopping properly.
S.
Amazing shopping mall but I preferred the old kaybug design of the bullring building rather than the new pink one
J. H.
Unbelievably busy queues at tills were very long at least 5 minutes wait to get served so if you don't like exceptionally busy places with long queues everywhere don't go on a Saturday afternoon apart from that everything was great even the staff were great despite it being so busy
D. B. W.
An amazing transformation, creating a great public space. Huge range of food outlets, even a 'Thai Express'.
c. s.
Quick call in to collect CD, did not eat, drink or visit other shops, communal areas clean and tidy, security staff visible.
H. H.
this place is the hugest place I've visited and I liked because there's a lot of restaurants and.Shops also it's very crowded place.
A. M.
Including the mall and the town shops, there is so much choice! Best shopping town I've have been to visit in decades. Plenty to buy, eat, and next to the train station and travel in general. Amazing architectural features all over the city. Me and my 10 year old son had an amazing weekend while coming to see the Rolling Stones.
R. L.
Very busy here, plenty of shops and cafes, good place to go for the day.
N. K.
Things have changed since the old Retunda and Bull Rings when I was young. The new development has really impressed me. Its like a new city. Rate the new Bull Ring, nice coffee places and well spaced out shops. 😎😎😎
T. P.
Great Place to be but can easily get lost as its so big and there isn't many sings
R. K.
Love the Bullring. Always s bargain to be had somewhere. And its beautiful this time of year. Dont wear too much if you plan on staying in the actual bullring as we found (as ladies of a certain age) it can get quite warm! Loads of good shops. Wheelchair accessible.
S. G.
The Bullring shopping centre has an awesome selection of shops from the more affordable to the high end clothing and jewellery/watch shops, they also have a great variety of food outlets and also have great parking, if you like shopping this is the place for you
M. S.
Nice place but parking meters with coins not working you need pay by card or go to next floor to get exit ticket
P. A.
On the one hand it has every shop you could ever imagine. On the other hand, on a Saturday, (given a Saturday in December) it is so busy it is almost impossible to move. The same was true for New Street Station
H. A.
Amazing shopping place but needs a prayer room/ quiet space .
D. T.
Loads of shops and good to see a police presence there with sniffer dogs when I visited yesterday
R. H.
Nice shopping centre, a variety of decent shops and restaurants. Plus bought a car from the VW showroom there, and the staff there were amazing!!
C. D.
Great place to shop, lots of shops anything u need is all in a couple large centres
S. N.
Great for a day out, specially for Christmas shopping as every shop is under the same roof.
C. N.
Many years since being to Brum so this was the first time seeing Grand Central, we were very impressed & will certainly visit again.
S. K.
Very nice place for shopping with family and friends, I love to spend time. There with my family
M. M.
Never known a train station to look like an airport 😂 locals are very helpful and approachable but the vast scale of the shops I actually mismanaged my ability to cope with, 😱😂
w. w.
First time here and very impressed with the selection of shops and food outlets. Will visit again from Gloucester some day soon.
S. A.
Amazing and attractive place specially the bull is very famous and everyone waiting for the photos with bull because of crowd of people. Everyone can enjoy.
A. D.
An amazing shopping centre with plenty of shops and so much selection. I would highly recommend a visit if in the Birmingham area
G.
Lots if shops which is great bug too busy and no covid controls. People were literally walking over each other
z. h.
Great shopping centre, has a wide variety of shops, the centre is clean, hand sanitising stations are located around the centre, I would definitely return.
M. P.
Got all the shop's you need, plus market's and fabulous place's to eat lot's of entertainment to see and easily accessible by train from all area's.
C. Y.
Thrilling experience; lots of varieties of winter wear to choose from; Sales have started too.
J. H.
Plenty of high end brands, lovely and tidy well kept
B. R.
Forget the bullring for food...we popped into the rag market next door and visited the little red trailer inside the market and had the most amazing chicken burgers...fantastic,we'l visit them every time we are in brum from now on..10/10..👍
S. P.
Massive shopping centre located at the heart of Birmingham with on site car park and access to train station, plenty of shops and restaurants around with a great atmosphere.
J.
Great shopping mall, the toilets closed earlier than would have been good for shoppers as the staff was rushing to finish too which left us queuing for just one toilet (cubicle) at 7:30
A. P.
Great place to shop, eat and have an adventure too - with the introduction of a new indoor golf course! Many places too eat with varying price ranges, same applies to shops! High end and sone great finds for bargain lovers too! And who doesn't get excited when they unearth a gem for a good price!
W. S.
Great spot, huge selection of shops and eatery's. Why not have a main meal in one place and dessert in another!
C. H.
Great shopping centre that as a wealthy of good to suit everyone's taste and style..great day out ..
M. A.
Birmingham has changed so much, it was very busy, but loved the atmosphere, the shops and food areas were marvellous.
M. R.
Fantastic as ever. I will move from London to live in this vibrant city. Market 2nd to none!
B. M.
Atmosphere is just right as you step in...so much shop to shopping you can pick an choose...
P. R.
Haven't been here in years and was great to come back! Only only problem, there wasn't enough time to see everything so I better come back soon.
K. S.
Always love to come and see what they have going on in and outside Bullring Shopping Centre, always a bargain to be found. This particular shot was in Jan 2020 at the light display.
T. M.
Lovely shopping centre, it's been a long while since I visited.
J. E.
Very nice shopping centre. Has 3 lovely markets behind it and plenty places to eat.
O. I.
Be careful you might just get lost
S.
Really enjoy going here. So many shops and loads of places to explore, eat and spend
T. M.
Got some nice hair straighteners for the wife from a pop up stall. Good variation and had a lovely tasting milkshake!!
J. O.
Average shopping mall with all of the services you'd expect. The loss of Debenhams has left a huge hole at the station end of the mall.
P. M.
The bull ring is ok. Selfridge's is good but there's not many other shops I go to other than this.
R. M.
I only went in bull ring to randox didn't realise how big it was there is a lot of beautiful first class shops in there
M. W.
Good variety of shops but a shame so many have closed and quite a few large empty units. Lots of places to get a coffee and plenty of places to eat
C. L.
Great place nice and clean and tidy, great social distancing, friendly staff available to help, the bull looks fabulous in all the different outfits through the year 😀
A. A. A.
A wonderful and very beautiful place, although I am new in Birmingham.. I wish you success and lasting success
I.
Love coming into city centre to do a bit of shopping has everything and more
M. C.

