Reviews of Piccadilly Arcade
Cute little Victorian arcade in the middle of the city centre, very close to Grand Central and New Street station. It has quite a few small independent businesses in it, all worth a visit. Faculty coffee is nice, the tailors are excellent and there's a lovely little florist too. Definitely worth a mooch around.
Great ceiling,,!

A hidden gem
Is what is
Great little arcade. Lovely ceiling with stunning artwork. Some lovely shops. Smithsonia sell a great array of cards plus gifts etc. Onyx jewellers will repair most jewellery and the service is excellent. The owner will complete a lot of repairs whilst you carry on shopping.
Friendly staff
Atmospheric
Walked through the arcade....interesting shops to see as surprised how many have closed down
Train station in Manchester city centre
Attractive, quaint, shopping arcade from New Street to rear of New Street station. A lovely selection of mainly independent businesses.
Nicely kept and clean, though on a busy day there is a large lack of parking spaces
love the old building
SHOP FOR THINGS THAT ARE UNIQUE!
Piccadilly Arcade has some brilliant places to shop.
SMITHSONIA for jewellery, cards, wrapping paper, gifts of many sorts for all ages and they're all very different.
ONYX sells jewellery and undertakes repairs and re-sizing.
FACULTY sells great tea and coffee and, made on the premises, gorgeous cakes.
There's also a barbers, a shoe repairer, a florist and a place to get your eyebrows threaded and your nails manicured.
Nice & helpful staff
Interesting shops, clean & quiet away from bustle of main roads at each end, so easily reached. Loved the shops.
very good
Good place to buy all your fresh produce, the fresh meat section is the best
Very nice shops there, I wish I could've stayed longer to visit them all.
I went to drop a dress in for her indoors to be taken up. Been here a few times, nice chap who does a great job.
Clean and tidy passage way through to the high street. Unfortunately nothing was open for me to look at, so window shopping is all I can do 😔
It looks like a gorgeous place with average shops. It's also rather short. It reminded me successfully of London's arcades but it's no way near as good.
Nice small place hall of shop I just walk pass
Always a nice place to shop and has an old school sweet shop, what more could you ask for!
Good customer service at the shops, bright and clean space
Great hidden gem in the city. Good boutique shops
Great coffee shop inside and look at the walkways roof!
The two stores in Picadilly Arcade that I used are Cotswold Outdoor and Smithsonian. The arcade provides a sheltered environment for several different stores.
Recently refurbished, and a rare, happy reminder of when Birmingham had a 'proper', town-like commercial centre...
Pretty little arcade that has some of my favourite shops. Cotswold outdoors, Smithsonia, Picadilly Jewellers and the Picadilly cobbler.
Excellent service from Poonam, Jenny, and Acer.
Ok
Beautiful place, being going there all my life.
Great shops and small companies offering a good variety of services and products
Lot to see and do worth the trip
Good shopping centre with plenty of useful shops to check out.
A bit out of place - expensive shops in a cheap end of the high street. Quirky.
Great coffee and cakes on right going down
Good selection of shops and food
Nice arcade, with good range of smaller shops.
Beautiful and charming old arcade of original shops
This is a beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Birmingham, and features a large array of independent stores, this building was once a cinema and the sloping walkway reflects this as it has stairs on one end and a access entrance on the other.
It's best to visit this shopping arcade in mid-afternoon in the week and when you do visit make sure you look up at the artwork which covers the whole ceiling of the arcade from one end to the other.
I love looking in the windows of this classy shopping experience.
Beautiful place to chill and take a lovely walk
It's just a good place to visit.🙂
Good place to buy gifts for ladies

I love walking through here. A variety of shops. Good memories. I bought my partner a lovely pen for our first Christmas together. My baby has some nice clothes from there. Sometimes there are popup shops. I try to avoid the sweet shop but b4 I was diagnosed with diabetes I used to frequent the shop. I love this place
Nice shops, but not cheap
A small selection of retail outlets you used to find on a traditional high street
