Great little shopping complex and has a variety of shops available , the toilets are not very nice so I would resist using them or use the ones available in the food eateries. There is security that walks round the complex think that's to make you feel safe as it's not meant to be the nicest of areas, personally I don't have a problem but others may with the youth that hang around there and the bus stops

Plenty of parking and easy access to shops. Has the usual shops of many small shopping centers. Indoor market was fantastic in the 90s. Unfortunately it lost its sprit a long time ago.

A nice little shopping area, with lovely seating and decor for the warmer days. A good variety of shops for all ages too. The only down fail is the stench of cigarettes in the air, it could cause an asthmatic to have an attack!! Also, the disabled carpark is always full of cars not presenting blue badges!!!

It's OK. You have the big name shops, but a lot of the independent business are no longer there. It was much better pre-pandemic. As someone who likes to support small businesses as I shop the superstores, there's not many of them selling anything I can buy to support them which is sad.

So many of the shops are closing down, mainly because the rent and rates are going up and up. Most of the staff in the shops are very, very Happy to help. It's a shame that the customers aren't the same, pushing past, and as for manners, I feel sure that most people have lost there's. Busy as always at least it's good for the shops, having more customers.

Free parking, easy access. Convenient shopping, had ASDA, Wilko, Pound shop, Iceland, Home Bargain, friendly car wash, many café and banks all in one building. Most open till 5:30 you can change bus to Airports cities and suburbs.

Was only visiting,as I am not a local.I think this place has everything you need for shopping and I love the market and especially the cafe at the back which serves a good selection of dishes at very reasonable prices. There are a wide variety of shops and a big Asda. The bus station is good too with buses to Birmingham and Solihull. All in all,a good experience.

One of the best shopping centres around with plenty of bargain shops, even with the restrictions of the pandemic well run with plenty of free parking. Would of been 5 stars had they put a roof over the rest area seating as it becomes unusable for several hours everytime it rains

Great place to shop. With a couple of good supermarkets. Herons and Iceland. There's a Home Bargains a couple of great sports shops. Shoe Zone which is a great bargain shoe shop. Quite a large Poundland which includes Pep & Co. Card Factory is also there again with some lovely cards and beautiful gifts. Disabled toilet is accessible as normal toilets of course. There are plenty of buses which drop here 14, 71, 97, 94 to name but a few. Also eateries such as McDonald's, Subway, Greggs and don't forget your local chip shop.

I went Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre there are plenty of shops there. few shops have closed Argos shop closed which I did like for Christmas and Birthday gifts and I think a lot more people did to. There is a big Asda store but the shop has been brought out by another company it is still Asda but the prices have gone up quite a lot and I think other customers have noticed it to.

This is one of the most beautiful places in North Solihull, it's a miracle to behold, from sausage rolls to toilet rolls, handbags to gladrags Chelmsley has it all on offer, luxurious parking spaces and buses for the poorer folk if you haven't been yet then go and take advantage. What are you waiting for, the bargains will only last so long you know.

Happy friendly busy shopping centre. If you park by Asda you need to take the main entrance at the side of Asda, then escalator, or one of the two lift's to 1st floor for main shop's, completely flat so wheelchair friendly.

Very 60s, 70s, looking shopping center, but it has a good selection of shops including a post office and there are public toilets. This shopping centre gives the area a beating heart where people come to shop and socialise in what would otherwise just be huge housing estate. Covid rules and social distancing in the indoor public areas were not adhered to by all the indoor vendors who had masks on their chins necks or fourheads but not on their nose and mouth! The public also seemed to struggle with the concept of mask wearing indoors or following arrow signs on the floors and entry and exit points. The shopping centre security staff perhaps could have been more proactive in the indoor areas regarding overseeing the compliance of covid rules and social distancing.

We love a mow around chelmsley wood. A cycle ride along the river is a pleasure like being in the countryside. Plenty of cycle parking. A great place to shop everything you could want from asda, to home bargains, to wilko and poundland.