At first, let’s have a look at what I wanna complain.
Problem 1. Toilet
I can’t understand the design of toilets inside completely. As a huge, even zentral and major, mall of Birmingham, a structure with little grids are terrible for both male and female tourists. I can even depict the flow of people as dense as in China. What’s more, the floor inside the grid is wet widely.
Problem 2. Commen seats and chairs
Not only mothers with children and kids but also strong adults couldn’t find a free seat/chair which don’t belong to stores for relax except entrances.
Do you agree with me?
Okay it’s time to turn to those I would like to appreciate. Bright and soft lighting, aborative combination of shops from various industries, multiple ways to access different dimensions. According to the signs there are still baby room, smoking room and etc.

Great place. Recommend and will return soon. Shopping and food all great. Like a small London with a lot less people to deal with.
P. B.
Modern and very busy shopping mall in the centre of Birmingham. Too many stores to mention, from well-known chain stores to the eclectic. Good range of eateries also on site. The flagship Selfridge's store acts as a significant magnet, although the recent closure of the John Lewis branch leaves a big hole to fill in terms of the Bullring's overall offer.
D. W.
Its changed a lot over pass few years, new buildings, buses are easier to locate taking you straight to train stations and the market we need to support our rag market still a lot of bargains to be had ,fresh fish ,meat ,fruit and vegetables the cheese stall ...
L.
Fantastic plenty of shops lovely atmosphere And people do friendly
C. F.
Such a huge range of shops, I feel that tourists would definitely appreciate these cute unseen stores, the food options available are also amazing... There's just everything youd want and more.

