Ordered a jacket from here, and unfortunately the wrong size was sent. The customer service however was fantastic, especially Bach. We managed to have the jacket picked up and exchanged within the space of 3 days! Amazing service . The jacket itself is lovely, very good quality and so we have one very happy recipient

I just want to thank the patient, polite young sales lady who advised me on the Estimo biker jacket in store. I never knew what vegetable tanned leather was but now I know thanks to her input.
