A fine cinema experience but what I'd like to highlight this time is how great the staff were towards me. I've recently suffered a pretty bad injury and have great difficulty getting around. I decided to let the staff at concessions know and they were incredibly helpful. They made note of my screen and mobility issue, directed me to the elevator for ease of access to my screen and another staff member monitoring the film reached out to let me know what to do if I needed their help at any point. While it was still difficult for me on a personal level, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I'll be going again if I'm able to.

You can buy your tickets online or at a kiosk, same price. Sweets and drinks are the usual offer as everywhere. The cinema is clean and in good repair, I only give 4 stars because you have to watch an awful lot of ads before he actual movie - 30 minutes in total - and at least 8 minutes of that was their own advertisement about CineWorld...while I'm already there. Absolutely pointless.

Cinema is good. A little tired in places but generally ok. Staff are great. Toilets are clean. The screen we were in had a faulty speaker at the back which while watching star wars kept popping which was frustrating. Drink prices are high. Can't say about food.

Enjoyed a work night out here doing the crazy golf. We did both courses over the evening and it was really good fun (despite losing!) The facilities are clean and modern and there are secure lockers to out bulky coats and bags whilst you're on the course. We enjoyed the theme of the crazy golf. Was definitely out of this world!

Went to the cinema as is pretty good quality however prices are a little high. Clean cinemas wiht helpfull staff and overall good facilities. The screens are quite good and the seats are fairly comfortable. The workers sometimes were talking with customers who were friends but didn't take too long. Don't believe its a very busy place.

This is easily one of the best cinemas in Birmingham. The 4D 3DX is superb and really enhances the viewers experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about customer service. The Baskin Robbins is delightful as always and the Starbucks is at the same standard as any. There is a wide range of pic and mix items; however, be warned that they are weighed and you may end up paying over £8 for not even a bag full. The nachos leave something to be desired. They're far too expensive for the quality of them and you'd think that at a price of £5.65 they'd be the best in Birmingham. The salsa is surprisingly sweet and lacks consistency and they can sometimes be very stingy with the Doritos. The tickets are on the dear side. This is true even more so when booking the evening showing. Overall, this is a good cinema and you won't have many regrets if you choose to view a film here

Good food but not a wide range (but they did have what you would expect for watching football). Good atmosphere and sufficient tv's for sports. Bar maids were always offering to get more drinks when yours were running low which was appreciated (not appreciated by my wallet :P )

Everything you need for food , cinema and not far from brindley place which is full of lots more bars and restaurants , side note: a but of a pain at the moment with all the new tram lines being built if you are driving you have to come over the five ways round about and use the car park by the cinema or park on the street. Beware some streets are permit holders only so be sure to check, others are free parking after 7pm

The cinema is one of my best places for Hot dogs, like there ain't alot of cinema with hot dogs like theirs, other than that it's like a normal regular cinema with good staff, good environment, big screen. I would say probably a bit pricey but that is just my opinion.

The Cineworld is awesome, modern. However, waited a good 10 minutes to buy some ice cream and there was absolutely no queue. No sense of urgency from the 2 staff that was on. Maybe it was a one off....maybe not.

I had an excellent day with friends when we visited to watxh a movie at Cineworld, which is within the same complex. There are plenty of options for food and on this day, prior to going to watch the movie, we went to Five Guys for a burger. As said, I had an enjoyable day out and would definitely go again. However, the only downer to the evening was the car parking building around the corner from the cinema. The machine didn't return my ticket to leave so had to go through a process that I would describe as a really bad experience. I gave a review on that if you wish to check it out in more detail.

My partner and I are members of Cineworld and the Broad Street cinema is the closest to where we live. It's newly refurbished and looks great, with an added 4D screen and Starbucks. We tend to go in the week when it's quieter, but still often have to queue for tickets and food due to a lack of staff. The other negative is the self-service ticket kiosks, which are fiddly to use and time-consuming.

This is a place of convenience if you're looking for somewhere to spend a weekend evening with family or friends. There's a cinema and lots of places to eat and drink. There's something for everyone here. I do feel that the cinema is very over priced however...

A very up market layout don't go looking for anything you will find in the town centre it is manly for nights out or a small family outing for a bite too eat. Perfect for families depending on the days your cost Monday to Thursday is good Friday to Sunday not so much.

Good choice of restaurants including an ice cream bar with wicked choice of flavours and styles, be it in a cone, a dish, on a waffle or something more adventurous. Big iMax 4dx cinema usually enhances the viewing of a film. Parking is not free but if you go to the cinema they will zap your card to get up to 3 hours off your time.

A decent place to visit for a day out. The cinema is pretty big and clean, there's plenty of food stores and also a gym within the building. Car parking rates are ok and there is also a free car park around the corner too. Definitely worth a visit if you're around the area.

I took my son to the cinema while the ladies went to a gig at the NIA. Collecting the tickets was a breeze, the refreshments staff were friendly and professional, and the auditorium was clean, a good size and comfortable.

Cineworld has great screens and is easy to navigate. Starbucks have a store in the cinema but you are not allowed to take hot drinks into cinema, why is it there? In 4D cinema you shave to be careful with drinks as the seats rock and shake and the warnings are similar to a theme park. No pregnant women,heart conditions, epilemps etc.

Much better now that Cineworld is fully open. The Starbucks isn't a full franchise so beware. Also, you can't take hot drinks into a 4DX movie. Proximity to Fiveways station is great, or there's a multi-storey if you need to drive. You could easily walk from New Street as well.

I mainly go to the Odeon cinema here. It is the best cinema in the city centre with plenty of space and a good choice of films. There are some interesting food choices in the entertainment centre and plenty of parking underneath.