H. M.
Plenty of things to do

cant go wrong
C. B.
Really nice shopping centre with lots of stores to chose from!
I. W.
Beautifully constructed housing quite a few big brand shops it is definitely a place to visit if you're in town and looking to do some shopping. On the top floor, there's a couple of coffee ☕ shops open from early morning although Starbucks doesn't open til 1000h. Even if you're window shopping, it's still a good walk to cover it all as it is not a small place. So good luck finding what you want and enjoy the beautiful shop displays and the sunlight coming through the glass roof...
M. T.
Best shopping centre I've visited in the UK. Hundreds of shops to choose from.
V. V. G.
Great place for shopping and spending the day!!!

P. W.
Great shopping experience, lovely safe and clean place.
S. W.
Only went in to use the toilets. Anytime that I have gone in they are clean & tidy.
J. F.
The hassle of the road works on the way to Selfridges is a nightmare! However, the shops are still good. Covid measures are not followed although, it is now only advisory.
R. S.
A monument shopping mall built in the middle of Birmingham city centre. Visited by millions, always vibrant and busy.
Has so many various retail shops mainly the big clothes retailers but also other major high street stores located inside the 3 spacious floors. There's so much to do shopping, eating or just a browse.
Accommodates for people from all walks of life and has excellent customer service staff.
Always maintained with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
A must visit for all choosing to come Birmingham. You will not be dissappointed. 👍

Wow I've never been shopping here before but will defo go back. There are 99% of any shops you can think of. Absolutely loved it
m. h.
Bullring with the extra addition of Grand central = is everything you need and more! 😆 Ample eating places, designer fashion stores and everything else you need, the list would be endless if I were to go on...
A. A.
Just very busy and most of the shops are gone...I couldn't find anything to wear for a wedding only casual everyday wear...shopping online is much better if its for an occasion...other than that it has some great food places especially for kids...
P. C.
Overly busy with not a lot of noticeable security present making myself feel vulnerable as I always prefer police presents in open spaces ( buts that stems from being mugged a few years ago )
T. K.
Variety of shops, good place to visit for shopping and out and about. Although, Debenham was a great place to go in, still miss it! Going to other shops is also lively and good ❤
P. P. A.
Was overly crowded at the time of visit but has a good range of shops and products
K. G.
Masses of shops and the biggest primark ive ever seen with a cafe , barber and beauty services in it!
J. B.
Fantastic place to shop, til you literally drop!
A. S.
A short walk from Birmingham new street station. Has a variety of shops all in one place. From places to eat, clothes shops, jewelers etc. Also has free public toilets on the bullring and when you have young children this is most welcome.
L. E.
Bustling city center with all the stores you can think of. Nice place to shop with friends and family
J. M.

J. D.
They need to work on the heating inside Grand Central. On the top floor, where the restaurants are, it is very cold.
G. B.
Easy access from all directions, and plenty of well lit parking. A clean and we'll maintained shopping mall. Staff are knowledgeable helpful and friendly. A wide variety of retail outlets.

It was beautiful place to shop and have nice food
F. A.
Bullring still lives up to its glory..lots of stores to shop and people..a mega shopping mall
C. W.
Love visiting what has to be up there with he best shopping experience in Europe. From the proper traditional indoor and outdoor markets selling just about everything and places to eat all around, fantastic fish, fruit and meat stalls. Brilliant for fabric/material and craft stalls. Then the massive shopping centre with everything you need from every major store there is. Brilliant eating places, top pubs. A great shopping & eating experience that you can spend a few days seeing it all
A. C.
The Bullring has a great variety of outlets with very little to want for. The walkways are large as are the shops themselves. Along with a great variety of shopping options there are also some great eateries. Head to Selfridges for the best quality food. Parking is good but can be expensive.
Can get very busy and therefore is a bit of a pain with a buggy in certain shops.
M. P.
Good selection of shops and even a quite popular golf centre
A. D.
Really impressed with the Birmingham shopping centres. Grand central station was such a pleasant surprise also. Long gone is the drab rundown Birmingham. It's an up and coming city with much investment being ploughed into it's key areas. We decided to visit to see the Christmas Coke lorry and German market. It was a little crowded but that did not spoil the evening. Managed to bag a few festive cans from the back of the lorry (literally). The shops were open late and did not disappoint with plenty of festive decoration and a really good city vibe. Debenhams cafe provided a welcome respite away from the hustle and bustle for a decent latte.
R. C.
Very busy but seems well maintained and lots of variety inside
L. P.
Loads of lovely shops and just across the road from the train station 😃
D. I.
Brilliant place to visit, great market with fantastic characters......A REAL THROWBACK TO A PROPER BRITISH MARKET & also a lot of ethnic food stalls.
C. S.
What a shopping experience . The whole shipping centre was so clean so airey .with easy access to new street and moor Street station and other local buses . The food court has absolutely everything you could want if you get a chance worth a visit while in Birmingham

A. D.

J. B.
I love The Bullring so many different stores to choose from. Its lovely and clean except the toilets near Bubbleology they smelt like the Alcoholics ward at City Hospital P***y!
A. M.
Great place plenty of shop's and eateries great cakes
F. A.
Last time I visited the bull ring was in the 80s. so much has changed. One way system is frustrating and the new congestion charge doesn't help. Nevertheless great range of shops and plenty of places to eat.
a. s.
It got wow factor the best place only thing wrong got on bin in some areas
M. C.
It’s a big place. Lots of stores but mostly fashion based.
A. Z.
Very nice place to visit especially for a shopping trip
R. C.
Very handy free charging for electric cars, worked first time using the podpoint app to confirm. Spaces are smaller than the standard spaces though.
A. W.
Typical city centre shopping mall
Good on a cold day!
K.
Very busy, many many levels, not enough time during the day to visit the entire enter. But lots to see & do. Many shops, cafés both inside & outside the Bullring Centre.
* PARKING IS BELOW the center on two levels. £10 for 4 hour stay (cash & card accepted) Bays are a little tight but okayfor standard size car. Think bigger cars would struggle.
P. P.
Fun place to shop with friends and family
D. A. V. S.

C. J.

S. B.

H. K.
Very nice shopping centre parking facility is good. Easy to get around
P. S.
German Market is what I went for. Nice time but not as good this year. A lot less stalls.
T. E.
Some big gaps in the retail landscape and it shows at the the bullring, huge units empty where topshop and Debenhams once stood.
No idea who fills those spaces. Agreeable visit, rest rooms had no running taps so not great given we're still in the midst of a pandemic.
K. K.
Oversized shopping plaza in downtown Birmingham!
There are also Christmas suit head cows outdoors! (Lamborghini)🐂
L. A.
A trip to Birmingham isn’t complete without a visit to the Bullring shopping centre and Grand Central! Good range of the usual and less traditional food options, high street chain stores, selection of upmarket brands, and the odd place to stop and watch the world go by!
T. “. B.
It is pretty good, there a lot of businesses there offering many different products and services.
A. I.
It's an awesome place to do multiple task at a spot and it's outlook is amazing.
M. L. S.
Absolutely love this place! It takes me an hour to get there on the train but its well worth it whenever I have a craving to go shopping.
C. A.
So many shops, so little time, great shops combining old and new
T. T.
The out door German Christmas Market was fab. Definitely going back again.
C. L.
Very big shopping center with lots of food choices and places to buy clothes. If you're hungry, you'll have a plethora of options to eat.
A. S.
Very nice place, needs a bigger lego shop!
